"Three Burials! Why do you have to say that? Our Buddhist scriptures are traveling eastward to universalize the world and save the world. Countless people in the east live in misery and are plagued by disasters. The people are also selfish and of low quality.
Wouldn't it be a good thing if Buddhism could be introduced to the east so that the people there could also learn Buddhism and purify their souls?
If everyone can devote themselves to studying Buddhism, if everyone can understand Buddhism, then can the people in the east live a better life? "
Hearing this, Tang Sanzian shook his head helplessly and looked at Guanyin with a look that seemed silly and sweet. He couldn't help but say:
"Guanyin, Guanyin, I know that you are different from other Buddhists, so I will patiently chat with you on this issue. You said that the people in the east live a miserable life and have low quality. Then let me ask you, what is their quality? Inferior? How come life is so hard?
The Tang Dynasty was prosperous and prosperous. The people live and work in peace and contentment, there is peace, and there is not a single monster in the territory. You tell me, their life is hard and the people are suffering?
Do you believe this? Throughout the Tang Dynasty to the West, how many countries have I visited along the way? Which country didn't respect me when they heard that I came from the Tang Dynasty?
The power of the Tang Dynasty is obvious to all. Can it be compared to some of your small Western countries?
Talk about the suffering of the people! The people there eat meat and drink wine, have no worries about grain, and wear silk and satin. How can we tell that their lives are difficult?
On the contrary, as we go further west, the conditions in some countries become worse and worse? Just say that in Tianzhu, where the West is located, how many people have no food to eat and how many people are hungry?
Those things they eat, can they be called food? What do they wear like? With a few pieces of cloth covering his body, he looked like an uncivilized primitive resident.
Tell me, are their conditions good? All their people believe in Buddhism, but what makes them so strong? "
Tang San's words were so heartbreaking and so shocking that Guanyin couldn't refute them for a moment.
Yes, Guanyin often travels around the world and has seen some real situations. The Tang Dynasty was prosperous and the people lived and worked in peace and contentment. This condition was top-notch in this era.
But the further west you go, the conditions of the people here get worse and worse. Even further west, the people there don't fully cook the meat and eat meat with blood on it, just like savages.
On the contrary, the diversity of food, the entertainment of the people, and the pursuit of life in the Tang Dynasty were countless levels higher.
It’s okay to say that the East in other dynasties was not good. If it was during the Zhenguan rule during the heyday of the Tang Dynasty, and it was still said that the Tang Dynasty was not good and inferior to the countries in the west, it would be a bit ridiculous.
Guanyin also knows that she can't say anything else on this issue. She herself often questions herself because of these issues.

"Even so, allowing the people in the east to believe in Buddhism and recite Buddhist scriptures will greatly improve their thinking and character. Is this also a very good thing for them?"
Tang Sanzun smiled again:
"After all, you still have no brainers to believe that those so-called Buddhist scriptures are really useful. Then let's talk about it. There is a small town in Tianzhu at the foot of the Western Mountain. There is a family named Kou in the city.
This is a disaster arranged by you. So, besides Master Kou, how many good people are there in the Kou family? Those robbers will rob homes and homes at every turn. Are they good people again?
Don’t they believe in Buddhism? I believe that Buddha still did such things, and there is no lower limit. Tell me, what kind of Buddha do you believe in? What sutra did you recite? "
Guanyin opened her mouth. Now she no longer questioned Tang San's burial, but began to question herself.
Although these questions had existed before, but now Tang San buried them, they were pointed out so clearly.
It did make her feel like something was wrong.
Tang San's burial continued: "You are Guanyin who saves people in distress. You have done many good deeds while traveling around the world. People remember you. They should build a statue for you and pay homage to you. This is understandable."
But for others, the Buddhas you respect, Manjusri, Guangxian Bodhisattva, and other Arhats, Vajras, etc., what kind of things might they have done?
Did they save sentient beings? To save the people from fire and water? They are aloof every day, but they want to enjoy the believers in the world and worship them. Why?
What qualifications do they have to stand there and be worshiped, and what have they done? The Buddha talks about the purity of the six roots, but do you see how pure the six roots are?
Take a look at the Buddha you respect. Is his six sense organs pure? He and Sun Xingzhe were fighting to the death, were they like a lofty Buddha with great wisdom?
You harvest the thought power of so many believers and gather them in Lingshan. This is your goal. So, tear off the mask of hypocrisy and recognize the reality is the most important thing. "
Tang San's words were very calm, but it made all the Bodhisattva Arhat Vajra present feel burning pain on their faces.
Because these words were like a slap in the face, hitting them hard in the face, making them angry but unable to refute.
The only one who didn't blush was indeed Guanyin Bodhisattva.
She is a person who does practical things and can afford the people's worship and respect for her.
She has never been superior, and she has never been in vain.
But this Guanyin Bodhisattva, who really does practical things in Buddhism, began to have real doubts.
The purpose and original intention of joining Buddhism before, and what I was doing, but what were they doing?
Tang San's cheating or telling the truth gave Guanyin a feeling of coming back from a lost path and suddenly realizing something.
He looked up at Tathagata Buddha and said:
"Sometimes, I really don't want to think deeply about some issues. I always firmly believe that this belief must be correct. But since San Zang said so, then Buddha might as well explain this issue, right?"
Tathagata Buddha's face was gloomy, explanation? how to explain?
Everything Tang Sanzong said is true. Can't you find any refutation? How to refute this?
People who do hypocritical things will always know better than anyone else how hypocritical this thing is.
Only those ignorant people, those who are in the middle of the situation, firmly believe in the so-called truth.
And all this, in the eyes of Tathagata Buddha, is simply true. They really haven't done much.
Indeed, no matter from which perspective, there is no reason to be worshiped by so many believers in the world.
Buddhist scriptures? That thing? Even Tathagata himself doesn't even look at it.
So he has nothing to say!
In the face of Tathagata Buddha's silence.
Guanyin finally sighed.
She slowly lowered her palms, as if indicating her disappointment in Buddhism and letting go of something.
Then Guanyin looked at Tang San's funeral.
Slowly he said:
"Sanyan, I suddenly feel that what you did is indeed meaningful. Whether it is what you told me before or what you told me today, maybe you are not wrong. Today you want to rebel against Buddhism, and I will accompany you. "
