So, this is the end of Volume 8 Girls’ Rules.
This volume was officially put on the shelves in February this year, and it was not completed until the end of July now. I have to say that it took a long time to write...
Of course, this must have a lot to do with the author's interruption in the early stage, but the subsequent dozens of chapters have basically maintained a standard of two updates a day, which can be regarded as a slight recovery of self-esteem. The same will be true for subsequent updates. At least in July, updates can still be guaranteed.
Okay, back to the plot, you can tell from the name that this volume belongs to Lao Bai. The emotional drama among them basically revolves around this theme.
As the most coward among the members, when I started writing Lao Bai’s emotional drama, I had been thinking about a question, that is, how to make such a coward have the courage to express his feelings and still be able to express his feelings. Can we get a pretty good ending? I thought about it while writing, and finally came up with the result of this volume. It's not very good, but it's still what I wanted.
After all, it is different from the previous emotional scene with Lao Qiao. Since Lao Qiao is the first, it doesn't matter how wildly he writes. But when it comes to Lao Bai, due to the many constraints, it is obvious that he cannot be as comfortable as Lao Qiao. It is precisely because of this that people in the group lament that I abuse Lao Bai from time to time. In fact, it is not that I want to abuse him, but that I want a coward like Lao Bai to have the courage to face his feelings and express them. For me, To put it bluntly, it takes layers of suffering and struggle before you can finally break through your inner demons and muster the courage.
This is also the reason why the final location was placed in Fuji-Qi. That haunted house was like a mountain in Lao Bai's heart. The moment she mustered up the courage to rush in regardless, she had actually won. Before she entered, she felt that it was very scary, and she even thought that the thousand-year-old dog Tuxiazao appeared directly. However, in fact, it was just like that.
Just like she had been hesitant and afraid, not daring to face her heart and take that step. She was worried about losing her friend Lao Qiao and worried about all kinds of terrible consequences. But in the end, she found that just like the haunted house, after looking up and facing it, there was no Not as scary as imagined.
Such an ending is far from an ending, just a temporary ending. But at this point, Lao Bai and everyone else were undoubtedly relieved.
The next emotional drama about Lao Bai will naturally return to a relaxed atmosphere. For such things, one time is enough for a person, but twice will be boring. After all, it’s not about asking for abuse when it’s bitter first and then sweet, isn’t it? The reason why I deliberately arrange these plots is to make the emotional development seem more natural and smooth. This is a means, not an end.
Okay, the plot of this volume is almost summarized. Finally, there is a pit at the end. When the bird knows the news that the protagonist is leaving, how will he react? What will happen next? The next volume is just like the name, I will probably write it longer, maybe it won’t be very long, who knows.
All in all, I have already conceived some very interesting plots, and I can’t help but want to write them out as soon as I think about them.
Well, thank you all Zizi people, and see you in the next volume.
Volume 9 "The Long Summer"!
