Taishang Taozu built a platform in the south of Louguan to teach scriptures to Lord Wenshi Dao, so the platform was called "Sutra-speaking Platform", and because it was located within the territory of Louguan, it was also called Louguan Platform. "Biography of Lou Guan Benqi" states that "this palace and temple are from the beginning" and "this is the origin of this great religion."
After Lou Guan, Emperor Wu built the Taiyi Palace at Dahe Valley in Difeishan Mountain to worship the Taiyi Mountain God because he heard about it at night. When the Qi Dynasty of the Li family was established, Taishang Daozu was revered as Emperor Xuanyuan, and the Li family claimed to be descendants of Taishang Daozu. The Taoist sect was appointed before Confucianism and Buddhism, and Taoist temples and immortals were built in Difeishan. Youguan, Jintaiguan.
Since then, immortals such as Mr. Xiyi, Patriarch Chunyang, Zhenjun Haichan, Zhenjun Hongmeng, etc. have lived on the mountain to practice Taoism. Later, Patriarch Chongyang and his disciples successively founded and promoted Quanzhen Taoism. , established the Wanshou Chongyang Palace, Qingliang Mountain, Wangxian Palace, Danyang Temple, Changchun Temple, Taiyi Temple, Sihao Temple, Yuzhen Temple, Jinxian Temple, Kaiyuan Temple, Lingquan Temple, Bailu Temple, Taiyuan Temple, Qi Temple There are dozens of buildings including Liguan, Huayang Palace and Taipingguan.
When Difei Mountain was at its peak, it was known as the Quanzhen Ancestral Court. It was as famous as Yunjin Mountain where the Zhengyi Ancestral Court was located, and second only to Kunlun Mountain, which was known as the Taoist Ancestral Court. However, when the Golden Horde army went south, Xijing fell and the Jin Dynasty fell. Difei Mountain, which is not far from Xijing, could not escape the flames of war. In addition, the rise of Zaodao, a branch of Daomen, took the opportunity to attack Difei Mountain. The Quanzhen ancestral court was destroyed, and Quanzhen Taoism also declined from its prosperity and was no longer at its peak. meteorological.
When Emperor Taizu of the Wei Dynasty expelled the Jinzhang, Difei Mountain had not recovered its vitality and was completely deserted. Until the end of the Wei Dynasty, Zhang Jingxiu, the 30th generation of the Great Celestial Master of Zhengda, was practicing Taoism in Jielu in Zhongnan Mountain. He saw the dilapidated scene of Difei Mountain and was grateful for the weather of Difei Mountain recorded in the book, so he mobilized manpower to repair it as a great Celestial Master. Many palaces and temples in Zhongnan Mountain are intended to restore the atmosphere of Quanzhen's ancestral palace. This renovation started on the fourth day of April during the Peony Festival and lasted until early September. It took a full five months. Although there were some setbacks along the way, it also allowed Difei Mountain to regain some of its fairy-like atmosphere.
It is hard for future generations to imagine that it was the Celestial Master who took the initiative to repair the later residence of the Earth Master. Standing under it, you feel that you are insignificant. If you don’t know how to enter the Wanshou Chongyang Palace, then the Wanshou Chongyang Palace will always be Unattainable.
When ordinary people saw this scene, they were all impressed. To this day, there are still believers and pilgrims who travel thousands of miles to make a pilgrimage to Difei Mountain.
In the following period of time, Difeishan Wanshou Chongyang Palace became the chief sect leader.
It was not until the world was settled and Xuansheng returned to Kunlun Zixiao Palace that Difei Mountain was taken over by Dishi.
To this day, although Difei Mountain is no longer the deputy capital of the Taoist sect, it still has a respected status.
If possible, Qi Xuansu would really like to go to Difei Mountain to soak up the immortal energy of the first blessed place.
