Journey to the West is in the form of chapters, telling various stories that happened on the Journey to the West. However, if you have not carefully studied Journey to the West, it is easy to confuse the timeline of the stories.

Because these stories have been relatively independent since the four masters and apprentices set out on the road together, so everyone in the team now has no idea where the four masters and apprentices have gone.

However, if taken together, in fact, except for the team traveling together when they first conquered Tang Seng's four apprentices, all the stories in Journey to the West are somewhat related.

For example, they met Zhenyuan Immortal in Miluo Palace, which should correspond to the story of Wuzhuang Temple. Zaka and Liang Sicheng saw the story of the four masters and apprentices passing by Baoxiang Kingdom at Yuanshi Tianzun, and Qi Zhen In the Tushita Palace with Zhang Qi, I personally experienced the story of Laojun subduing the golden horn and the silver horn. When it came to Zhang Chi, it was naturally a matter of the Wuji Kingdom.

Therefore, what the team is experiencing and seeing seems to have nothing to do with Journey to the West, but it has always been embedded in the overall story.

Just like what Zhang Chi saw when he came to the top of Lingshan Mountain.

Guanyin Bodhisattva did not come here deliberately to find Zhang Chi. In fact, she may not even know that Zhang Chi came to Lingshan, let alone the arrangements of the Buddha.

But Buddha must have known about Guanyin Bodhisattva's arrival.

Guanyin Bodhisattva did not come by himself, but was accompanied by a little baby with a tiger-like head and a tiger-like brain.

The little baby looks only five or six years old, but his eyes are quite smart, but he is obviously a little embarrassed in front of Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Wearing a red bellyband, with gold rings on his hands, feet and neck, he followed Guanyin Bodhisattva obediently and came to the Buddha.

"Zhang Chi, it's okay if you come in." Buddha said to Zhang Chi.

Zhang Chi stepped forward and bowed to the Buddha and Bodhisattva.

"This boy is the son of the Bull Demon King. He is the king of the mountain in the Huoyun Cave of Haoshan Mountain. He calls himself the Holy Infant King. I intend to accept him as a good boy and come here to report to my Buddha." Guanyin Bodhisattva held the pure bottle in his hand and spoke. Wen said.

"I already know this. This is a good thing to save people and achieve enlightenment. You can do as you please," said the Tathagata.

What makes Zhang Chi very strange is that the Buddha always calls Guanyin Bodhisattva the Master Guanyin. Although Guanyin Bodhisattva is very respectful to the Buddha, he does not perform discipleship rituals like Manjusri and Samantabhadra.

In fact, the reason is that Guanyin Bodhisattva, as an attendant of Amitabha Buddha, actually has no affiliation with Tathagata Buddha. In comparison, her relationship with Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva and Amitabha Buddha is closer.

Before she attained enlightenment, she was still the son of Amitabha Buddha.

Of course, Tathagata Buddha, as the present Buddha and the intermediate Buddha, is undoubtedly the largest in this time and space. It is normal for Guanyin Bodhisattva to frequently visit Lingshan.

But Guanyin Bodhisattva is the most special one after all.

Whether it is Amitabha Buddha or Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva of the Western Pure Land Sect, Medicine Buddha and Sunlight and Moonlight Bodhisattva of the Oriental Glazed Pure Land, they actually have little contact with Lingshan. The Ancient Buddha of Deng Deng is the Buddha of the past, and the Bodhisattva Maitreya is the Buddha of the future. In fact, she rarely participates in the discussions at Lingshan. She just practices quietly by herself and is in constant contact with Guanyin Bodhisattva. She can be seen almost everywhere.

This has a great relationship with the great wish Guanyin Bodhisattva once made.

The world may only know that Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva once said that he would never become a Buddha until hell is empty, but they don’t know that Guanyin Bodhisattva once made a grander wish.

If I don't save all sentient beings from suffering, I swear I won't become a Buddha.

If all sentient beings in the world can still be educated from a high platform and make the best use of the situation to make people do good, even hell will be empty and the three realms will be in order, which is a wish that is expected to come true.

So Guanyin Bodhisattva's wish is undoubtedly a shackle that will prevent her from ever becoming a Buddha.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's great wish is almost impossible to achieve, but Guanyin Bodhisattva can remove almost two words.

This is also one of the important reasons why Buddha always calls "Master" or "Honored One" when he sees Guanyin Bodhisattva.

"I have made it clear to Manjusri that from now on this young man will go with you to practice in Chaoyin Cave, thank you for your trouble, sir." Buddha said.

"You should do your best." Guanyin Bodhisattva nodded in agreement.

After bidding farewell to the Buddha, the three of them set out on the road together.

"Are you Red Boy?"

Zhang Chi couldn't help but asked on the road.

"Who are you?" Hong Haier glanced at him sideways and asked.

This squinting look at people made his previous agility a bit more evil.

"Huh?" Guanyin Bodhisattva turned his head slightly and hummed.

This made Hong Hai'er tremble in silence, and said with a depressed look on his face: "Who are you?"

Zhang Chi snickered in his heart, saying that he was not afraid of the sky or the earth, and the red boy who burned Sun Wukong to such a state of embarrassment with the true fire of Samadhi would also have such a well-behaved side.

"I am a doctor." Zhang Chi said with a smile.

"Oh." Red Boy nodded.

"Are you the son of the Bull Demon King and the Iron Fan Princess?" Zhang Chi asked.

Hong Hai'er looked puzzled, "How did you know?"

Zhang Chi couldn't help but look at the child in front of him carefully, and thought that he was indeed a boy born from a hero. In the original book, he seemed older than he is now.

"How old are you this year?" Zhang Chi asked.

"Three hundred and four?" Hong Hai'er replied uncertainly.

Oh my god, why is he such an old monster? Does this monster’s children have such a long growth cycle?

"What about you?" Honghai'er asked.

Zhang Chi looked a little embarrassed and replied: "Thirty...four?"

This can't be blamed on Zhang Chi himself. If we look at it from the time he entered this game, he was 27 years old. If you include the time in the game, he is almost the same age.

Hong Hai'er was a little unbelievable, and looked a little angry even if he looked carefully.

But after he glanced at the back of Guanyin Bodhisattva in front of him, he covered up his anger very well.

"Are you so young?!"

"Are you so old?!"

The two asked almost in unison.

Both sides fell silent at the same time.

"Well, I heard that you know Samadhi and you are so popular. Your parents don't know how to do it. Who did you learn it from?" Zhang Chi decided to change the subject of age and asked.

"I'm self-taught. I've been playing in the Flame Mountain since I was a child, and I'm good at it as I play." Hong Hai'er said.

"Playing with fire, you are not afraid of peeing on the bed." Zhang Chi said.

"Why are you talking?!" Hong Boy said angrily, "Do you believe I will light your sky lantern?"

"Huh?" Guanyin Bodhisattva hummed again.

The red boy turned into a quail again.

"Why are you so afraid of Bodhisattva?" Zhang Chi asked knowingly.

When Hong Haier heard this, his face turned red and he whispered: "You don't even know how cruel the Bodhisattva is to me!"

"Do you know that monkey, with a shy face, said he was my uncle, but it made me burn my shit and pee, and finally invited the Bodhisattva to come. Although I offended the Bodhisattva because I had no eyesight and could not see Mount Tai, look at it!"

He pointed to his left hand, then to his right hand, then to his feet, and finally tugged on the gold ring around his neck.

"That monkey only has one hoop on his head. Look at me, five, five!" Red Boy almost cried, "Is there anyone who bullies children like this?!"

"Didn't you just say you were three hundred and forty years old?" Zhang Chi asked.

"Then who should we compare with? Which one of them hasn't lived much longer than me? Isn't this bullying a child?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva did not make a sound this time, but simply stopped and turned to look at him with a smile.

Red Boy immediately covered his mouth.

The three of them moved on.

"Bodhisattva is also doing it for your own good. Who makes you think about eating other people's masters?" Zhang Chi said.

"Actually, I didn't want to eat..." Honghai'er thought for a moment, then said uncertainly, "Even if I eat, I just want to take a small bite."

A baby who looked five or six years old was seriously thinking about cannibalism, which still made Zhang Chi a little scared.

"But isn't it a failure?" Honghai'er cried out.

"It would be a good thing for you to practice well in front of the Bodhisattva." Zhang Chi said with a smile.

Hong Hai'er could only sigh helplessly.

"That's right." Zhang Chi suddenly rolled his eyes and said, "I have something for you."

As he spoke, he took out a bag of red stuff from his medical bag, tore open the package and handed it over.

Naturally, there was no plastic in this era, so Hong Hai'er really didn't know what this thing was, but he was still attracted by the strange smell and took the bag.

"What is this?" he asked.

"Isn't it written above?" Zhang Chi said.

"I don't know you, what is this?"

Only then did Zhang Chi remember that the other party was a goblin, and how could he recognize human words.

"This is a kind of food from my hometown. Although it's not very healthy, I haven't given up on it." Zhang Chi explained, "Try it and see."

Red Boy looked left and right, then picked up a piece and put it in his mouth to chew, and then his eyes lit up.

"It's delicious! What is this?!" Honghai'er asked.

"Tang Monk meat." Zhang Chi said.

"ah?"

"It's called Tang Monk Pork, which actually has nothing to do with Tang Monk. In my hometown, it's called Spicy Tiao. Anyway, it's just a kind of food. It's made of tofu. I gave it this name to describe its deliciousness." Zhang Chi hurriedly explained.

Honghai'er finished the meal in three mouthfuls and asked Zhangchi if there was any more.

"Yes, but in the future..."

"Okay, no problem. I'll protect you from now on. I'll fight with anyone who bullies you." Hong Hai'er answered before Zhang Chi could finish.

"No, I mean..."

"Okay! I will definitely practice obediently in front of the Bodhisattva, and I will never bully you with the big one. From now on, you will be my younger brother in front of the Bodhisattva... No, you will be my elder brother, okay?" Honghai'er said again.

Zhang Chi felt helpless. As the eldest brother of a 300-year-old goblin, he really had never thought about such a thing.

He originally wanted to say that this food is not healthy to eat. From now on, he must limit it every day and cannot eat more. But then he thought that it was superfluous for such a big monster to say this. Since the other party has said so...

Then you will suffer the consequences of being dumb.

He smiled and handed over another package with his backhand.
