Today, both Confucianism and Mohism claim that the first king loved the world and treated the people as his parents. How can we understand this?
The people always obey the power, but the few are full of righteousness. Mozi, a sage in the world, practiced the enlightened way and traveled around the sea. Seventy people in the sea praised his benevolence and praised his righteousness, and served him. There are few people who value benevolence, and it is difficult for those who can be righteous. "
People always succumb to power and are rarely influenced by benevolence and righteousness. Mozi is a saint in the world. He upholds his sincerity, promotes Mohism, and saves the world. But how many people in the world appreciate his benevolence, praise his righteousness, and are willing to serve him? It can be seen that there are few people who value benevolence, and people who can do righteousness are really rare.

Nowadays, once the county magistrate dies, his descendants will always have high-ranking officials for generations to come, so people value him very much. Therefore, when it comes to abdicating the throne, people can easily dismiss the ancient emperors, but it is difficult to abandon today's county magistrates; the reason is that the actual benefits are very different. "
Shang, however, was completely fearless and said: "Since Confucians can see the unworkability of Mohism, why can't they see their own situation? This is not an act of abandoning the near for the distant. Benevolence, righteousness, etiquette, and law are all just one word of law. Why?
