Gonggar Temple.

Hong Kang actually found the secret book of "Flaming Knife" here.

After research, he found that it was not so much a sword technique, but actually a palm technique. The "Flame Knife" could condense the true energy on the edge of the palm, send luck out, and hurt people with its ethereal palm power.

It is a martial art that is not inferior to the "Great Nine Heavenly Hands"!

However, for today's Hong Kang, there is very little use.

Only the true energy in it evolved into fire energy, which saved Hong Kang a lot of time to study.

Hong Kang tried it, using Hunyuan Zhenqi to activate it and develop fire energy, which can ignite incense sticks three meters away.

He chuckled: "From now on, I don't need to bring fire seals!"

It didn't take Hong Kang much time to learn "Flaming Knife", but "Dragon Elephant Prajna Skill" gave Hong Kang a big surprise! !

"Dragon and Elephant Prajna Sutra".

This is the original name of "Dragon-Elephant Prajna Kung Fu".

After spending most of the day, he finally read the entire "Dragon and Elephant Prajna Sutra".

Hong Kang closed his eyes and meditated, pondering the essence of it.

After reading the entire "Dragon and Elephant Prajna Sutra", Hong Kang overturned his previous understanding of it.

"How can this be described as simple body training martial arts?!"

Hong Kang previously knew that practicing the so-called "Dragon and Elephant Prajna Kung Fu" can achieve the power of "Thirteen Dragons and Thirteen Elephants", which should give him some enlightenment.

But he found that he still underestimated this magical skill.

Hong Kang exclaimed: "These last three levels actually involve the method of "refining the spirit into the body"!!"

"One of my "body" items can finally continue to make breakthroughs!!"

Previously, Hong Kang had deduced and verified that his next step was to practice "training skills", but due to the lack of specific reference methods, he had no direction.

Starting from scratch and creating your own method is inherently difficult.

But if you have a reference, it will be much easier to draw inferences.

Moreover, according to the "Dragon and Elephant Prajna Kung Fu" that Hong Kang previously believed, it is actually more appropriate to call it "Dragon and Elephant Kung Fu".

What is "Dragon Elephant"?

The dragon is more powerful when traveling on water, and the elephant is more powerful when traveling on land.

In Buddhist scriptures, "dragon elephant" refers to "great power" and "great martial arts".

And what about "Prajna"?

In Buddhism, it means "ultimate wisdom" and "discernment wisdom", which refers to the wisdom of knowing all things and the origin of all things truthfully.

Therefore, the real "Dragon Elephant Prajna Sutra" is not only about cultivating the physical body, but also about developing spiritual wisdom.

If you only practice the "Dragon Elephant" part, it will take a long time.

The first level of kung fu is very simple. Even a stupid person can master it in [one or two years] as long as it is taught; the second level is twice as deep as the first level and takes [three or four years]; The first layer is twice as deep as the second layer, which takes [seven or eight years]...

This increases exponentially, and the further you go, the harder it becomes to make progress.

It's just that life is limited. If the eminent monks and monks in Tantric Buddhism want to reach the seventh or eighth level before the end of their lives, they have to rush forward. But in this case, they often fall into the danger of haste rather than speed.

Therefore, some eminent monks in Tantric Buddhism finally gained wisdom and created the "Prajna" method - "The Great Corpse Distribution Method".

Longchenpa said: "This is a combination of the ancient yoga of India, the method of annihilation of life and death in Tantra, and the "Great Perfection Method" of the Mahayana Jataka Sutra."

"As the name suggests, this "Big Corpse Spreading Method" requires you to make yourself look like a corpse. The essence is "use the body of a dead person to live the real you."

Longchenpa said in a long and soothing tone: "You are lying there, looking like a dead body, but your awareness is there. The only thing you have to do is to taste you [at that time] All kinds of feelings, whether physical or mental, you just lie there and savor and "enjoy" everything you have."

Pang Qingyang interrupted and asked, "What if you fall asleep?"

Longchenpa grinned, showing forty teeth.

He said: "If he falls asleep, that's okay. Just let him fall asleep. It's actually really good to have a good sleep."

Pang Qingyang didn't understand.

Is this also a method of spiritual practice?

Is there any cultivator that can do this even while sleeping? !

Hong Kang explained: "Qingyang, you don't have to think about these things for now, just focus on practicing swordsmanship."

After Hong Kang saw the practice method of "The Great Corpse Spreading Method", he knew that it was the most unique method.

It is said to be unique because the method seems to be actionable, but in fact it is a quasi-inaction method. Therefore, it is precisely for this reason that "The Great Corpse Method" is the only spiritual method that Hong Kang has seen that does not have "flow". Dharma door.

Unlike the "Marrow Cleansing Sutra" that Hong Kang learned, it goes from shallow to deep, purifying and transforming the spirit step by step.

Although this "Big Corpse Spreading Technique" is simple, easy to learn and easy to master, it requires no attention, no visualization, no breathing, no thoughts or thoughts, no prayers, no listening to music and no light...

In short, don't do anything that requires concentration and awareness. Therefore, it is very easy to fall asleep among the corpses.

…………

therefore.

The real "Dragon and Elephant Prajna Sutra" is a great method for both strength and spiritual cultivation!

Why only the first six levels of the method are spread? Because those who can complete the first six levels are either extremely talented and have achieved it through hard training; or they are martial arts wizards with extraordinary understanding.

But at the beginning of the seventh level, the difficulty of practicing the "Dragon and Elephant Prajna Sutra" suddenly increased.

At this time, if you have not yet started practicing "The Great Corpse Method", your practice will be extremely slow.

Even if you have a once-in-a-hundred-year talent, by the time you reach the tenth level, your spirit will not be able to control your own power, and you will easily suffer backlash.

Longqenpa said in a deep tone: "During the Northern Song Dynasty, there was an eminent monk in Tibet who was extremely talented. He passed all the tests and practiced to the tenth level. He felt that no one could compare with him."

"But he did not practice the "Great Corpse Spreading Technique" and did not have the wisdom of "Prajna". He continued to work hard and diligently, and when he reached the eleventh level, his inner demon suddenly arose and he could not control himself. Finally, he danced wildly for seven days and seven nights, and died. Death due to pulse."

Hong Kang's eyes narrowed: "The eleventh level??"

This eleventh level of the "Dragon and Elephant Prajna Sutra" happens to be the beginning of the secret of "training". I never thought that there would be such a dangerous record!

Pang Qingyang looked over worriedly: "Brother..."

She wanted to persuade Hong Kang, but she didn't know where to start.

Hong Kang looked at Longchenpa and asked, "Master, what level have you reached so far?"

Longchenpa said: "When I was in my prime, I practiced to the ninth level. Now, although the state is still there, my energy and blood have dropped significantly, and it is not as good as before..."

Even though he said this, there was no regret on Kolongchenba's face.

At his age, most things in the world have been put aside.

Do as you please without breaking the rules, that's what he's talking about.

He could draw Hong Kang into the spiritual world when they met for the first time; he could also show Hong Kang the secret "Dragon and Elephant Prajna Sutra" to read, and he didn't care about the secret teachings or anything like that.

Hong Kang said: "Master, do you think with my spiritual state, can I control the eleventh level of dragon-elephant power?!"

Longchenpa didn't answer and just chanted the Buddha's name.

"Amitabha~!"
