At the foot of the mountain, watching Guanyin Bodhisattva go away, Xue Tianqing turned to Tang Sanzang and said, "What, should we leave?"
Sanzang coughed lightly: "Wukong, since you have become a disciple, should you call me master?"
Xue Tianqing said in surprise: "That's what the Bodhisattva said. I didn't worship you as my teacher. I just escorted you west to Lingshan. Do you understand?"
Tang Sanzang pondered for a moment and said, "No matter what, I still want to thank you for supporting me all the way."
Xue Tianqing looked at Sanzang's confused expression, and finally sighed: "Master, please get on the horse!"
After saying that, he walked south along the path without looking back.
Seeing this, Sanzang quickly got on his horse and chased after him.
Although Xue Tianqing didn't say another word on the road, the words "Master" just now made Tang Sanzang extremely happy.
Seeing the main road approaching, Xue Tianqing looked at Liangjie Village in the distance: "You go to the village to rest for a while, and I'll come back as soon as I go?"
Sanzang asked in confusion: "Where are you going?"
"Liangjie Town is an old story. I want to give an explanation to the people there."
Sanzang sighed: "Don't you know that the Town of Two Realms no longer exists?"
Xue Tianqing turned around when she heard this: "What did you say?"
Sanzang said: "Today there is no Two Worlds Town in the world, there is only Two Worlds Village, that's the village."
"Where's Two Realms Town?"
After learning that the Town of Two Realms had been destroyed, the snowy sky was full of anger, and he immediately wanted to go to Heaven to ask for an explanation.
Tang Sanzang grabbed Xue Tianqing and said that the people of Liangjie Village still enshrine his tablet, and even if it is not for himself, he should think of the people.
After a long time of earnest persuasion, Xue Tianqing suppressed the anger in her heart and went straight to Two Realms Village with Sanzang.
As soon as they arrived at the entrance of the village, the people had already heard the news and knelt down on the ground from a distance to praise their benefactor.
Seeing that there were only more than 200 people left in Liangjie Town, Xue Tianqing felt sad and wanted to leave.
Sanzang saw this and grabbed him again: "Where are you going?"
"Seeking justice for the people who died in vain!"
Sanzang pointed at the people of Liangjie Village: "If you continue to go to the Heavenly Court to cause trouble, provoking the Jade Emperor to issue an edict and implicating them, how can you feel at ease?"
"If you don't seek justice, how can you be worthy of the undead wandering in the underworld!"
Sanzang pondered for a moment, and finally whispered in his ear: "It is never too late for a gentleman to take revenge after ten years. There are many real masters in Heaven. If not, why would you be suppressed under the Five Elements Mountain? Heaven will last forever, and the gods in Heaven will be there forever." Immortal and immortal, as long as you achieve a golden body, are you still afraid that you won't be able to take revenge?"
Sanzang's words shocked Xue Tianqing: How could such a Tang monk go to the West to obtain the true scriptures?
After a while, he asked Tang Sanzang to personally write a letter to the king of Tang.
The letter implored Datang Haosheng to resettle the villagers of Liangjie Village to ensure that they can enjoy peace forever.
After handing the letter to the village chief and instructing everyone to set off as soon as possible, Xue Tianqing came to Hujing Cave Mansion, where Roaring Sky Dog lived back then.
This time Xue Tianqing did not set the fire, but used the golden cudgel to completely destroy it, and then left with peace of mind.
Returning to Liangjie Village and saying goodbye to everyone in tears, Xue Tianqing asked Tang Sanzang to mount his horse, and then led the way to the southwest.
After walking for more than ten miles, Xue Tianqing turned to look at Sanzang: "Is what you said true or false? In today's Tang Dynasty, no gods or Buddhas have ever appeared, and we have never even heard of monsters?"
Seeing Sanzang nodding, Xue Tianqing was even more confused: In the same world, but the gods and Buddhas are not visible, and the spirits are nowhere to be seen, is there any difference between the Tang Dynasty and Xiniu Hezhou?
Recalling that when he first arrived at Two Realms Town, Qingyue insisted on waiting for Sanzang there and never entered the Tang Dynasty, which made him even more curious: Is there anything weird in the Tang Dynasty?
On the way, Sanzang asked Xue Tianqing why the people called him Sun Potian.
Xue Tianqing explained the origin of the name with a look of helplessness, which made Sanzang laugh and said that this is how the gods look like in the hearts of Li people.
Although Sanzang's words seemed unintentional, Xue Tianqing's heart moved again: this old monk might not be as simple as he seemed.
After leaving the Five Elements Mountain, the master and the apprentice headed west along the avenue without stopping.
While walking that day, I suddenly saw a mountain stream about a hundred feet wide blocking the path.
Beside the path stands a large stone with three characters carved on it - Yingchoujian.
Standing on the edge of the mountain stream and looking out, I saw a clear fog and white sky below.
Although this width is nothing to Xue Tianqing, it is another matter to Tang Seng.
At this time, he really hoped that a monster would suddenly appear and carry Sanzang directly across Yingchou Stream. If that was the case, I would never stop it.
The Bodhisattva's words that day still echoed in my ears: You can only protect him, but you are not allowed to help him in the slightest! Otherwise, even if you see the Buddha, your trip will be in vain.
Thinking of this, Xue Tianqing looked back at Tang Sanzang, then looked down at Yingchou Stream, and couldn't help but murmur in her heart: "How can he get through such a wide mountain stream?"
Suddenly, Xue Tianqing's heart moved: Yingchoujian, how could I forget that the little white dragon is here!
Thinking of this, he helped Sanzang off his horse to rest: "Master, you eat something first, and I will see if there is a way to cross the mountain stream."
After saying that, Xue Tianqing jumped into the air, away from Sanzang and Baima, to see if the little white dragon would appear immediately.
Who would have thought that after waiting for a long time, there was no movement in Yingchou Stream. This made Xue Tianqing scratch his head: Did he go to the wrong place?
The water of Yingchoujian in the novel is like a mirror. Even a goshawk hovering high in the sky will think that the reflection in the water is its own kind, so it plunges into it and never returns.
But now, not to mention the mirror-like water surface of Yingchoujian, even the water is shrouded in white mist. If the goshawk can still plunge down, it can only be said that it is a stupid bird!
After concluding that the Yingchou Jian in front of him was not the Yingchou Jian in the novel, Xue Tianqing set up a pergola and looked into the distance.
I saw that there was not even a small bridge within dozens of miles from the north to the south of Yingchou Stream. It was strange. How did people usually cross Yingchou Stream? Could it be that the traffic here was cut off?
But if this is the case, why are there roads on both sides of Yingchou Stream? This is obviously the reason for the constant flow of pedestrians.
After a long time, Xue Tianqing pressed the cloud head, but was surprised to find that Sanzang was talking happily with a young man.
Seeing Xue Tianqing approaching, Sanzang smiled and said: "Wukong, this is the disciple I just accepted as my master, and also your junior brother, Sun Wuqing."
Seeing Xue Tianqing open her mouth in surprise, Sun Wuqing knelt down and saluted: "Sun Wuqing, see you, senior brother."
It wasn't until the other party fell to his knees that Xue Tianqing realized: "Master, where did this dear friend come from?"
Before Sanzang could speak, Sun Wuqing stretched out his right palm in front of Xue Tianqing: "Senior brother, this is an ancient pine tree that cultivates the human body. Twenty years ago, Guanyin Bodhisattva passed by this place and said that I was destined to be a Buddha. He specially ordered me to wait here for Buddhist monks. "
At this time, Xue Tianqing saw a green willow leaf lying quietly in Sun Wuqing's palm.
After a long time, Xue Tianqing finally said: "Is your real name Sun Wuqing?"
Sun Wuqing shook his head: "I have no name or surname. I just received enlightenment from the Bodhisattva and am waiting here for Buddhist monks. I just saw the master resting here, so I came out to pay homage, so I got a name."
Seeing Tang Sanzang nodding, Xue Tianqing felt helpless: "Master, I have no objection to you accepting a disciple, but you should tell me first."
Tripitaka said: "How can the Bodhisattva's words be wrong?"
Xue Tianqing waved to Sun Wuqing: "Come here, I have something to ask you."
The two came to a secluded place, and Xue Tianqing said: "What you are holding is indeed the leaves on the willow branches in the jade vase. If there is no Bodhisattva's magic, according to your cultivation level, let alone taking it, even approaching it will make you lose your mind. So I believe you. But can you tell me where you come from?"
Sun Wuqing saluted and said, "Senior brother, everything I said is true. I am indeed an elf grown from vegetation."
Xue Tianqing looked Sun Wuqing up and down: "It's strange, how could the Bodhisattva let the goblin go to the west?"
Sun Wuqing chuckled and said: "Senior brother, what you said is wrong. Most of the gods in heaven are from spirits. In Western Buddhism, there is also the Peacock Ming King Bodhisattva. If I am dedicated to good deeds, why can't I become an immortal? I won't hide it from senior brother, although I I have been practicing for thousands of years, but I have never killed a single person."
Xue Tianqing walked around Sun Wuqing twice more: "Who are you, and why can't I see your true form?"
"Senior brother, I have already said that I am an ancient pine tree. I have practiced in Yingchou Stream for thousands of years before I became a human being."
Xue Tianqing nodded: "Well, since it is the Bodhisattva's request, then I have nothing to say. There are many difficulties and dangers on the westward journey, and multiple helpers are better than myself."
While Sun Wuqing was rejoicing, he suddenly heard a shout from the air: "Wait a minute, Wukong!"
When Sun Wuqing heard this, he raised his head and saw Guanyin Bodhisattva standing in the clouds. He quickly knelt down and said, "See Bodhisattva!"
The Bodhisattva did not pay attention to Sun Wuqing, but said to Xue Tianqing: "Wukong, what do you want?"
Only then did Sun Wuqing realize that Xue Tianqing had held the golden cudgel in his hand, and the purpose was self-evident.
Xue Tianqing rolled her eyes: "Bodhisattva, if everyone holds a leaf and says that they have received your enlightenment and worship Sanzang as their teacher. I guess by the time I get to Lingshan, I will be an army commander even if I am not the commander of the group army."
Although he didn't understand the meaning of the second half of Xue Tianqing's words, Bodhisattva also knew that he had doubts about Sun Wuqing's origin: "Wukong, don't worry, it is indeed me who asked this person to wait here for your master and disciple. Although he was born as a monster, he has a Righteousness is exactly what I want from Buddhism.”
Xue Tianqing nodded and said: "Since the Bodhisattva has said so, I don't have any worries. But I want to change his name. The words Sun Wuqing sound uncomfortable."
The Bodhisattva said in confusion: "You are brothers, what's wrong with the name Sun Wuqing?"
Xue Tianqing shook his head: "We are senior fellow apprentices, not real brothers."
The Bodhisattva smiled when he heard this and said, "Then what do you want to name your junior brother?"
Xue Tianqing chuckled: "Zhu Wuneng, I wonder what the Bodhisattva thinks?"
When the Bodhisattva couldn't speak, Sun Wuqing on the side cupped his hands towards Xue Tianqing and said, "Thank you, senior brother, for giving me the name."
"Now that you have entered a Samana, you need to give up the five kinds of meat and three kinds of disgust, so I will give you a new life, called Bajie."
Zhu Wuneng saluted again: "Thank you, senior brother."
Xue Tianqing bared her teeth: "You should thank me, because your name is Zhu Wuneng, not Zhu Wuneng."
