"The second observation is to observe what is captured by one mind, and realize that the twelve causes and conditions all originate from the heart, further establishing the original mind and not being moved by external things."
Zhang Jiao said: "The third perspective is to observe the difference in one's own karma; the fourth perspective is to observe the non-separation; the fifth perspective is to observe the continuity of the three paths."

"The sixth view is to view the past, present and future."

"The eighth view is to observe the arising and passing away of causes and conditions."
"The ninth view is to view the bondage of life and death."
"The tenth view is to view nothing and everything..."

"So I call these ten views respectively the cessation of the self, the cessation of consciousness, the cessation of karma, the cessation of renunciation, the cessation of the three paths, the cessation of time and space, the cessation of the three sufferings, the cessation of causes and conditions, the cessation of life and death, and the cessation of everything."
