Whitecap Town [Japanese: シラナミタウン, English: Whitecap_Town]

Bailang Town is located at the foot of Fengxue Mountain, far away from the coastline. It is the most remote and quiet town on the island.
Trainers who are traveling often stop in Bailang Town to make preparations before climbing the Snow Mountain. Therefore, the town has complete facilities to provide services for trainers. The Pokémon Center is located next to the circular square in the northeast of the town. There are also all stores related to trainers around it. There is a battle arena in the square, which often attracts young trainers from local or out of town to join in the fun. Over time, the townspeople forgot the original name of the square and just called it "Trainer's Square".
The Himi family living in Fengxue Mountain sometimes settles in Bailang Town and has a harmonious relationship with the townspeople.
A few years ago, there was a poaching group entrenched in the Fengxue Mountain area. In order to protect Pokémon, the townspeople, led by the pharmacy shop owner Shimura Yasuo, formed a rescue team to fight against the poaching group and once successfully rescued tens of thousands of Pokémon. Two years ago, they worked together with the Pokémon League Enforcement Department to completely wipe out the poaching group, and the security in the White Wave Town area has been significantly improved since then.
