A smile appeared on Zhao Yuanming's face: "Since you can defeat my youngest son, you must also be able to defeat my eldest son, right?" There was a strong hint of provocation in this tone.

"Zhao Yuanming, your eldest son is a fourth-grade exploration warrior. Compared with me, a first-grade exploration warrior, there is a huge gap in strength."

"Is it really appropriate for you to ask him to challenge me? Isn't this a bit too much?" Fang Lei asked.

"Fang Lei, you are not an ordinary first-grade exploration warrior. You can easily defeat even my younger brother. Your strength should not be underestimated." Zhao Ming's eyes flashed with cunning.

Fang Lei responded calmly: "I am willing to accept your challenge, but there is one condition."

"Tell me about it." Zhao Ming said with cold eyes.

Fang Lei said slowly: "Ten days later, I will stand in front of you and fight you. If you are unwilling or dare not accept it, then just pretend that you have never challenged me."

Fang Lei originally wanted to propose a month, but he was afraid that it would be too long and Zhao Ming would not agree, so he had to shorten the time and use ten days to improve his strength as much as possible.

Zhao Ming said without hesitation: "Do you think that delaying time can improve your strength? Okay, I promise you!"

After Zhao Yuanming and Zhao Ming left.

"Xiao Ming, does Fang Lei think that he can improve his strength in ten days and defeat you? Are you too hasty in agreeing to him?" Zhao Yuanming asked worriedly.

The corner of Zhao Ming's mouth curled up slightly: "Dad, even if you give him ten days, he may not be able to be promoted to a second-grade exploration warrior."

"The gap between a third-grade exploration warrior and a fourth-grade exploration warrior is an insurmountable divide."

"I don't need to say more about the gap between a second-grade exploration warrior and a fourth-grade exploration warrior! The gap between them is unfathomable and daunting."

"I admit, I was a little too nervous. It was your brother's injury that made me a little overwhelmed." Zhao Yuanming responded.

Zhao Yuanming listened to his eldest son's analysis and was filled with relief.

This eldest son is not only extremely smart, but also mature and stable beyond his years.

Every analysis he makes is clear and logical, making it impossible not to admire him.

Zhao Yuanming knew that his eldest son not only inherited the family's martial arts talent, but also honed his extraordinary wisdom and talent through constant experience.

Every improvement he makes makes Zhao Yuanming extremely proud. He believes that his son will continue to surpass himself and create a more brilliant future.

At this time, Fang Lei knew that he must defeat Zhao Ming in ten days, otherwise the consequences would be disastrous.

So Fang Lei began to seize the time to study "Xingyiquan".

Xingyiquan, also known as Xingyiquan, is one of the S-class martial arts.

When Xingyi Quan was first founded, it was called Xinyi Liuhe Quan, which means the heart and mind are united, the intention and Qi are united, the Qi and force are united, the shoulders are united with the hips, the elbows are united with the knees, and the hands are united with the feet.

The basic content of Xingyiquan is three-body pile exercise, five-element boxing and twelve-shaped boxing.

Three-body posture is a unique basic and internal strength training method of Xingyiquan. It is known as "all methods originate from three-body posture".

Five Elements Quan combines the five elements of metal, wood, water, fire and earth, namely Piquan (gold), Diamond Quan (water), Bengquan (wood), Paoquan (fire) and Hengquan (earth).

Twelve-shaped boxing is a practical combat technique created after the movement characteristics of twelve kinds of animals.

They are dragon-shaped, tiger-shaped, bear-shaped, snake-shaped, eagle-shaped, monkey-shaped, horse-shaped, chicken-shaped, swallow-shaped, hawk-shaped, harrier-shaped, and eagle-shaped.

Boxing content: The basic boxing techniques of Xingyiquan are three-body postures, five elements boxing (splitting, collapse, drilling, gunning, horizontal),

Twelve shapes (dragon, tiger, monkey, horse, cat, rooster, harrier, swallow, snake, eagle, eagle, bear) are the main ones.

The key points of the exercise are as follows: first, bend the waist, secondly shrink the shoulders, thirdly, buckle the chest, fourthly, push up, fifthly, lift, sixthly, horizontally and smoothly, and seventhly, drill and turn clearly.

Slumping the waist: lifting the tail, shrinking the shoulders: pulling the shoulders back, buckling the chest: opening the chest and smoothing the Qi.

Top: that is, the top of the head, the top of the tongue, and the top of the hands. Lifter: that is, lift from the inside of the neck. Horizontal: that is, rising. Shun: that is, falling. rising: that is drilling. Falling: that is, turning. The rising is also horizontal, and the falling is also. Shun.

Zhan Gong: When practicing Xingyiquan, one of the most important basic skills is the three-body pose (position). This is the most basic skill to achieve Liuhe, roundness and strength.

It arranges the human body into a complete basic posture in accordance with the theoretical requirements and essentials of Xingyiquan. The movements of Xingyiquan follow the requirements of this basic posture and essentials.

In terms of appearance, we focus on the three external combinations of hands and feet, elbows and knees, and shoulders and hips. In the body, we focus on the internal three combinations of heart and mind, mind and Qi, and Qi and force. The inside and outside are unified. It is a Liuhe type.

Secondly, the human body is divided into three parts: head, hands, and feet, and the three bodies are further divided into three sections, etc. Therefore, Xingyiquan has the saying that "everything comes from the three body postures."

1. Preparatory posture (promise)

1. Stand on heels: heels together, toes pointed out, the angle between the outer edges of the feet is 90 degrees, body facing forward, hands hanging down naturally, eyes looking straight ahead.

2. Lift and press with two palms: Don’t move your lower limbs and breathe in a straight line. Lift the two palms naturally in front of the navel, with the fingertips of the two palms facing each other.

With the palms of your hands facing upward, inhale through your nose, and slowly move your hands up through your chest to your mouth. The air passes through the meridians and is pressed into the lower abdomen by the pulmonary diaphragm.

The lower abdomen is slightly swollen, and then the palms of the two hands are turned downward and slowly moved down. The breath falls with the palms. The two palms sit on the wrists, with the fingertips facing inward and relatively flat in front of the navel, and looking forward.

2. Tai Chi style

1. Close the palms of the fists: Take the upper position, turn the two palms toward the navel and make fists, slowly withdraw them to both sides of the navel, lean against the ribs and ribs, with the center of the fist upward, level with the navel, and look forward.

2. Half-face right turn: Immediately afterwards, use the heel as the axis to buckle the left foot to the right, and stop the toes directly in front, making an angle of 45 degrees with the right foot.

Follow the movement of the left foot and turn the whole body to the right to form a half side. The midline of the body and the front are at a 45-degree angle. At the same time, exhale and look ahead.

3. Two Ceremonies

Knee Bend Drill Fist: Take the upper position, bend your knees slightly, and keep your knees over your toes. At the same time, extend your right fist forward from under the ribs to the midline of the body, through the abdomen, chest, subchin, to the mouth, and toward the front of the body.

Wrap your forearm, make your fist and nose level, and the middle finger of your right fist should be opposite to your nose. While extending your right fist forward, rotate your waist to the left, forming a right-bending body shape, and keep your left fist motionless under your ribs.

This action activates the two kidneys, and at the same time, cooperate with the above actions to inhale in the forward breathing method.

Three-body exercises with pile method

4. Four-image pose (three-body pile posture)

Upward Split Fist: Continuing the upper stance, the left fist wraps around the elbow along the ribs to the midline of the body and goes up, passing under the chin and extending from the front of the mouth.

When the two fists rub the tibia (radius) bone together, turn your right fist into a palm, sit on the wrist, and press down in front of the crotch. The tip of your thumb is against the abdomen, and the heel of the palm is in front of the great turn bone of the crotch and is level with the navel.

With the palm inward, the four fingers are slightly open: the left fist changes to the palm and is chopped forward (it means to chop an object with an axe). The heel of the palm stops at the level of the heart. The palm forms half yin and half yang. The sitting wrist and arm are at 45 degrees. angle.

The Laogong point in the palm is included, and the four fingers are slightly spread. The shape is like a hook but not a hook. However, the index finger has the meaning of picking up the collar, but it cannot be straightened. The tiger's mouth is round, and the tips of the thumb and little finger must be opposite and included (this posture is the palm of the hand). The secret of returning to Dantian inward).

The movement of the left foot and two fists changing into palms, rising and falling, rising and falling at the same time, taking a step forward, and achieving the overall trend of the six and six unions.

At this time, the upper, middle, and lower body postures are all ready, and the above actions must be coordinated with the exhalation of the cis breathing method.

After the body shape of the above pile method is fixed, then relax the whole body, breathe slowly and cooperate with the opening and closing of the Dantian to perform the work of health preservation, and add the idea of "the integration of the three hearts" in the "Eight Essentials".

The top of the heart should go down to the Dantian, the palms of the hands should go inward to the Dantian, the soles of the feet should go up to the Dantian, and the three hearts together should go to the Dantian.

routine

Single training routines include Five Elements Chain, Miscellaneous Punch, Four-hand Fist, Eight-style Fist, Twelve Flood Punch, Entering and Exiting the Hole, Five Elements Mutual Generation, Eight-Character Kung Fu, etc.

The sparring routines include Five Elements, Three-hand Cannon, Five-Flower Cannon, Shen Shen Cannon, and Nine Sets of Rings.

The weapon routines include chain knives, Sanhe knives, chain swords, chain cannons, chain sticks, Sancai swords, Sancai swords, walking six swords, Liuhe guns, Liuhe big guns, Phoenix wings and so on.

Five Elements Boxing

Five Elements Boxing is the most basic boxing technique of Xingyi Boxing, including split boxing, drilling boxing, collapse boxing, cannon boxing and horizontal boxing.

It is a boxing technique named after the five elements. It combines the five elements theory with boxing styles, cuts out the complex and simplified boxing moves, and combines the human body with Chinese medicine theory to explain boxing principles and offensive and defensive techniques, thus creating Five Elements Boxing.

Split Fist: Among Five Elements Fist, Split Fist belongs to metal and is a powerful punching method. It is divided into double split fist and one-handed split fist.

The split punch is not just about the downward splitting force, but also the forward cutting force and the backward pulling force.

The trajectory of the force is from the forehead to the chest and abdomen, so that the split punch can be strong and powerful.

Practicing Piquan requires attacking Ming Jin first, then Dark Jin, and finally Hua Jin.

In addition to bright, dark, and transformation, the force of the split fist also includes five different types of force: catching, shooting, hitting, pressing, and splitting.

There is another formula for practicing split boxing: "You don't need to look at the split boxing. Keep your feet in line, punch with the front hand and the heel of the back hand, cover the elbow and rub the ribs to hit the center, step forward with the front foot and kick with the back foot, and it will count as a landing."

Bengquan: Bengquan belongs to wood. It is named because its movements are shaped like sharp arrows piercing objects, its punches are powerful, and when it is exerted, it is as powerful as a mountain collapsing and the earth splitting.

Bengquan has several different footwork methods such as half-step Bengquan, twisted step Bengquan, smooth-step Bengquan, step-step Bengquan, and quick-step Bengquan.

Among them, Half-step Bengquan is the most basic training method in Bengquan. Other types of Bengquan are derived from this, so Half-step Bengquan is called the "mother boxing".

Drilling Fist: Drilling Fist belongs to water, and its momentum is like throwing objects from the sea into the sky, hence the name Drilling Fist.

When practicing Drill Boxing, you should keep your shoulders and elbows down, and the movements of your shoulders, hips, and hands should be coordinated.

The front hand cannot cross the tip of the front toe. This means that the shape does not break the body and the force does not reach the tip, so that the body can maintain balance. Compared with Bengquan and Paoquan, Dianquan places more emphasis on the word "qiao".

Pao Fist: Pao Fist is a type of fire that is powerful and powerful, hence its name. It is the most ferocious boxing technique among the Five Elements Quan.

Hengquan: Hengquan belongs to earth and is neutral in nature. It is a boxing technique that balances yin and yang and combines hardness and softness.

It is the mother of the Five Elements Boxing. It can be transformed into the four punches of splitting, drilling, collapsing, and cannon, as well as the twelve-shaped boxing. As the saying goes, "One box can scatter ten thousand plants, and ten thousand plants will return to one box."

The core of Xingyiquan is Zhongyong, and the most representative boxing method of Zhongyuan is Hengquan. Therefore, if Hengquan blindly pursues "strong, violent, and invincible", it will lose its original intention.

Twelve shapes

The Twelve Forms is one of the traditional routines of the Xingyiquan system. It is composed of the movement characteristics of twelve kinds of animals. It is not only an exquisite offensive and defensive technique, but also a good method for physical training.

Among the twelve shapes, they are dragon, tiger, monkey, horse, rooster, swallow, harrier, snake, eagle, and bear. Later, the shape of the turtle and the shear were added, making the martial arts of Xingyiquan more comprehensive.

Compared with the practice of Five Elements Boxing, Twelve Forms adds many techniques, body techniques, leg techniques and footwork, with rich images and comprehensive strength.

Not only can it improve physical fitness and change people's mental temperament, thereby achieving the purpose of extending life, it can also exercise and master a variety of strengths and improve actual offensive and defensive capabilities.

Bazi Gong

Bazi Gong is one of the routines of the Xingyi Quan system. Because its inheritors summarized the key points of this boxing method into eight characters, it was named "Bazi Gong".

The eight characters are cut, intercept, wrap, crotch, pick, top, cloud, and lead respectively.

Xingyiquan pays attention to applying what you learn, combining learning and application, and combining body and body. Bazi Gong is a practical martial art.

Each Zi Kung Fu has its own unique movement composition, and each has different practices, techniques and usage.

The Bazi Gong can be practiced independently for each character, back and forth, or the Bazi Kung Fu can be practiced in series. The series of exercises is called the Bazi Kung Fu chain.

Practicing Bazi Gong can learn the use of moves other than Five Elements Boxing and Twelve Forms. It can enrich the techniques of Xingyi Boxing and improve one's own fighting ability.
