Unexpectedly, Jiang Shuo had no difficulty in practicing this qi-transforming technique, and made rapid progress. Because ordinary people rely on their own cultivation of inner breath, they need to practice diligently for decades. However, after mastering it, the mind can move at will, with only one movement. If you think about it, the Qi in your body will move on its own according to the internal skills and mental methods you have learned. How easy is it to force it to stop and transform? There is another section, the internal strength that has been practiced for decades will be gone in one day. No matter how strong your concentration is, there will always be a trace of reluctance in your heart. This will violate the taboo of "impure thinking" in the scriptures. It has reached the end. Not only is it difficult to improve, but there is also the danger of becoming obsessed.
Therefore, the scriptures are full of methods of "invisibility, fasting, and breathing in the void", teaching people how to suppress inner demons and purify their minds and pure thoughts. However, the two qi in Jiang Shuo's body are not his own, and they often break out in his body. They are really harmful and unhelpful. He wishes he could get rid of them all immediately. Moreover, there may be others in the world who have stronger internal energy than Jiang Shuo, but his superb internal energy is Jiang Shuo is probably the only person in the world who has not practiced superior martial arts and mental skills.
Therefore, when Jiang Shuo worked hard, his faith was strong and his thinking was pure, and no one could compare with him. He did not need to practice any of the protective methods recorded in the scriptures. He could only transform Qi, and the difficulty was naturally greatly reduced. Jiang Shuo's internal skills in the second part of the Jade Secrets were improved by leaps and bounds. He learned them all in less than ten days. The rest was just a matter of diligent practice.
The method of converting qi is not to consume all the internal energy. If that is the case, it will become a method of suicide. This is not a true scripture, but the so-called use of human beings and qi as elixirs. When making elixirs, although the elixirs are melted, the elixirs will not disperse. In the cauldron, when it is reunited, it will turn into one turn, and after nine turns, it will become the golden elixir. The same is true for the method of transforming qi. The so-called refining qi is to gather the internal energy in the upper, middle and lower dantian of the body. However, to move the qi and exert power, it is necessary to follow the meridians, and both sending and receiving are restricted. However, transforming qi is to force the qi It leaves the Dantian and disperses in all the limbs and bones, and the inner breath can be used and gathered without the need to store it, and it is not limited by the meridians. When you practice it to the highest level, you can send and receive it freely, and you can do what your heart desires without any restrictions. Therefore, it is said that the Da Dong Zhen Sutra "recovers" You don’t need the golden elixir, just read it thousands of times, and you will become an immortal." This is the principle, and it does not mean that people can become immortals in the physical body.
"The Great Cave Manual" maps the thirty-nine gates of the human body to the thirty-nine emperors of the Qing Dynasty. Each of the thirty-nine chapters of the official scripture is about cultivating a god. The methods of gods, blessings, and cultivation methods are very obscure, and the thirteenth chapter of the Jade Jue is the opening chapter of the Great Cave Sutra. It describes in detail the cultivation methods of each key point. Once the inner breath is practiced, the Qi will Naturally, they gather in the Dantian above the Niwan Palace in the center of the eyebrow, the middle Dantian in the middle of the chest, and the lower Dantian under the Huangting below the navel. The method of transforming Qi must break through thirty-nine barriers, so that Qi can be dispersed throughout the body and no longer react. Rush back to Jusan Dantian.
Jiang Shuo was unstoppable at the beginning. He broke through Emperor Yi on the first day, broke three levels in a row on the second day, and then broke one level every day. However, after breaking nine levels in a row, it took three days to break the tenth level. It gets harder and slower, taking as little as three to five days to complete each level, and as many as seven days or even looking for the moon. In less than half a year, a total of nineteen levels have been passed. It turns out that these thirty-nine passes originate from the Emperor One and become the Three Lords. Then the Five Lords form one barrier, making a total of seven levels. Adding the One and Three Lords of God, the total is nine levels, which is called the Nine Heavens. It must be broken through layer by layer until Ninefold self-realization is not an easy task.
Zhao Rui saw that Jiang Shuo was a little impatient and comforted him: "For ordinary people to practice the first six chapters of Jade Secrets, no matter how advanced their understanding is, it will take twenty years. You have saved twenty years by acquiring the Erlong Neidan. And In just a few months, I have broken through the nineteen levels and reached the fifth level, which is extremely fast."
The kung fu in the second part of the Jade Art was only passed down to Jiang Shuo by Zhao Rui, but he did not practice it himself. First, because he was poisoned by snake venom. Although he was saved by the white ape offering grass, it was too late and his internal organs were injured after all; Secondly, as he has grown older in recent years, he has lost sight of Kung Fu cultivation and is no longer as brave and diligent as he was when he was young. I have only practiced some of the skills of keeping the spirit and maintaining health in the first six articles, and I already feel that the benefits are endless.
After Jiang Shuo practiced to the fifth level of heaven, he often felt that his navel was full of Yuan Qi. As if the sun and moon were in his arms, he felt gloomy and penetrating inside and outside. The two Qi of yin and yang in his body flowed out from the sea of Qi every day, and the amount returned was less. There is no risk of the internal energy backlashing. In fact, at this time, his internal energy cultivation level is already quite high. Part of the yin and yang energy in his body has broken through the barrier and seeped into his body, and can be used by Jiang Shuo, but he doesn't know it yet.
The two of them settled in Juqu Cave like this, not looking for a way out in a hurry. Zhao Rui studied the Jade Secrets every day, Jiang Shuo practiced diligently, and ate blind fish in the pool and tree chickens in the cave when he was hungry. The holes on the roof of the cave were drilled through the Qiyao holes. These holes were a hundred feet away from the ground and extremely narrow, so people could not pass through them. However, the white ape could come in and out at will. It mixed Jiang Shuo's cooked food and brought some fruits to the two monkeys every day. People, and sometimes fresh vegetables and fruits, probably stolen by the white apes from the vegetable fields at the foot of the mountain.
The white ape unconsciously practiced the kung fu contained in the jade formula, and was much lighter and faster than ordinary apes. He went to the fields to steal vegetables at night, and came and went like the wind. The farmers could not do anything to him, so the two people in the cave could often After eating the fruits and vegetables, Jiang Shuo was good at cooking. After learning the monkey language from Zhao Rui, he actually ordered the white ape to go down the mountain to steal chickens and ducks to cook for him. Fortunately, many farmers in Maoshan also believed in Taoism, and they were not satisfied with the white ape's theft. It's not a big deal for oneself, it's just to get rid of the problem.
In the blink of an eye, several months passed, and outside the cave it was already summer and autumn, and it was the beginning of winter. On this day, the white ape came into the cave again, only to see that its right arm was injured, dripping with blood, and dyed its white hair red. Jiang Shuo was shocked when he saw the large piece of white ape. He hurriedly poured water to clean its mouth, and tore off a piece of clothes to bandage it. Zhao Rui asked the white ape in monkey language how it was injured. The white ape grinned and said that he had been bitten by the monkey king. Injured, it brought wild fruits to Zhao Rui and Jiang Shuo every day, missing the monkey king's offerings, thus angering the monkey king.
Both of them feel the difference. You must know that Bai Yuan has learned the jade skills and the kung fu on the golden wall. Although he only imitates the pictures and cannot practice the formulas, he can't learn even one of the ten magic skills. However, the jade skills are wonderful. At this moment, his cultivation level is not inferior to that of ordinary martial arts masters. How can he not be able to defeat a monkey?
Zhao Rui smiled and said: "Bai Lang, no matter how powerful this monkey king is, he is just a hozen. How could you be hurt by him?"
Zhao Rui and Jiang Shuo had known the white ape for a long time and no longer regarded it as a beast. Zhao Rui called it Bai Lang and Jiang Shuo called it Brother Bai. When the white ape heard this, he clapped his hands and shrugged, saying that he was no match for the Monkey King. He was often bullied and had no choice but to escape. Today, he was bitten by the monkey because he was too late to hide.
Zhao Ruida was surprised and asked it: "Why don't you fight back?"
The white ape looked at Zhao Rui in even more surprise, and gestured with his hands, indicating that the monkey king was much larger than himself. What if he could be his opponent? It turns out that apes and monkeys all judge their strength based on their body size. When a thin one meets a tall one, they will surrender without taking action and will not dare to fight back even if they are beaten or scolded.
Zhao Rui couldn't help but laugh and said: "Bai Lang, you are a talented person but you don't know it, and you are suffering for a flat-haired beast."
The monkey language is simple, without any mention of extraordinary skills or martial arts, and cannot be translated. Therefore, the white ape does not understand and just looks at Zhao Rui, not knowing what he means.
Zhao Rui smiled and said to Jiang Shuo: "Shuo'er, your Jade Art skills have been practiced to the fifth level. It's not bad anymore. You must cultivate your internal strength step by step and don't be impatient. Just practice slowly in the future. I see you You can also start practicing the sword moves on the golden wall. Just in time for Bai Lang to encounter such a trouble today, I will teach you how to use the sword on the golden wall to defeat the enemy, so that when Bai Lang encounters the Monkey King again, he can Don’t be afraid anymore.”
Jiang Shuo has devoted himself to practicing the Jade Techniques for three months. He finds it very interesting to use Qi to rush through the pass every day, so he is not greedy for the sword moves on the golden wall. After practicing to the fifth level, the difficulty increases sharply. Recently, it has been updated. He was stagnant and was feeling bored. When Zhao Rui said he was learning swordsmanship, his heart was immediately itched. However, the patterns on the golden wall were only visible when the sun was shining on the wall at dusk. The thought of having to wait half a day, one person and one monkey. Hundreds of claws scratch my heart, making me restless.
In fact, Zhao Rui had not practiced the Jade Skills in the past three months. He had studied the golden wall over and over again in his spare time. He had already memorized every move on the wall, and immediately broke a branch and gave it to him. Jiang Shuo made a sword, but asked Bai Yuan to use the bronze paperweight sword to teach them how to use it.
Zhao Rui has never used a sword in his life, but he does not know the skill of swordsmanship. The principles of kung fu in the world are similar. Zhao Rui saw that the figure of the Shenshu sword carved on the golden wall was very simple. He thought that this great master's kung fu had reached the advanced level and he could fight against him. They are all top masters, so the sword moves are only limited to this point. In the eyes of ordinary people, they are just ordinary moves. But in the eyes of an expert like Zhao Rui, these thirteen moves and thirty-nine moves are In general, the subsequent moves are continuous and contain endless changes.
Precisely because this sword move is so advanced, even though White Ape has done a good job in comparison and learned some tricks, it is useless when facing the enemy. Zhao Rui immediately explained in detail the changes implied in the three moves of the first move. These three moves are all starting moves, but these three moves list all the ways to deal with the starting moves in the world. Once again, compare the scriptures on the wall and if you can understand them thoroughly, you will be able to seize the opportunity immediately in the first fight no matter how the enemy attacks. It is really useful. Zhao Rui only said it briefly. Jiang Shuo could understand it immediately, but Bai Yuan could not. Zhao Rui understood, so Zhao Rui asked Jiang Shuo to teach the white ape how to deal with it, and then asked one person and one ape to fight against each other, and he would provide guidance and correction.
After talking about the starting moves, Zhao Rui picked up some jumping and fighting moves to teach Jiang Shuo and Bai Yuan. Because he considered the ape's temperament and couldn't learn those Duan Ning moves that stabilized the base, he tried to find some smart moves. Leave it to White Ape. This white ape is quite spiritual, but after all, his wisdom cannot be compared with that of humans. He has learned three moves and nine moves from morning to night. Of course, it is only superficial skills, but it should be enough to deal with the monkey king.
That night, the white ape did not come out of the cave, so he and Jiang Shuo practiced together all night. The next day, Jiang Shuo made a sheath for his copper sword with tree bark, and twisted the bark into a rope and tied it around the white ape's waist. The ape took the sword and went out of the cave happily.
