This time I returned to the human world and lived forty years longer, dying at the age of eighty-three. If he dies at the age of seventy-three or eighty-four or any other age, it proves that the Lord of Hell is also a fake. This is two;
This time I return to the earth. Starting from next year, my family will start to have good luck, from poverty to wealth. I want to express a good idea to all living beings: A house that accumulates good deeds will always be happy. Three years later, the eldest son will join the army at the age of 18. If he performs well in the army, he will be promoted to an official. After that, he will retire from the army and change his career to become a leader of a national enterprise. If this is not the case, it proves that the arrangement of Lord Yama is fake. This is three. If all three of these things come true, it proves that this is absolutely true.
After the mother finished speaking, the father fell silent. After a while, he said: I hope all this is true. God has eyes and bless our family of kind people.
The subsequent development of the situation all proved that the mother's words were true. Sure enough, my mother passed away shortly after turning eighty-three, bringing this matter to a successful conclusion.
After listening to Gu Weixing's story about her mother, Qian Jishi said with approval: Your mother went to heaven to become a fairy and enjoy the blessings of heaven and gods. It is good, but it is not the end, why?
Because although the way of heaven is the top of the six realms of heaven, humans, asuras, animals, hungry ghosts, and hell, there is still life and death. The gods in heaven will die when their lifespan is up. After enjoying the great blessings of gods, they may fall. Suffer in the low-level asura realm, human realm, animal realm, hungry ghost realm, and hell realm. It can be said that we are still in the six realms and have not yet been liberated.
To truly be liberated, you must practice Buddhism with devotion. You can escape the cycle of life and death and gain immeasurable life, immeasurable light, and immeasurable blessings. That is really better than a ten thousand life without boundaries. There is no talk of life or death, so free and happy.
Gu Weixing said, I once listened to a lecture by a mage, which was similar to what you said, so combined with what happened to my mother, I completely believed it. Now I am concentrating on reciting the Buddha's name, hoping to receive the Buddha's power and blessing, so that I can live freely and happily before becoming a Buddha and escaping life and death.
Qian Jishi said, layman Gu, just insist on reciting the Buddha's name! Just recite Amitabha Buddha. If you recite it with concentration and skill, you will get incomparable benefits in this life that are not available in this world. It can be said that your prostatitis with urgent urination and frequent urination will be cured without treatment, because Amitabha is the great medicine king. If you hold his name, even if you exchange information with him, he will not only understand your psychological condition, but also Know your physical condition. He will use his adha medicine to treat your illness without you knowing it. Once you are cured, you will be cured without recurrence or side effects. Unless you turn around and do bad things that create bad karma, that's a different matter.
Gu Weixing put his palms together and recited Amitabha, and then said, Master, I believe everything you said. I believe that Buddha is more capable of suffering than gods. I saw with my own eyes that my mother came back from the dead, and all her illnesses were gone. Those were not cured by gods. ? If Amitabha uses his Amitabha to treat people's illnesses, wouldn't the effect be even better? !
Qian Jishi said, yes. You told me your mother’s story, and I’ll tell you something that I experienced personally or semi-personally. In other words, when I concentrated on reciting Amitabha, a miracle happened to me. To be clear, by reciting Amitabha, you have reached the state of selflessness, and have reached the state of seeing all living beings as me, and I am all living beings. Amitabha and other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will protect you 100%. No matter what dangers, bad things, embarrassments and all kinds of bad and troublesome things happen, they will be easily resolved without any harm to you. You will still live very happy and comfortable! This kind of thing happened to me, which shows that Amitabha and other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have been protecting me.
Gu Weixing smiled and said, Master, tell me a story about your personal or semi-personal experience! I really want to hear it.
Qian Jishi nodded and began to talk: Three years ago, I went to the Amitabha Temple in Qingfengling, fifty kilometers away, and listened to Master Yaoguang's lectures there with the monks, nuns, and lay people.
Apart from preaching the Dharma, in addition to reviewing Dharma principles and studying Buddhist scriptures, I also happily helped with the work in the temple, such as chopping firewood, lighting fires, and preparing meals. Wherever there was work to be done, no matter whether it was light or heavy work, I would happily participate and help. I did it, and even rushed to do it, so I was very popular with the monks, Upasakas and Upasikas in the temple, and they also spoke highly of me.
Needless to say, Master Yaoguang appreciated me even more and even called me Bodhisattva of the World.
Once, while drinking tea with me at the "Zen Tea Yiyi" Sutra Contemplation Hall, he also told me about his tortuous experience in learning Buddhism. He said that he graduated from the Chinese Department of Oe University, Toto State. After graduation, he went to the Coastal Development Zone I teach in a middle school, get a good salary, and live a comfortable life.
Unexpectedly, once he participated in a physical examination of all faculty and staff organized by the school, it was discovered that he had a tumor in his liver, and it was malignant, which meant that he suffered from an incurable disease: cancer.
Before the examination, I didn't feel any discomfort on my body. However, this examination turned out to be bad. Although there was no pain on my body and no obvious discomfort, I felt very stressed. The principal of the school, the dean of students, and his teacher colleagues all reminded him to treat it quickly. This is the early stage of cancer. It is better to find it early, but it will be over if it is found late. It is very troublesome to detect it in the middle stage.
I hear this kind of voice or concerned advice almost every day, and it’s not enough not to seek treatment. I don’t know if this evil disease can be cured yet. Please take some time off! I don’t know how long it will take, I don’t know how long it will take. Master Yaoguang, no, he could not be called a master at that time. He was not even a monk, but a layman whose common name was Wang Xuefu.
Wang Xuefu knew that it was not easy to ask for leave, and he didn't know how to ask for leave, because he didn't know how long he should take leave, so he simply resigned and concentrated on treating the disease. If the disease could be cured one day, it would not be too late to find another employer to apply for a job.
This school is not bad. In addition to paying him a full salary, it also gave him an extra 5,000 yuan. It was the early days of reform and opening up in Dongtu Kingdom, and 5,000 yuan was really a lot. It was a big deal to have a household worth ten thousand yuan at that time! They are often supported by wearing red flowers and giving lectures everywhere, preaching their experience in getting rich.
This approach of being serious or solemn is also reasonable. Forty years after the reform and opening up, an economist made a base calculation comparison between the ten thousand yuan at that time and the ten thousand yuan today.
