Because if any link goes wrong, the plan will not go forward.

"I have the twelfth-grade world-destroying black lotus and the nine-nine soul-dispersing gourd. If I want to kill you, I'm afraid it won't be a big problem."
"Those people behind you are blocked by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and Ancestor Styx."

"Zhunti, didn't Sage Houtu want to kill Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva?"
"Why didn't you take action and instead poured dirty water on him?"
