Lin Bian made three calls to the Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Namo Great Vow, which purified the atmosphere of the entire Guanyin Temple and also freed up those evil or resentful ghosts.

In fact, however, his impact went far beyond that.

The most intuitive manifestation is that the souls that were continuously refreshed from the Guanyin Yuan and the bottom of the tower have stopped being refreshed. Qi Zhen and Lao Wangtou finally no longer need to fight, and just stand there blankly with big eyes wide open.

This inexplicable battle started quickly and ended even faster. Before Qi Zhen could react, the matter was completely resolved by Lin Biao.

According to Qi Zhen's original idea, this battle should be like many problems he encountered in the past. It was a competition of endurance. It would probably be until dawn that all these ghosts would disperse. However, he did not expect that it would be a battle. sexual.

But what Qi Zhen didn't know was that this battle was originally designed to be a protracted battle. However, Lin Biao's ability was too powerful, so it became a one-off like this.

So after sighing at Lin Biao's strength, Qi Zhen's heart began to uncontrollably fall into doubts about this test.

Of course, he was the only one in the whole team who fell into this kind of thankless self-difficulty. The rest of the team were washed by the Buddha's light, bathed in body and mind, and while enjoying the freshness of the surrounding air after their souls were transcended, they sighed at Lin Bian Sure enough, he was not bragging, he was really a Bodhisattva.

Even standing on the top terrace, it was impossible to see the scene on the top of the tower due to the obstruction of the eaves. Therefore, only Qi Zhen, Wang Jianguo and Nuo Lan saw the scene where Lin Biao's Buddha's light shone.

However, just as Sun Jie could deeply feel the power in the tower, not seeing it does not mean that she cannot appreciate Lin Biao's power.

When the spatial confinement on the terrace suddenly disappeared, Lin Biao returned to the ninth floor again. Everyone looked at Lin Biao with a hint of awe.

As for Tang Monk, it was more than just a hint of enthusiasm, almost naked fanaticism. With respect and confusion on his face at the same time, he gave Lin Biao a deep Buddhist salute. If it weren't for having spent so much time with the team, He was just afraid of having his head bowed, so he knelt down three times and kowtowed nine times.

His first words were completely unexpected by everyone in the team.

"How can you eat meat?"

puff.

Zhang Qi couldn't help but laugh out loud, wondering what the problem was.

"Is there any Buddhist scripture that requires Buddhist practitioners not to eat meat?" Lin Biao asked with a smile.

"This..." Tang Seng was speechless for a moment.

Tang Seng was undoubtedly an eminent monk in this era, otherwise he would not have been able to hold water and land Dharma gatherings under the imperial decree of the Tang Dynasty. Even if he was only familiar with Hinayana Buddhism, the scriptures he had read and recited were absolutely vast, but Lin He couldn't find any trace of what Zhu said in the known classics.

There seem to be only two classics that mention the requirements for fasting. Among them, the "Guangben of Precepts" clearly mentions that Buddhist disciples are not allowed to eat "meat". However, the word "meat" mentioned here has the same pronunciation as "xun" , meaning vegetables with flavor; "Brahma Net Sutra" says: "Buddhas are not allowed to eat five pungent foods: garlic, green onions, green onions, orchid green onions, and xingyuan."

But what is written in the scriptures is one thing, but in practice it is another thing. Tang Monk grew up in the temple, whether he was a master or a master’s master, this was passed down from generation to generation, and everyone he knew The monks and the monks who had heard of it also strictly abided by this prohibition and did not dare to cross the Leichi.

"Buddhism prohibits killing." Tang Seng retorted.

At this time, he no longer looked like the eminent monk who quoted scriptures. He simply turned into a child who was ignorant of worldly affairs and made strong arguments in front of Lin Biao.

But what Tang Seng said is not wrong. If you don't eat, there will be no killing. If everyone in this world doesn't eat meat, then naturally there will be no killing.

"Who said eating meat must be the same as killing animals?" Lin Biao asked.

Tang Seng was silent again.

"Did you know that Buddha actually ate meat?" Lin Biao asked him with a smile.

This time, not only Tang Seng, but everyone in the team was also stunned.

After all, there were only two Buddhist practitioners, Lin Biao and Tang Seng, present, but even Tang Seng would never know this kind of knowledge that subverted the three views.

"What the Buddha ate is called 'Three Pure Meat'. The three pure ones are those who don't see killing, don't hear killing, and don't kill for themselves." Lin Biao explained, "I have never seen, heard of, or suspected anyone who killed for himself." Even the Buddha can eat animal meat, so there is nothing I can't eat."

It would obviously take Tang Seng a long time to digest this knowledge that he had never heard of before. This alone would overturn his understanding of Buddhism in the past few years.

"The Romance of Fairy Wood"

However, Tang Monk had almost no doubts about Lin Biao's words, because Lin Biao had more profound Buddhist practice than him.

The young man in front of him seemed to be not even older than himself. His hair was black and thick. He had no traces of troubles and had not received any precepts. He was actually in such a state, which made Tang Monk extremely ashamed.

Liang Sicheng on the side thought to himself that if Tang Monk knew that Lin Shuai was equivalent to a Bodhisattva in this world, would he faint from excitement?

It's just that no one will tell him the truth, so let's leave our Tang Sage Monk to mutter in his heart.

There was no rush to seek teachings on Buddhism. While the two were talking, several other members who had gone out to fight finally returned to the top of the tower, and everyone gathered together again.

"Shuai Lin, you made a little noise just now." Qi Zhen said bluntly.

"I don't feel at ease." Lin Biao replied.

"What if... can you withstand it?" Qi Zhen asked.

"If the water has already boiled, there is no point in pressing the lid on the pot. It is better to open it early and see what snakes, insects, tigers and leopards are inside." Lin Biao said.

Okay, these two people started playing riddles again.

This time, not only Tang Seng, but also everyone else was confused, but they didn't expect that these few words between the two almost determined the future direction of the team.

Qi Zhen guessed that Lin Biao's Buddha's light shined just now was very loud, but she never imagined how big it would be.

From the senses of everyone in the team, it was just that the monsters no longer spawned and they could spend the night peacefully, that's all.

But Lin Biao's impact was not just that.

Let's set the time back to before Lin Biao shouted three times.

The first person to feel the abnormality of Guanyinyuan was Sun Wukong who was dealing with the black wind monster in the mountains.

At this time, he had just emerged from the belly of the blind bear. Looking at the black wind monster kneeling in front of him begging for mercy, he asked about the whereabouts of Tang Monk's cassock.

"Bodhisattva, why don't I let my old grandson beat him to death with a stick." Sun Wukong said with a ferocious smile to the Guanyin Bodhisattva beside him. The black wind monster on the ground was shaking like chaff.

"You're a monkey, you've already entered Buddhism and you're still so murderous. Do you know that I taught Xuanzang the Tightening Mantra?" Guanyin Bodhisattva said seriously.

"Don't think about Bodhisattva, don't think about Bodhisattva." Sun Wukong hurriedly begged for mercy, "If you don't want to kill, that's what I said, let Bodhisattva decide everything."

Guanyin Bodhisattva gave Sun Wukong a very humane look, and then said to the black wind monster with a gentle face: "My purple bamboo forest in Luojia Mountain still lacks a guard. Are you willing to take refuge in my Buddha and atone for your sins?"

The black wind monster kowtowed repeatedly: "Bodhisattva, I am willing."

As soon as the Bodhisattva turned his hand, the black wind monster turned into a stream of light and penetrated into the white jade pure bottle.

"I say Bodhisattva, I have to argue with you. Doesn't it hurt your image that the master of Guanyin Temple is so greedy and still carries your name?" Sun Wukong said, "Not to mention that he is still arguing with this person. We have a good relationship with a black-faced goblin as a neighbor. Do you have to reflect on yourself?"

Guanyin Bodhisattva just smiled and said, "You are their cause and effect. You will know everything when you go back."

While the two were talking, a majestic force from nowhere descended on them instantly.

This power is extremely powerful, but if it were not for Guanyin Bodhisattva and Sun Wukong, ordinary animals would not be able to sense it.

There is not even a trace of movement in the trees in the mountains.

The two frowned, and then Sun Wukong's brow relaxed again.

"Such a strong Buddhist aura, Bodhisattva, is this your method?"

Sensing the majestic but extremely gentle power in it, Sun Wukong was not nervous. As long as it was not a demonic force, he would not be too worried.

Guanyin Bodhisattva's brows were sometimes relaxed and sometimes wrinkled, looking very confused.

"I am right in front of you, how can I use Dharma there?" the Bodhisattva said, "This is the power of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's Dharma."

"Is it possible that Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has come out?" Sun Wukong asked doubtfully.

Guanyin Bodhisattva shook his head: "My senior brother is sitting in hell and never comes out lightly. Besides, if he takes action, he will not be able to cause such a big disturbance."

Guanyin Bodhisattva guessed that it might be the young man in the group of people who accompanied Tang Monk on his journey to the west, but the more he thought about it, the more unreasonable he felt.

"Go back quickly to protect your master from continuing his journey to the west. I want to return to Leiyin Temple to report to the Buddha." Guanyin Bodhisattva's voice was extremely serious, as if he was facing a huge problem.

Sun Wukong stopped laughing and disappeared in a flash.

A burst of white clouds rose from the Bodhisattva's feet, carrying her body straight to the west sky.

The Heavenly Palace, also known as the Ziwei Palace, ever since Pangu broke through the Hongmeng, the heaven and the earth have become far and wide. West Kunlun is opposite the Yaochi of the Queen Mother of the West. The Yaochi turns water into clouds and spreads across the sky and earth to form a sky. The sky has nine levels. "Nine Levels of Heaven" is a quantifier. "Chong" means large number. "Nine" is the largest yang number and is the most noble among numbers, so it means "extremely noble".

There are a total of 36 floors from the first level of Yaochi to the ninth level of Luotian.

Daluotian is the collective name for the Three Pure Heavens. The Three Pure Heavens include Qingwei Tianyuqingjing, Yuyutianshangqingjing, and Dachitian Taiqingjing. They are respectively inhabited by Yuanshi Tianzun, Lingbao Tianzun, and Daode Tianzun.

Daodetianzun is Taishang Laojun, one of the ancestors of the Three Qing Dynasties, and the Taoist Laozi is his incarnation.
