Answer to readers

As I said at the beginning, I am a new author.

The book is a bit slow paced, I admit, but I have to say two things.

From the beginning of the book, I wrote every chapter seriously and carefully, including every plot and character. I have written more than 1.3 million words so far, and I have never deliberately missed a word.

The second thing is that I have never, at any time, tried to fool my readers.

I am 100% sincere and 100% serious. No matter how you feel about reading it, what I said is right for myself and the conscience of the world.

I have experienced a lot of things since I started writing this book. My grandparents passed away suddenly, and the river near my home burst its banks... I have not mentioned many things specifically. I really hate making the relationship between the author and the readers resemble that of a TV variety show. Same, tell stories and show pity.

These are my own things.

These are not what readers want to see when reading a book.

No matter what the author has experienced, he should be responsible for the words he writes and for every penny spent by the readers. Nothing is an excuse for the quality of writing to become lower.

I mentioned that I had a fever and the previous heavy rain, just because I was worried that I would not update it on time, which would make readers who are willing to wait for the update of this book stay up late and wait in vain.

I will mention this today because many readers called me malicious in the new chapter, so I have to say something.

This is a matter of the author's principles of life.

I have to clarify.

I have always believed that being able to make a living from writing is a rare privilege, and I cherish it immensely.

Just like Mr. Cao in the article believes that he and Gu Weijing's master and apprentice are a sacred relationship, I also feel that the relationship between readers and the author is a rare fate.

It is my honor to have readers who like this book.

That's why I had a fever all day long, still sitting in front of the computer, and finishing today's update before twelve o'clock.

I repeat, I am not asking readers to sympathize with me.

I just want everyone to think about it, is it possible that someone is sick and has a fever, typing every word, just for a few pennies of water?

Why bother.

I think that I have met many readers who warm my heart, and I am looking forward to the next chapters, so I must publish more today.

So when I wrote 4,000 words, I discovered that Mr. Cao had not received the painting yet. No matter how uncomfortable it was, I had to write until he saw the painting, no matter what.

This is what I promised my dear readers yesterday.

In addition, I was even afraid that everyone would not be satisfied with it, so I tried to study how to make this chapter free, but after it was released, there were only two options: VIP and chapter remarks.

Lao Cao's rules, Lao Yang's psychology, and the design of these plots, none of them are easier than writing about Gu Weijing's paintings, not a single word.

If you are angry, it is because the plot is not well written, I am sorry, and I am sorry that you have to spend money to see the text you don't like.

If everyone is angry, it’s because they think my writing attitude is bad.

This is my confession.

Finally, I would like to add that yesterday I promised to write about Mr. Cao seeing the paintings, but today I wrote about Mr. Cao receiving the paintings. Thinking about it in a strict sense, I am indeed suspected of playing word games, and I deserve to be scolded.

This is definitely not my intention. I update wherever I write every day, and I always feel that I can write faster.

This is indeed a bit embarrassing.

terribly sorry.
