The weather in a small town is unpredictable.
Li You checked the forecast last night and it was sunny. When he got up, he saw that there was no sun outside. Fortunately, it didn't rain.
After going out, I felt the wind was a bit chilly, so I went back to get a shirt to wrap it up.
When she went out again, He An and Ren Jie were looking at her at the entrance of the supermarket.
"You're injured, why don't you take a good rest?"
Li You crossed him and wanted to go in to buy a bottle of Red Bull, but He An stretched out his hand to block him.
"Give."
She took it and looked him up and down.
"Sudden attentiveness?"
"I apologize."
He An suddenly mentioned the quarrel between the two. Li You waved her hands and didn't want to talk about it. She just vented her anger when she was angry. Besides, it was a virtue not to care about the injured.
"Can you walk on these legs?"
From a distance, you can see that there is a piece of gauze covering his legs, and together with the piece on his shoulders, Li Yudu feels that he is an evil capitalist who exploits labor force because he continues to work as a tour guide.
"Yes, skin trauma, no fractures."
Ren Jie listened quietly to their chat.
Until Li You turned to ask her.
"Ren Jie, do you want to play together?"
She shook her head.
"No, I help my uncle look after the store and I have to work part-time."
Speaking of part-time jobs, Li You patted her on the shoulder to encourage her.
"come on."
The weather was just right and cool, and Li You didn't want to take a car, but He An's legs were like that and walking was a bit inappropriate.
He seemed to be aware of it and took the initiative.
"Would you like to go for a walk by the moat?"
Li You shook his head.
She basically walked around in the past few days and had no idea for a while.
"Where do you usually go to rest?"
"let me see."
A place flashed in He An's mind.
"Let's go, we can still catch up with dinner."
Li You wanted to walk slowly and wait for the wounded, but she didn't expect that the wounded was walking faster than she was.
The place she went to was an old street. She passed by here a few days ago and thought it was an ordinary market that had not been demolished. She did not expect it to be so big inside.
He An took her around one alley after another. The road inside was an uneven brick road, with shops selling clothes and snacks on both sides, but the business was very deserted.
The two stopped at the deepest part of the alley.
Li You looked at the building carefully. There were some paintings on the white walls. The outside of the house was surrounded by black iron railings. There was a small sign hanging on the right side of the door that read "Sunshine Orphanage."
She glanced at He An.
"You come here all the time to rest?"
"Yes." He An checked in at the concierge, "Let's go."
There happened to be a teacher who looked like he was organizing activities for children in the hall. He was very happy to see He An come in.
"Xiao An, are you resting?"
Several children in the team also rushed over, chirping.
"Brother An!"
He An put his hand on the child's head and greeted the teacher.
"Well, let's take a look. Are you ready to go out?"
"It's not hot today. Let's take them outside to play for a while."
He An introduced Li You in the middle.
"This is Teacher Zhao, who also took me with me when I was a child. Teacher Zhao, this is my friend, I brought her to see her."
This kind of scene that can only be seen in TV series is a bit uncomfortable for Li You.
Especially when faced with a large group of children surrounding her, she didn't know where to put her hands.
Fortunately, Teacher Zhao didn't say too much and led the children away.
He An noticed that Li You secretly breathed a sigh of relief.
"How about changing to another place?"
"No, I'm just not used to it."
He An looked at her and chuckled. He had become different from the outside since he entered the door. It couldn't be said to be gentle. He should be more... more comfortable.
"Are you hungry? There should be food in the cafeteria."
After passing the hall building, there is a row of bungalows at the back. There is a large yard between the two houses with some very simple entertainment facilities.
There should be a canteen on the side of the yard, and you can see people wearing aprons coming in and out.
Li You saw a construction team's crane behind the bungalow in the yard. It must be expanding.
He An pointed to the small blackboard at the entrance of the cafeteria.
"Today's recipe, do you want to eat it?"
She took a quick look and saw some home-cooked dishes, both meat and vegetable.
"I can do everything except fish-flavored shredded pork."
"You don't even eat fish-flavored shredded pork?"
"I hate carrots."
The two children came out of the cafeteria hand in hand and retorted after hearing what she said.
"Carrots are good, sister, you have to eat them!"
He An was amused by the expression on Li You's face and quickly sent the child away.
"You hate children?"
"No, I don't know how to get along with children."
He An found a place for her to sit down, and then took two iron plates to prepare rice.
Li You was sitting here like a rare species being looked at by a child. When He An came back with the meal, he saw the words "leave me alone" written on her face.
"Try it, this chef is a retired chef from our big restaurant."
A little girl walked over timidly holding two bottles of milk.
"Brother An, sister, this is for you to drink."
Li You finally smiled when he saw how well-behaved she was.
"Thank you."
The girl smiled sweetly, tilted her head and came close to her and nuzzled her ears.
"Sister, can you tell Brother An not to let him do dangerous jobs anymore? Teacher Zhao said we have enough money, and I don't want to see him wrapped in gauze anymore."
