Walter Tye, a 19-year-old White Snake apprentice, read the ancient words of power from his magic book. He was suffocated by the black robe, and the air was filled with the stench of death.
Twenty Necromancer apprentices gathered in an underground room deep in Castle Black, surrounding an old white-haired woman trapped in an ice coffin. The floor of the hall was covered with piles of bones, thigh bones, and crushed skulls, and four pillars of black stone—the material from which the fortress was named—supported the 20-foot-high ceiling. The stalactites are hung with organic veins, pulsing with life.
The Grand Master of their brotherhood, the Lich Asclepius, oversaw the ritual; as Walter completed the ritual, the ancient undead stood beside him.
While most expected him to adhere strictly to the original [ritual], the young necromancer made some changes to it, removing redundant lines, editing some words, and simplifying the chant. Tai believed these changes would improve the chances of a successful transition...and he was quickly proven right.
The cold coffin began to resonate and seemed to melt. However, instead of turning into a liquid, the ice compresses the body trapped inside, forming a dense layer of ice around the skin. The flesh merged with the cold permafrost and turned a dead blue. The woman's pale beauty turned into a terrifying face, her eyes turned into black holes, and her warm body turned into a cold skeletal corpse.
"Get up, (Winter Night)," Walter announced. The woman opened her mouth and breathed not air, but the winter chill. The temperature in the room dropped below freezing, and her bones came alive with unnatural strength.
Her life may have ended, but her immortality had just begun.
Asclepius patted Walter on the shoulder and congratulated him on his success. With this successful ceremony, Tay went from apprentice to full member of the Brotherhood. The youngest inductee in history.
congratulations. To gain a higher status within your Brotherhood, your [White Snake Apprentice] personal benefit evolves into [White Snake Forerunner].
[Pale Viper Harbinger]: The cost of all [Necromantic] spells is halved.
"Congratulations." His apprentices clapped, but Tai could see a few of them were green with envy. Walter nodded stoically to each of them, though he never came close to any of them.
Even after six years at the castle, he still had trouble opening up to others.
"What now, Walter?" Asclepius asked his apprentice as the lich teleported them both to his private study. Unlike an ordinary room, a lich's residence has no obvious exit. The dark walls are decorated with glittering runes and dull tapestries. The cracks in the black stone that made up the room seemed to pulse with purple energy, and Tye often heard ghostly whispers as he listened. In addition to the bone table and bone chairs, there are countless bookshelves in the room, with hundreds or even thousands of skulls replacing the books.
Tai knew that each skull contained knowledge of its deceased owner. In the case of Asclepius, dead men tell stories.
"I wish to enter the brain reliquary, Grandmaster," the novice asked, standing up as the lich sat behind his desk.
"I think so too." Asclepius nodded to himself. The books and knowledge contained in the reliquary are not suitable for the apprentice's eyes. "You can use it, but you misunderstood my question. I'm asking you which way you plan to go."
Which road leads to immortality.
To become initiated, a disciple needs the patronage and approval of a master; initiates become masters because they add a milestone to the great work and find a new path to immortality. Most are necromancers who have discovered a special kind of undead, but not all. Mrs. Arcinas, in particular, found a way to extend her life by transferring her body into an imperfect clone and a soulless body. In this way, the organization encourages innovation, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Asclepius praised his student, saying, "You possess the most rare (magic prodigy) magic." Ever since he discovered him among the ruins and corpses, the older undead has sounded almost like a father to him. his p
ot Gerges is proud of his progress. "There are only five of us in the entire kingdom who have it. You have a better chance of getting the Lich Kingdom than most people, as long as your level is high enough."
"I've given it some serious thought," Tai admitted. "But I'd rather explore other forms of the undead. I'd love to find someone who can travel between Helheim and Midgard at will."
"Smuggling souls from the body?" the Lich asked, and his apprentice nodded. "Interesting. I'm not sure if anyone has ever done this, but such a discovery would certainly elevate you to master status."
"The title is more important than the journey," Tai said, quoting the ancient wisdom of the Lich. "In this case, it's the destination. What better way to understand how to break the cycle of souls than to directly explore the afterlife?"
His words seemed to both amuse and worry his mentor. "Long before you were born, I tried to explore Helheim during a rendezvous. One of Loki's endless escape attempts. As soon as I took a step through the chasm, Garm, the hound of Hel, pounced on me and snatched me away. Pushed back."
"Maybe a more subtle method of infiltration would work? Like becoming undead in Helheim?"
"By a delaying spell?"
The two debated for a while the magical theory behind the feat, the lich warily interested in the offer. Finally, Asclepius tended to be free-thinking, so as long as he didn't attract Hel's attention, he would let Tai do what he wanted.
Asclepius said: "Her church has three times asked the old king for permission to hold religious trials, but he in his wisdom refused." "The new king Siegfried...let us hope he does not reconsider his Father’s policy.”
"Are you worried, Grandmaster?" he asked. It is unusual for an elder lich to care about human politics.
"My colleague Calvert usually informs me of the royal family's decision in advance, but what is worrying is that he has been silent for a while." The master dismissed the apprentice's concerns. "Don't worry about this and focus on your research. As an initiate you will receive a private laboratory and funding."
Finally, Tai will enjoy complete autonomy. He particularly wished to explore the [Demon] School of Magic and promote his [Alchemist] course; the young magician had a hunch that this would somehow complement his [Necromancer] level well. Collaboration.
"Master, may I ask you a question? "Personal?"
“Asking questions is proof of intelligence.”
"Which god do you worship?"
Most pale snakes are at best indifferent to the gods, and at most despise them. Tai found it strange that their leader was an exception.
Asclepius stared at Tai in silence, which made the young necromancer uncomfortable. Has he crossed a line? "Young man, what makes you think I worship a god?"
"You have the [Master of Wands] privilege, but as far as I know, no wizarding class grants you this privilege," Tai explained. "As far as I know, only battle mages and priests have this skill. But you don't display any additional skills related to the [battle mage] profession."
"Sharp," Asclepius remarked. "You are right, young man. I do have the rank of [Priest] variant, though my original religion has long been forgotten, like that of my homeland. In case you were wondering, my worship predates the Ethil and The unification of Vanir predates the birth of Avalon. Aesir is not the creature I revere from whom I now draw my power; he will grant me his patronage as long as our interests align."
The situation seemed more complicated than Tai imagined. "Why do you want to change gods? Which god will favor you? I don't know of an Æthel who would sympathize with our cause." "
The Lich let out a deep dark laugh. There was something about the question that intrigued him. "I will tell you one day. But for now, only my master and I know about it."
Located in the Logres region, Castle Black is both a place and an inanimate creature.
From the outside, the fortress looks like a jagged spire of inky black stone, looming over the countryside; a closer look reveals curved spines and sinews embedded in the structure, flesh mixed with rock. The building has no windows and only an archway for the entrance and exit of prayers and gravediggers' carriages.
The only way is to teleport.
After reviewing his new lab in more depth, Tai was quite satisfied. Although he needed commissions to purchase better equipment, Asclepius gave him a lot of room to conduct experiments; one of which was isolated. Necromancers cannot stand noise while working.
Alchemical smoke filled the floor and crystals on the ceiling provided light as Tai moved among the hundreds of undead who worked the castle. Most of them are mindless zombies and skeletons who sold their bodies to be resurrected while still alive. The Pale Serpents take great pride in abolishing the barbaric system of slavery, replacing slaves with mindless undead labor; one day sorcery will push Avalon into an era of modernity, whether the kingdom likes it or not.
Outside of the workers, the other undead are the sentient creatures that make up the organization's staff; most of them are necromancers, raised by their companions so that they can avoid death in old age. Among the Pale Serpents, embracing the undead, while not mandatory, is strongly encouraged.
"Ah, aspect." A female vampire forerunner, [Plague Doctor] Striga, caught him on his way to the [Guardian Rune]. Her black coat and beak-shaped mask were stained with blood. "Can I have a word with you?"
"Of course," the wizard replied politely. "Do you need my help?"
"Yes, surgery tomorrow. The victim is suffering from [Hell's Breath], a very powerful magical disease."
"I've heard of it." A very severe plague that causes victims to vomit black bile, eventually suffocating the victim as their lungs fill with their own blood; unless the disease can be miraculously cured or resisted, it will Kill every infected person promptly. It is said that whenever Hel felt that the gods owed her more souls, she would choose to use them to cull Midgard's population.
"Based on my research," Striga said, "it's not so much a disease as a self-replicating Helheim spirit with rudimentary intelligence. Not only does it wish to spread, but it can also lie dormant, even Make the victim appear to have been cured for a period of time to maximize infection rates."
As they passed, there were screams coming from other labs downstairs. Now Master Ostenis is experimenting with a new method of transplanting giant organs into humans, and although he faces many setbacks, the early results are promising. However, although he always ensured the lives of his subjects, the famous alchemist cared nothing for their pain or comfort.
Thankfully, the organization has no shortage of volunteers. Desperate criminals willing to do anything to avoid eternal damnation; patients suffering from deadly plagues immune to traditional treatments; old and wealthy patrons willing to donate generously to improve their physical condition. The price is always the same: life or death in the service of advancing a great cause.
"I will be introducing an artificial soul that I create to counter Hel's soul," Striga explains. "But the victim is alchemically suspended from death to slow the progression of the disease, which I fear could disrupt the body's chemical balance." .Having an extra alchemist oversee the process might have saved a life."
"Tomorrow morning?" Tai asked to confirm and the doctor nodded. "I'm happy to help."
"Thank you. If the results are noteworthy, maybe we can introduce a "healing spirit" to the masses and eradicate the plague forever. He will certainly create something else, but this will be an important milestone in the story of medicine."
Ty bid farewell to the doctor, Striga returned to her laboratory, and the Necromancer came to a purple serpentine rune carved into the wall. Upon touching it, Tai summons a purple hooded ghost. "I want to get into the brain reliquary," he asked. The ghost showed no sign of hearing the request, but a wall to his left collapsed, revealing a hidden staircase.
Castle Black has been haunted by the Keepers since its founding, and they were its original architects. As the building neared completion, they had asked to be buried alive within the walls so that their souls might one day see this great work completed. Their invisible hands swept the castle, putting the books back in their place and clearing away the dust and the stench of blood.
Over time, they gained a certain degree of power over the building, creating corridors and staircases out of thin air, rearranging rooms, etc... They allowed only invited guests to move without hindrance, and treated intruders Immunize.
Ty walked up the stairs and spent more than fifteen minutes arriving in front of two thirty-foot-tall doors carved with spiral runes. The necromancer touched them, and the door opened, allowing him to enter the reliquary.
The archive room, illuminated by a ghostly candelabra, looked like a bone-white void; half of the shelves were filled with books and the other half with deep purple crystal writing boards. These devices, developed by the Pale Snakes, can hold telepathic messages and impart images, words, and knowledge to anyone who consults them. Over time, the fraternity hopes to do away with paper entirely, storing the entire library's contents on a single tablet.
A massive brain the size of an elephant occupies the center of the hall, preserved in an alchemical brew. Those who died, those who could not or did not wish to be resurrected as immortals, or those who had experienced a final death, had their brains extracted and placed in reliquaries. Their minds will join those of their predecessors, preserving their knowledge for future generations.
"Welcome, Tai Yi." The librarian greeted Tai Yi politely. He is a lanky bone demon with insect-like wings, wearing crimson robes and scribbling mysterious words on a scroll behind a desk. "Are you looking for anything special?"
"Information on Helheim and its rendezvous with Midgard"
"The second row on the left, next to the prophecy archives, the third shelf from the bottom." The scribe pointed in the direction, and then continued working. As he drew closer, Tae recognized the scroll as an incomplete fragment of the "Little Lemigton," a treatise on [Demons]. Asclepius must have had the devil make a copy.
However, to Tai's surprise, he discovered that Metro had appeared in the area, accompanied by a female mummy, and reading a magic book heavier than a boulder. This time the knight was not wearing a helmet; in stark contrast to his black armor, his hair was as golden as the sun and his eyes were like sapphires. Even in his early forties, he was still handsome.
"Walter, I didn't expect to see you here." "Congratulations on your joining. Think about it, it's only been six years..."
"Without your guidance, I wouldn't have been able to go this far, Lord Medlot." Tai bowed deeply. While no one can replace his parents, he has always considered the knight an uncle. Medlot always gave me sage advice.
"No need to be so formal, my friend." The knight patted him on the back. "We are comrades now."
"Brothers..." the mummy beside him whispered. Tai frowned at her words, mistaking her for a mindless servant.
"He is the boy I told you about." "The one Asclepius took away six years ago."
"I see..." the mummy croaked, obviously struggling to pronounce every word.
Ty examined her from head to toe and realized he had never seen this woman before. As a mummy, she was so well preserved that she even retained patches of skin, white eyes and long black hair. While she cannot be considered alive, she is far from the skeletal corpses that her kind usually end up in; judging by her face, she must have been beautiful in life. Bandages of scrolls wrapped around her body, and advanced magical symbols protected her flesh from the ravages of time. Her manner reminded the necromancer of a dignified, cautious warrior.
"I'm Walter Tye," the necromancer greeted the mummy. "I don't think we've met yet."
The woman wanted to say something but had trouble getting the sound right. This surprised the Necromancer, as her vocal chords should be normal. Maybe a psychological disorder?
"My wife, Cywyllog," Med
aut introduced the mummy, sparing her the pain of speaking. "She rarely left our apartment and was only with me."
"It's not...safe...to get out..." the mummy muttered, stretching out for a few seconds.
"She...she died of trauma," Medrault told Tye after noticing his curious gaze. "Even as an adult, it still affected her thinking. It took her a year to speak again and even now, communicating with others is difficult."
Tai could understand that. Although he collaborates with others when necessary, he does his best work in quiet solitude, or in the company of the undead of his own creation. In her case, however, speaking seemed to cause the mummy real physical pain. "Nice to meet you," the wizard smiled warmly at the woman. "Your husband is a great man."
"No...at home..." She made a sound that passed for a giggle. "Never clean..."
"You were complaining while I was cleaning my own armor," Metro complained, though not seriously. "You scolded my last attendant so harshly. The poor kid always lowered his head to avoid your gaze."
"Bad job... done well... or not..."
Ty chuckled at the sight, and Metro shook his head in response. "Is she the reason you left the Royal Order?" the caster asked his mentor.
Medlot nodded, confirming Tai's thoughts. The knight held the mummy's hand in a gesture that reminded the necromancer of his father's fingers caressing his wife. "When I asked Asclepius how much he wanted me to give her back, he said nothing. I called it a miracle, but my fellow knights called it an abomination. So I Gone. For love.”
for love.
Ty didn't understand the feeling, or the raw emotion in Metro's voice when he spoke. Yes, the Necromancer has feelings for some people, but nothing stronger than this.
"What...plans...tonight?" Severo asked Ty.
"Do you want to treat him to dinner?" Metro asked his wife for confirmation before turning to the necromancer. "She's a great cook, much better than the zombie duo in the cafeteria."
The Necromancer smiled, touched by the attention. "I will think about it."
"You have no choice," Medrout replied with a smile. "My status is higher than you, and her status in the family is higher than mine."
"Thanks for clarifying the chain of command," Tai deadpanned, then changed the subject. "What are you reading?"
"Igdrasi records. Studying prophecies is one of my hobbies." "You know, when Asclepius recognized your true name, he asked me to study it. I guess I've become destiny An expert on the subject.”
His real name. ygg
The name of the necromancer known to asil, and its prophecy records.
"Nyhog," Tai mused, "the malicious attacker."
His words unnerved Severo. "The name of darkness..."
"Yes," Medlaut affirmed, taking the question more seriously than Tai himself, "'Nid' is an ancient runic term meaning blasphemy and disgrace. You have been likened to a nid eating The snake at the root of the Gedrash tree feeds on the corpses of the wicked and carries them away at the end of the nine worlds.”
So what is Tai, the garbage collector of the universe? "I can show you my scales," the necromancer deadpanned, not yet dismissing the prophecy. "Am I mentioned in the records of Ragnarok?"
Med
aut nodded. "In fact, you are mentioned after Ragnarok. Although your role may be thankless, if the people of Earth cannot destroy the disaster, you will definitely survive."
"But if I survive Ragnarok, does that mean it will happen in my lifetime?"
"Hope...not..." Medelot's wife commented.
"It's hard to say," the knight replied. "Perhaps you are destined to live a long life like Archmage Calvert; you may even discover immortality. Who knows? Fusions are indeed accelerating, but magical observations suggest they will not reach critical mass until centuries later."
Perhaps Tai would live long enough to see the great work completed. "It doesn't matter," the young necromancer shrugged, checking the bookshelf for a treatise on Helheim.
Metro paused, a little surprised by his indifference. "Yggd
The asil records determine everything in our world except the behavior of the earth and the undead. If you're just trying to decide your own destiny, it would be wise to pay attention to what they say. "
"Either I succeed in finding eternal life or I don't," Tai said. "Nothing else matters."
"I admire your determination, but the devil is in the details, Walter. If you keep focusing on the big picture, you'll miss the small details that make up the big picture."
"Bad metaphor...it made Metro very sad," his wife said.
"But his face..." the knight continued, before coming to his senses.
"Huh?" The other side frowned.
"I still remember Asclepius's reaction when he recognized your real name. I've known him for more than ten years, but I've never seen him like this. He looked... elated? As excited as a walking skeleton. ." The knight smiled at the young man. "I'm sure he has high hopes for you."
Tai couldn't help but blush with embarrassment, much to the couple's amusement. "If you know destiny best, what will happen to hell?"
If the necromancer could understand her motives or nature, perhaps he could find a crack in the soul's reincarnation.
"This is what I've been looking for," Medruit said. "It is said that her father Loki will lead an army of undead to escape Helheim, and that her hound Garm will kill the Esir god Tyr and be killed by Tyr. However, Hel himself does not seem to be involved in the events. The Twilight of the Gods has not been mentioned since.”
"Stay alive..." his wife whispered. "New world...death..."
"Perhaps. Or maybe she respected her agreement with Odin but went against the spirit and took no side herself, instead sending her legions to help split the universe in hopes of filling Helheim with souls? There's order There is also a chaotic side, but Haier stands on both sides——"
Prosperity!
An explosion pushed Ty onto a shelf, and his vision turned pale. His ears suddenly went deaf, and his back hit the books and tablet.
The shockwave might have broken anyone else's bones, but thankfully Tai had more health and vitality than most.
When he regained consciousness, the Necromancer found himself face to face with a massive boulder covered in smoking runes; projectiles crashed through the wall and rubble buried the brain reliquary, opening a passage for sunlight. The demon librarian interrupted his work to inspect the scene, while a panicked Medelot frantically searched for his lover among the ruins.
"C...Cywyllog!" Just like that, Ty heard it, and when his hearing returned, Metro found his wife's hand in the book. The knight caught her and raised her arm.
Only arms.
The knight froze in place, like a statue, looking blankly at the severed limb in his hand. His eyes looked down, seeing the crushed shapes beneath the boulders. He didn't scream, he didn't cry, he didn't move.
He looked dead.
Although he wanted to express sympathy for his mentor, Tai focused on the source of the attack, looking through the destroyed wall.
The forest outside the castle moved and collapsed, and a huge veil of illusion was lifted. Instead, there was an army of thousands of people, including trebuchets, siege towers, and powerful magic circles...
Flags...of Avalon...Odin, Hel, Esir...why runestones?
"They broke the line," Ty realized with alarm. "They can teleport instantly..."
what they did.
Summoned by powerful magic, a group of warriors appeared near the stone pit. The seven knights are clad in Avalonian armor, armed with swords and spears, and behind them are two Inquisitors of Hell. The cloaked shadows brandished flaming clubs and stared at the library in disgust.
"Pale Snake." The knight leader cleared his throat and his troops raised their weapons. "By the divine orders of Odin, the Father of the Gods himself, and Hel, Queen of Darkness, you are accused of blasphemy, heresy, desecration of the dead, human experimentation, divine conspiracy, forbidden magic, and catastrophe worship. According to His Majesty King Siegfried By royal command, your order is to be disbanded and all members to be put to death."
"[Spell Purification]." The Inquisitors announced, an anti-magic field surrounding them.
Metro saw red and activated one of his perks. He wears a helmet on his face and holds a powerful two-handed Claymore. Before the leading knight could raise his shield, the White Snake's blade fell on him, shattering his armor to pieces.
As the other knights struggled to contain the raging Metro, the Inquisitors set fire to the library with their staves, much to the fury of Tai and the Librarian. "Walter's venom!" the necromancer said to one of the Inquisitors, trying to break through their defenses.
Charisma check failed. You can't overcome Inquisitor Hel's [Spell Cleansing].
"You stupid mortals! The demon librarian roared with undying fury and extended his claws. "The knowledge of this place is priceless! Half of these books are unique!"
"Then their lies will die with your bones, demon!" the demon roared, clawing an Inquisitor to the ground and tearing out his throat with his fangs.
"Go and warn the Grand Master." Medrote ordered Tai, blocking the Necromancer from being hit by the knight's spear. "Gather the disciples and escape to the lower level."
"But—"
"This is an order!" Metro could not be disobeyed, and he cut the Inquisitor in half like butter. Powered by rage, the Black Knight single-handedly wiped out the entire force, but more warriors were teleported in.
Ty could only hope that Lord Medlot would hold his ground until reinforcements arrived.
"[Invisibility]." The Necromancer said to himself as his body became transparent, escaping the library and entering deeper levels. Glancing over his shoulder, he witnessed Metro colliding with the blade of a Warrior Angel, surrounded on all sides.
More and more trebuchets bombarded Castle Black in the distance, and the entire castle trembled. Stones fell from the ceiling, ghostly guards staged their way through the walls to intercept intruders, and screams and roars echoed through the fortress.
By the time Tai reached the end of the stairs and lab, the Royal Army had teleported in. Heavily armed warriors and inquisitors engage in a brutal battle with the Masters and Apprentices of the Pale Serpent, with spells and arrows flying through the air and a dazzling display of light and steel.
The ground was littered with bodies. Some belong to the Knight, some to the Staff of the Immortal. Tai recognized several of the faces he had dined with, their heads slashed with swords and their bodies impaled on the wall with spears. Blood flowed down to the Necromancer's heels, exposing his location to any skilled eye.
A knight in heavy armor did. "Heimdall's Vigil."
A flash of light passes through the vault, removing Walter's invisibility and the illusory protection of most of the apprentices. Tai responded immediately, hitting the knight with an orb of darkness, causing him to stumble, but not fall.
The Necromancer took advantage of the distraction to join his colleagues, and the apprentices hid behind the more powerful masters, empowering them with magic. With few spells able to defeat the protection of the royal army, Tai sided with Master Ostenis, who had transformed into a giant werewolf.
Like a divine savior, Master Asclepius was suddenly teleported to the center of the room and glimpsed only briefly before casting his spell. "Time stops".
In the blink of an eye, every knight present died on the ground, their dismembered limbs strung together into an artistic circle. Asclepius spoke only one word before the corpses gathered into a bloody, abominable mass; the creature immediately moved toward the stairs to protect the castle from intruders.
This scene brought hope to Tai's heart, and the necromancers cheered in victory. With the Grandmaster's support, they can easily repel this attack. He's worth an entire army!
The Lich didn't think so. He observed the massacre with a fatalistic eye. Many masters and fellow practitioners have fallen. Although they can be resurrected, there is too little time...
Asclepius told his followers: "Castle Black is doomed." Ty's hopes were dashed.
"We can hold it, Grandmaster." Tai protested. "We have magic and resources..."
"This is our home," said Master Ostenis as he transformed into a giant werewolf. The castle is their only home. "We have nowhere else to go."
"We have great power, but all the power of Avalon is against us," Asclepius replied. "Our time will come... but not today."
"But our research, the knowledge we've gathered—" Tai protested.
The lich looked down at the necromancer, silencing him before he could protest further. "The Great Work is greater than our pride or any of us. The Great Work must continue. The Brotherhood must survive. Do you understand, President?"
Tai shut his mouth, a little scared, but nodded anyway.
Asclepius conjured a scroll and gave it to Ty. "Bring all the apprentices you can here. I've set up a cache for just such an emergency. You'll find instructions and magic items, and there won't be any attempts at divination; if we haven't joined you by midnight, Just disband and never come back.”
The space itself was torn in half and a portal appeared in the center of the hall. As a group of knights passed through the gate, the necromancers formed a defensive line, led by a gaunt spellcaster wielding a rune-covered scepter.
Tai immediately recognized the wizard, whose face was a household name in Avalon. Contrary to his fearsome reputation, he reminded wizards of an old beggar in rags. A long white beard almost hid his wrinkles, and beneath his feathered hat, one of his dark eyes seemed weaker than the other. In stark contrast to his pitiful appearance, he had a number of magical wards that rivaled those of Asclepius.
"Calvert," the Lich whispered with a hint of disappointment as the other masters stood ready to unleash their spells. "You traitor. I have taught you so much, but you still dare to use magic against me?"
"Traitor?" The bearded wizard struck the ground with his cane. "How dare you say such things to me, Asclepius. You have betrayed Asgard, no, betrayed existence itself."
"Everything has a purpose," Asclepius replied, the darkness spinning around his fingers like a coiled snake. "You can't beat me in this situation, liar. I've forgotten more spells than you've learned."
"Perhaps," the mage admitted, and the royal knights immediately covered him in shining armor. "But I'm not alone. You can't win."
"Then be your precious kingdom cursed!" roared Asclepius, his eerie calm giving way to intense hatred. "Curse your puppet king, Siegfried! May he perish from the death of hell until he sees his family and kingdom perish!"
"Time stops!" replied the mage, as Asclepius unleashed a torrent of darkness upon the royal army.
"Follow me!" Tai yelled to his apprentices, fleeing deeper as half of the ceiling collapsed under the pressure of the powerful spell. The archer knight began spraying them with arrows, killing one of his apprentices; a cannonball nearly ripped Tai's head off his shoulders, but he didn't stop.
The Necromancer ran as fast as he could, the screams of his colleagues cut off behind him.
These memories still haunt him to this day.
After the magic circle was painted on the ground of the cathedral, Toy drove these memories after painting the magic circle on the ground; the corpse of the giant snake was placed in the center as the focus of the ceremony. At the same time, Taye's [Assnino] has begun to pump water, and there is an empty cylinder next to it, waiting for the last raw material.
After he made a catastrophic raid on the world, Tai decided to immediately perform the ceremony; after his home was taken away by Haier, the idea of just the goddess had any form of control over his control.
It is not fun to be kicked out of the house for the first time, and the second time is also sad. Thanks, Tiyi successfully condemned the secret passage of the store and the dungeon that connected him, and hurriedly removed any harmful things before the trial broke the door. Although he fled back to Nastelon, this experience left a sour taste in the mouth of [outer].
He will soon repay her with her own money.
"What are you ready, dear?"
Very punctual. "Lafei," Thai said, while drawing the perfect wind alchemy symbol with sticky bones on the ground. "I will do a great experiment soon."
"Is this why you gathered these warm blood prisoners outside?" The demon pondered. Black Gen and others gathered all the believers, trolls and captives outside the cathedral, tied up, and prescribed medicine.
"Yes. I may need your help, but start with your report." This is your last chance.
"Morgan can't find a suitable opportunity to kill the princess," Lafei lying in front of him. "But she can do this soon. I collected some interesting information about Medlort."
And you waste it. "I understand." Tai said, facing her with both hands. "I'm afraid I need your help today."
"Oh? Do I want to bleed the captives on the altar outside you?"
"Under your circumstances," (Koukou) looked at his unpalatable food with a smile, "I thought of some cruel things."
