There are three realms in the Diamond Sutra. The first level is the appearance of a long-lived person, the second level is the appearance of living beings, and the third level is the appearance of non-appearances.

However, if you want to enter the realm of longevity, you have to put in more effort.
As for the third level of rebirth, he has already started.
For him, who has perfect five elements of Qi in his body, there is no difficulty in practicing the third level of rebirth.
If you continue to practice Five Elements Qi, you will return to the state of innate Qi.
Three flowers gather at the top and five qi rise toward the yuan, that’s what it means.

As he expected, the innate Qi is the best fuel for the pure Yang heart fire, and whenever he operates the third level of rebirth, the Qi in his body will surge through his veins like a wild dragon, and then transform in his Dantian. It turns into an extremely pure innate energy.
And this transformation process also made the Qi in his body more and more abundant, and the pure Yang heart fire became more and more powerful.
