As a result, I overexerted myself, and my waist hurt. These past ten days of coding have made me physically and mentally exhausted. Spend most of the time lying in bed.

Generally speaking, in this case, you should take time off to recover from your back injury, but after seeing the outline of the story on my desk and my strong desire to create, and after consulting the massage master, I made up my mind to treat my back injury. I am using a temporary measure (bought a belt, changed the seat, adjusted the sitting position and maintained it, and it is much more comfortable now). Next, I will try my best to update, write the story completely, speed up the plot appropriately, and then take a few breaks. Months, find a place deep in the mountains and an old forest to support yourself.
