Before entering [Hua Jin], I mainly practiced various boxing weapons.
Putting aside moves and combat abilities, essentially every warrior is practicing in two aspects.
【Easy bones】and 【Easy tendons】.
The so-called "Body Change": practice it to build the foundation and strengthen the body, making the bones as hard as iron and stone, and the form and temperament as majestic and strong as Mount Tai;
As for "Yi Jin": practice it to loosen the membrane and grow the tendons.
There is a saying: "Long tendons make great strength." Its strength is connected vertically and horizontally, growing and endless.
These two techniques truly make the human body healthier and stronger.
As for the various boxing and sword techniques, in Hong Kang's opinion, they are just techniques for protecting the Tao.
However, these two skills were also truly good things of a sect in the past and could not be taught to only direct disciples.
Ordinary disciples can only learn a few boxing routines at most, but they can't even think about the real thing.
Even if you are a direct disciple, a master will not teach you all the skills at once.
It is always necessary to slowly test the character of a person. If his temperament is consistent, he can be given opportunities in person.
Or, just rely on your own talent and understanding to understand the key points yourself.
However, this kind of genius is very rare!
The third step of Kung Fu is [Yi Marrow].
This is the level that Hong Kang is thinking about now.
The Boxing Classic records: “The so-called [Yi Marrow] is practiced to clear the void from the inside, to relax the body, to clear the void within the body, to use the spirit and energy, to be flexible and without stagnation, and to move the body as light as a feather. "
To put it simply, this step of effort is not to exercise the muscles, but to clean the internal organs.
Cleaning the internal organs is only the initial stage, and the advanced stage is to strengthen the bone marrow.
By cleaning the internal organs well so that the breath you inhale is fresh and natural, and the internal organs do not accumulate impurities, the functions of each system can be maximized.
For example, ventilation of the lungs, detoxification of the liver, digestion of the intestines, etc.!
When the internal organs are healthy, people will not get sick. This is the true meaning of boxing to maintain health!
But very few people can do this step.
As for the deeper bone marrow, that is even more critical!
Bone marrow has the ability to form blood.
Stronger bone marrow can generate more fresh blood. When the old blood in the whole body is replaced through metabolism, the person's physical fitness can be further improved.
Perhaps life span will be extended to some extent.
However, the latter sentence is Hong Kang's own guess.
But it is not without basis.
Modern medicine has proven that it is difficult for people to live to the limit of their theoretical life span.
Because over the course of decades, due to the influence of various factors, the human body is invaded by various germs, which will damage people's vitality bit by bit.
In ancient times, those who were successful in cultivating the Taoism, such as Zhong Liquan, Lu Dongbin, Bai Yuchan, Zhang Sanfeng, etc., in the records about them, people who met them said that they were white-haired and childlike.
That is, although the hair is gray, the skin is as firm as a baby.
And what other characteristics do babies have?
That is, the eyes are as clear and bright as cut water; not the old man's eyes that are muddy and dull.
In the past, Hong Kang didn't think this was true. He only thought it was an exaggerated adjective.
But now that I have practiced martial arts, and my fire has reached a certain level, I can't help but guess whether these records are true or not! !
Needless to say it’s fake.
If it is true, how should we practice it?
At this time, no one around him can help Hong Kang. Their level is not as high as Hong Kang! !
Hong Kang had no choice but to look for it in the Boxing Sutra.
However, there are truths and falsehoods in the Boxing Sutra, which must be distinguished carefully.
It is said that Hong Kang has to try it himself.
After all, "what you see on paper is ultimately shallow, but you know that you have to do it in detail."
Hong Kang looked at the pile of boxing records and muttered to himself: "This is "Notes on the Sound of Tiger and Leopard Thunder" by [Xingyimen]; this is "Toad Fishing Kung Fu" by [Wudang Sect]. There seems to be a record in it of "The Great "Toad Qi"; this is the secret blowing record of "Bajiquan", which contains the "Detailed Explanation of the Two Qi of Hum and Ha"; this is the "Fan Lang Jin" in "Dahong Fist"..."
"There are so many books, which one should I read first?"
Hong Kang was a bit stuck in "troubles".
If people from the past knew about it, they would definitely be unable to restrain their inner jealousy or greed. Come to kill people and steal treasures.
In the past, this was the foundation of a sect! !
Even now, everyone advocates communication, but there are not so many secret training books, just put them here for selection!
Some small boxing styles have not been around for a long time, and there has not been a Huajin master in their sect, so there is no record of this at all.
"Forget it, let's look from the top down! We're not in a hurry now."
Hong Kang picked up the top one, "Notes on the Sound of Tiger and Leopard Thunder".
I found a wicker chair and read leisurely.
As soon as he opened it, Hong Kang sank in.
There is no Internet in this era, it is not the previous life of the explosion of information, and there are not so many books to browse casually.
Therefore, Hong Kang developed a good habit.
When reading, read slowly and concentrate on it.
"The Tiger and Leopard Thunder Sound Technique is not for fighting, but for making sounds for longer periods of time."
The purpose of this book is clear at the beginning.
Hong Kang's eyes lit up when he read this sentence.
Then he looked down, immersed in his thoughts.
Before I knew it, the sun was setting in the west.
The yellowish sunlight shines on the yard, and the flowers and plants are dyed with a layer of golden makeup, which looks particularly beautiful.
…
For nearly a month, Hong Kang has been studying and summarizing the training characteristics of various sects.
In addition to handling the daily work of [Blackwater Group], Hong Kang is devoted to kung fu.
He was simply more fascinated than when he first learned boxing.
In the end, he discovered that all the secrets of training are ultimately about one thing - sound.
Whether it is the simulated rolling thunder sound of "Tiger and Leopard Thunder Sound Technique"; or the "Big Toad Qi" that crosses the spine on the sea floor to support the life gate into the entrance; or it is the Buddhist mantra, those monks chanting "Amitabha" and knocking Wooden fish...
They are all working hard on [sound].
The only difference is that the parts of the body being exercised are different.
But in essence, they are the same.
Hong Kang concluded that when a martial artist has practiced boxing to a certain level, and the bones and muscles have become strong and strong, the kung fu must go into the body, that is, it must penetrate into the internal organs.
But this step is difficult, so you have to use "sounding" to guide it. The sound is from the inside to the outside, the strength is from the outside to the inside, and the inside should be combined with the outside, and then the kung fu can be achieved.
Because the internal organs are soft and the bone marrow is deep, we can’t rely on sound to pull us like we used to practice.
"I wonder if we can find their commonalities and combine the advantages of various methods?" Hong Kang said to himself, "Huh? It should be feasible, but you have to be careful. After all, it is the internal organs. If one is accidentally injured, It takes a long time to recover from your injuries!!”
Uh-huh!
Suddenly, a light flashed in my mind.
Hong Kang recalled some things...
