There have only been a few drizzles since the beginning of spring, and the ground has dried out as soon as the sun comes out. It is impossible to plant seeds in such a dry climate, and even if they are planted reluctantly, it will be difficult to germinate.
Fortunately, Yunshan County and even Saibei Province have made preparations in advance to fight drought. They dug wells when it was time to dig wells, opened gates and released water when it was time to use reservoir water reserves, and built canals near rivers.
In order to fight the drought and protect seeds and ensure a good harvest, the province has also made great efforts. The army and a large number of staff and cadres across the province have been organized to go deep into the frontline rural areas to help the people fight the drought and protect seeds.
After spending a lot of manpower and material resources and paying a huge price, the seeds were finally planted.

The research institute is also not idle. First, the airborne radar production line was installed last month. After strict debugging, it was officially put into production.
On June 18, the first domestically produced pulse Doppler airborne radar officially rolled off the production line and was urgently transported to Liaoshen Aircraft Factory.
At the same time, the Artillery Reconnaissance Radar Manufacturing Factory continues to work hard!
With the strong support of the ministry, a large number of parts were transported to Babaoliang Village and then assembled into radars.
As of mid-July, they had produced 320 artillery reconnaissance radars. Not only did they complete the task that originally took six months to complete in four months, but they also produced 80 more.
For this reason, not only the artillery reconnaissance radar production plant received awards from the ministry, but also the research institute.
In addition to these two main businesses, several other projects that the institute is involved in are also progressing smoothly. The early warning aircraft that has been studied for a year and a half finally completed the radar part of the test this month, and the performance is very excellent.
Other avionics systems are also progressing smoothly and are expected to be fully developed in a few months.
The Aircraft No. 6 Institute has also made progress in the aircraft department. They obtained three IL-76 large transport aircraft through secret channels and dismantled and imitated them.
Without considering the avionics system, the research at the Air Force 6 Academy is progressing fairly smoothly.
Last month, the team from the Academy of Aeronautics and Astronautics visited the Babaoliang Research Institute. After learning about the development progress of their radar and avionics systems, the Academy's team was very excited.
If we continue at this pace, it is entirely possible to develop our own early warning aircraft within three years.
Speaking of the helicopter project, it has been more than half a year since Gu Zhenhua, Huang Zheng, Zeng Anning, Li Aiping, Gao Tingye, Qi Tongguang and others left.
Just a few days ago, Gu Zhenhua called from the Liaoshen Aircraft Manufacturing Factory, saying that all the parts for the first helicopter had been produced and were now being assembled.
After the helicopter is assembled, it can be officially tested, so he invited Zhou Yang to participate in the helicopter's test flight ceremony.
Although there is still a long way to go before the helicopter is actually mass-produced and put into service, overall, the progress of this project is pretty good and is within Zhou Yang's expectations.
There is also the anti-tank missile project!
As the latest research project launched by the Babaoliang Research Institute, although the anti-tank missile research team has only more than 20 people, and the project has been established for only one and a half months, the progress is pretty good.
So far, with the personal participation of Zhou Yang, Guo Yamin, Chen Shanhe and others, the early technical demonstration has been completed.
According to this progress, preliminary results should be available by the end of the year.
In addition to these, several side projects of the institute are also progressing well.
The ice cream factory that is cooperating with the Eye of the Sky project department has almost been built and is expected to be put into production in August.
In order to cooperate with the ice cream project, Babaoliang Research Institute also jointly established a research and development team for the freezer project with Eye of the Sky.
Since there is little technical content, the project team is progressing very quickly. The laboratory product has been developed and is in the later stages of testing.
According to expectations, after the ice cream factory is officially put into operation, the supporting freezers should also be able to be mass-produced.
At that time, they can sell ice cream and freezers at the same time.
Of course, Zhou Yang's ambition is obviously not just this little bit. The overall plan in his mind is to build the Yimeng Ice Cream Factory into a complex of Yili and Mengniu in his previous life.
Therefore, after receiving information about the progress of these two projects from Qingcheng, he began to formulate follow-up plans.
There is also the color TV project that the institute cooperates with NPU. In May, Yu Zesheng took the leaders of NPU to Babaoliang Village again.
After listening to the reports of Yang Anguo, Hou Junbao and others in detail, we immediately decided to build a TV factory in the area between Chang'an and Xianyang in Qin Province. The NPU was responsible for handling the procedures, while the Babaoliang Research Institute was responsible for Pay money.
At the same time, Zhou Yang also personally went to Qingcheng to report the matter to Director You, Deputy Director An and others, hoping that the province could support them in building a R&D and manufacturing center for color TV equipment in Saibei Province.
After learning that the Babaoliang Research Institute had actually solved the problem of the color TV production line, Director You, An Bangguo and others were shocked and happy, because not long ago the provincial TV factory reported to the province Apply here to introduce a color TV production line from abroad.
When they read the estimated costs, everyone fell silent.
The huge amount of 250 million yuan has made it difficult for the provincial bosses. After all, the province does not have that much money now.
However, applications from TV manufacturers must be seriously considered, because TV factories in Shanghai, Beijing, Jincheng and other places are already negotiating with foreign companies about introducing color TV production lines.
Once they reach an agreement, it won't take long for color TVs to be settled in TV factories in these places. How will the black-and-white TVs from the Saibei TV factory compete with others?
Now, Zhou Yang and the others have independently developed a color TV production line, which is great news to the provincial leaders of Saibei Province.

After some research, the provincial leaders finally decided to allocate a piece of land in the western suburbs of Lucheng to build a color TV equipment manufacturing factory!
