Noderabou, one of the thirteen great demons, ranks sixteenth in the Japanese legend of the Night Parade of One Hundred Demons. The temple where Noderabang lived during his lifetime also had his resentment, so if someone stayed in this temple, Noderabang would bite the throat of the visitor.
According to legend, the monster Noderabang was transformed from a monk. He had a very miserable experience. He was very poor during his lifetime, and the temple where he lived had no one to offer incense and pray for blessings, so there was no money for fireworks. Therefore, the clothes on his body were all in tatters. If there is no one to worship in a temple and the incense remains deserted, the temple will eventually be abandoned and become overgrown and dilapidated. The abbot in such a desolate temple will die of depression. His lonely soul lingers desolately over the temple. This monster is Noderabang. In the final analysis, it is a depressed monk who cannot bear loneliness and poverty. His resentment lingers after death, condenses into evil spirits, and begins to harm people.
Because he was a monk or abbot of a temple during his lifetime, this monster looks similar to an ordinary monk. But because they come from dilapidated temples, they are always dressed in rags. In the final analysis, it is caused by poverty. There is a saying that goes like this: Poor mountains and harsh waters bring out unruly people. Ye Si Fang, who lives in desolate life, is the same and has become a resentful spirit that harms people.
As for the monk who became Nosabang, he was not a highly respected monk. Instead, he became a monk, but he still couldn't get rid of his obsession with women or money, so he was ostracized by many temples. In the end, he could only live in abandoned temples, and then turned into a monster along with the temples. If a monk can really achieve the purity of the six roots, even if he does not become an immortal, he will not become a heinous monster. After all, Nosabang was an evil monk during his lifetime, and he was a bad person with six unclean roots.
There is also a legend about ringing bells in the pond in Noderabou. According to legend, ancient monks in Japan also had to ring bells every day. One day, a prankster stole the bronze bell from the temple. But after stealing it, he was discovered by others, so during his escape, he threw the big bronze bell into the pond. There is a young monk in this temple who is usually playful. Once the abbot asked him to do a job, but he secretly ran out to play with the nearby children. But when the abbot came to ask, he hesitated and couldn't answer. Later he felt so ashamed that he threw himself into the pond. From then on everyone could hear the sound of the bell striking from the pond. There are rumors in the town that the ghost of the little monk rings the bell at night.
No one knows when Noderabang will come out and take a bite of my throat.
I was anxious. I wandered back and forth in Yeserabo, but I couldn't find the exit. I didn't know what to do. After all, I entered someone else's territory and could only passively sit in jail. Even if you worry about things outside, it won't help.
There is no other way, now that I have fallen into the ways of Noderabang, I can only passively accept the arrangement of fate, although I don't want to accept my fate. However, I really don't want to wait here, but what can I do besides waiting? After wandering around the temple in Yesabang a few times, I sat down on the stone bench in the temple courtyard, as if I was imprisoned in his sandbox by the Fruit Immortal again.
Just when I was at a loss, I suddenly heard someone ringing the big bell. The sound was constant and dull, not as crisp as reverberating in the air.
But the sound really existed. I could only trace the sound and find it. It turned out to be in the small pool behind the temple. I suddenly thought of the legend about the bell ringing in Yesabo. It turns out that it is true that there are monks ringing bells in the water in Yesabo temple.
I walked to the edge of the small pool and shouted into the pool: "Yesabang, are you in there? I know that there is more than one innocent soul of Nosabang. The main form is outside, and there must be another spirit of Nosabang in the temple." Body. What are you always knocking here? Come out."
However, the spirit body of Nosabang in the pool ignored me at all and kept ringing the bell in the water. The sonorous sound of the bell came from the water, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. I almost believed the nonsense that Yeserabo only imprisoned me. The evil words cannot be trusted. So what if he was a monk in life? If a monk does not lie, then in the motto of an evil monk like Noserabo, it is just nonsense.
No, I couldn't listen to his bells anymore. The more I listened, the more uneasy and uncomfortable I became, so I quickly covered my ears. However, the clanging bells with wisps of resentment were still interfering with my willpower. Although it is not very lethal, it is extremely insulting and makes people uneasy. I have to quickly find a way to fight against this bell. I can't let it interfere with me. I have to find a way to deal with this continuous demonic sound.
I picked up the Sword of Shattering Life and wanted to inject Dao power into the water pool and strike Dao Qi Slash into the pool. However, I found that I was now in the temple of Noderabang, restrained by his demonic power. I can't use my Tao power at all, it's like I'm fixed. Even if I have amazing power, I can't use it. There was no ability to resist at all, because he couldn't move at all and had no room to exert his power.
However, I can't let Nosabang knock the bell of demonic energy to disturb my mind. After thinking about it, by the way, since you can disturb me with the demonic sound, I can also recite Taoist scriptures and in turn affect you. Since you imprisoned me and refused to let me out, and you are still disturbing me with your demonic sounds, then I will do the opposite. It's just like the people upstairs are jumping around and messing around, and I'm down below, shaking the top.
So, I sat cross-legged and closed my eyes. Since you use the sound of the bell to harass me, then I will recite the Taoist scriptures to disturb you.
Starting from the first chapter of Tao Jing, it not only calms the mind but also suppresses the opponent.
"Tao can be said, but it is not Tao. Name can be named, but it is not named. Nameless is the beginning of heaven and earth; named is the mother of all things. Therefore, there is always no desire to observe its wonderfulness; there is always desire to observe its beauty. These two They have the same origin but different names, and they are both called xuan. Mystery is also xuan, the door to all wonders. Everyone in the world knows that the beautiful is beautiful, and this is evil; everyone knows that good is good, and that is not good. Being and non-being are interdependent, difficulty and ease complement each other, long and short They are in phase with each other, high and low complement each other, sounds harmonize with each other, and follow each other before and after. This is because the sage does nothing, and teaches without words. Everything is done without words, without being born, without relying on it, and with success. I don’t live here. I only live here because I don’t want to go there. I don’t respect the virtuous so that the people won’t fight. I don’t value the hard-to-find goods so that the people don’t steal. I don’t see the valuable things so that the people won’t be confused. This is the rule of the sage: be empty of your heart and be honest. Its abdomen; weakens its will, strengthens its bones. It often makes the people ignorant and desireless. Those who make the husband aware dare not do anything. If you do nothing, everything will be cured. The road rushes, but if you use it, it may not be full. The abyss is like the all things. Zong: Defeat its sharpness, dissolve its confusion; harmonize its light, and be the same as its dust. It is pure and seems to exist. I don’t know whose son is the first of Xiang Emperor."
I have finished reciting four chapters of the Tao Te Ching, but there is not much reaction. The Tao Te Ching has indeed calmed my mind a lot, but I have not felt that the demonic sound of the striking bell has weakened much. The reverberation of the bell invaded the ears and lingered for a long time, but the Noserabo in the pond was not affected by the Tao Te Ching.
Since my wood attribute method cannot be used here, I will use some props to deal with you and touch your waist. Fortunately, I still have some cinnabar around my waist, so I will dye your pond.
I first drew six lines of cinnabar around the pond, and then poured all the remaining cinnabar into the pond. The originally dark green pond was instantly dyed bright blood red with my cinnabar powder. After all, cinnabar is the nemesis of evil spirits. Sure enough, Noderabou in the pond couldn't stand it. The bells were ringing just now, but now there are indeed endless groans.
After a while, a monster with a big head, a hunchback and an almost naked monk appearance jumped out of the water. He yelled at me angrily: "That's enough. What are you going to do? You don't follow martial ethics. You can't deal with me by reciting the Tao Te Ching, so you just add cinnabar to the pond. It's so abominable."
I got even more angry and yelled at him: "To be despicable, who can compare to you Nosabang? Etenmaru knew that I was difficult to deal with. So he played a dirty trick and imprisoned me in this house where no one offered incense and then closed it. A temple where you can’t get money for incense. You are a Buddhist, but you have degenerated into a monster. Why? Isn’t it because no one gives you money for incense? A person with good hands and feet can do anything without starving to death. A Buddhist is waiting for you. If you want to blame others for giving alms, you should blame yourself for being lazy. You have no dignity when you are alive, and you have no dignity when you die. In the final analysis, Noderafang, you are a loser, a complete loser. When you are alive, people look down on you, but when you die, you are a loser. You are a demon, even your own demon tribe looks down on you.”
"Huh, you don't have to look down on me. It's my business to recite sutras, whether you like it or not."
Thanks to Ye Si Fang for coming up with such a bad idea and talking about chanting sutras, he just wanted to use his demonic voice to kill me. I'm not stupid, so I won't just sit back and wait for death!
I sat down again, you recited your demon sutra, and I recited my Taoist sutra.
"Heaven and earth are unkind, and regard all things as rotten dogs; saints are unkind, and regard the common people as rotten dogs. Between heaven and earth, is it just like a crow? It is empty but unyielding, and gets stronger when it moves. It is better to stay in the center than to talk too much and to be poor. The God of Grain is immortal. This is called the mysterious female. The door of the mysterious female is the root of heaven and earth. If it exists, it will be used diligently. Heaven and earth last forever. The reason why heaven and earth can last long is because they do not generate themselves, so they can live forever. This is because the saint is behind his body. The body comes first, and the body exists outside the body. Isn't it selfless? So it can be selfish. The best is like water. Water is good for all things without fighting. It is where everyone hates it, so it is close to the Tao. Live in a good place, have a good heart, and be kind and benevolent. , good words and trustworthy words, good governance, good ability in deeds, and good actions in time. I don’t argue, so I don’t care.”
I finished reciting four chapters of the Tao Te Ching, and saw that Noderabang's spirit melted even more. Yes, I am a physical entity, and I am not afraid of the other party's demonic voice. His demonic power alone cannot do anything to me. On the contrary, my Dao Sutra can hurt the spirit body, no wonder he becomes more and more cruel. In this case, I will continue and increase the intensity of chanting.
"Hold it and enrich it, it is not as good as it is. Hold it and sharpen it, you cannot keep it for a long time. The house is full of gold and jade, and no one can keep it. If you are rich and arrogant, you will bear your own fault. After the merit is withdrawn, it is the way of heaven. The soul of Zaiying embraces one , can it be non-separated? Can it be possible to be a baby by focusing on the Qi and making it soft? Can it be flawless if it purges away all mysteries? Can it be possible to love the people and govern the country without wisdom? Can the gate of heaven be opened and closed, can it be a female? Understand the four realms, can it be done without doing? It is a beast that is born but does not exist, grows without relying on it, and grows without slaughtering. This is for Xuande..."
After reciting two more chapters, Nosabang's spirit body was overwhelmed and rolled on the ground, pleading: "Master, I beg you, please stop reciting it, please stop reciting it."
I said in my heart: "This guy can't stand it! He is about to melt away, and this temple will also become nothingness. I understand. As long as I deal with you as a spirit body, I can go out. Then I can't stop."
I continued to recite Taoist scriptures, but he really couldn't bear it. He was about to go into the pond again, but was disturbed by the cinnabar and was afraid to go into the water again. As soon as he touched it, his body started to smoke. In the end, it could only turn into blood in the sound of my chanting.
The moment he was destroyed, there happened to be a flash of light coming from the bottom of the water, and the Broken Life Sword felt responsive again. It turns out that the connection point of this temple is at the bottom of the pond! The outer boundary of this temple has also been exposed. In this case, I will destroy it from the inside.
I waved the red broken sword and slashed it down. The barrier of the Noderabang temple was split open from the inside. I only heard a violent vibration and I jumped out. When he turned around and looked again, he saw that I had come out, and Noderabang's stomach was torn open by me.
