He also left the four great Bodhisattvas Manjusri, Avalokitesvara, Samantabhadra and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in Hinayana Buddhism.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva came all the way to the underworld and saw the suffering of the ghosts. After arriving at Yinshan Mountain, he immediately sat down on the ground and began to use Buddhism to save the ghosts.
There are many evil spirits in the Yin Mountains of the underworld. After being baptized by Buddhism, many evil spirits entered Buddhism and became members of Theravada Buddhism.

The Buddha's voice stopped and the evil spirits dispersed. The Buddha got down from the beast, looked at the two people who had just arrived at Yinshan Mountain, and said, "I don't know why these two Taoist friends came to Yinshan Mountain in the underworld."
"Master, why do you want to save these evil spirits? They are all heinous people."
"Fellow Taoist, there is no unforgivable evil in Buddhism, but everyone in the world is suffering. It is also a kind of fate for poor monks to allow them to go to the West to practice," the Buddha said.

"There is a fierce tiger in the mountains. It eats animals in the mountains every day and also eats the people below. Is it possible to survive?"
"If you can save it, put down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha immediately."
"Even if a tiger dies, what will happen to the people and animals it eats?"
"The poor monks will use the boundless Buddha's Dharma to save them, allowing them to let go of the hatred in their hearts and reincarnate."

"Put down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha immediately. The evil ghosts of the Yin Mountains in the underworld are released. What should the master do?"

"Master, do you know how many people are born every day and how many people's souls return to the six realms of reincarnation and why they are not collected in the six realms and the eighteen levels of hell? How much can you save with this little bit of Buddhism?"
