The book hits shelves today.

congratulations!

This is the first historical novel I have written, and the genre is foreign history. It was quite stressful at first, but it gradually got better.

Historically, the United Kingdom of Portugal-Brazil-Algarve was born during the Napoleonic Wars. Also because of the end of the Napoleonic Wars, during the subsequent power struggle between Portugal and Brazil, it was split into two Braganza dynasties.

I am used to seeing the history of big countries, but I gradually fell in love with the history of small countries.

Among them, I especially like Portugal, the first colonial empire that started the Age of Discovery. Sometimes I think that if this United Kingdom does not dissolve but operates well, a powerful Portuguese-speaking empire may be born in this world.

Because I had this idea, I started writing. However, the writing process was not as simple as I thought, and there were too many difficulties.

The most difficult thing is that there is so little historical information about Portugal and Brazil a hundred years ago. It took me a lot of effort to collect it, and I even had to search on the international Internet.

Fortunately, the journey was relatively smooth. I did not give up and persisted in writing this book.

During this process, I could not persevere without everyone's encouragement and support. I have seen everyone's many votes and rewards.

Of course, I am also particularly grateful to editor Ni Loach and the website for their recommendations, which have promoted the book and let more people know about it.

To be honest, the results of this novel so far are mediocre, but I feel it’s pretty good. Next, I will work hard to improve the world of this book and live up to everyone's expectations.

Finally, the new book is on the shelves and we need your support.

Here, I hope everyone can subscribe more and vote more so that this book can achieve good results.

New books are on the shelves.
