"So how can one become a saint? One important sign is to know destiny. What is destiny? It is a rule. Life is not enough to be happy, and death is not enough to be sad. This is destiny. The reason for this is not because of fear of leaving, but because of fear of loss, fear of losing loved ones, fear of losing wealth, and basing one's happiness on external things. But only after we have truly seen through death, can we know that life is another kind of death, and death is another kind of life. Therefore, in Zhuangzi's view, only after seeing through death can we know the real life, the real struggle toward death. born.
