Vote: Should the protagonist rob the Ashbringer?

I read the book review today and found that many readers expected the protagonist to snatch the Ashbringer. To be honest, I was a little panicked because my preset plot did not include the protagonist snatching the Ashbringer.

The reason why I focus on describing the ruthless sword is because some readers who were tribe players said that the tribe is too weak in the book and needs to be strengthened.

The reason why Ashbringer is added is to enhance the strength of the tribe and achieve a balance with the other two camps. After all, the Alliance has the Golden Holy Tree, the Dark Night Alliance has the Divine Martial Emperor, and several great magic sticks. If the tribe is not strengthened, it will appear too weak. .

On the one hand, the protagonist appears here to link up the plot and show off his coolness. On the other hand, it is also to recycle the line of the dwarf prince.

The last thing is to create a little conflict between the ideas of Grom and Ba Dao Qing Wu.

But there are no arrangements to snatch the Ashbringer.

Writing must be logical, and every choice a character makes is determined by his or her character and the environment in which he or she lives.

Sometimes the author cannot make changes at will.

From a logical point of view, the protagonist is now mainly in dragon form, and will soon become an ancient dragon. It doesn't make much sense to steal it from the Ashbringer, and it won't be of much use.

The protagonist doesn't have to fight with the tribe for an unused weapon. He might as well concentrate on collecting the ancient dragon heart and transform into an ancient dragon.

In one case, I am not the kind of reader who likes to see the protagonist grab every benefit, so I don’t really like to write that kind of plot.

On the other hand, logically speaking, when Ba Dao Qing Wu is in danger, he will definitely run away immediately and is unlikely to be tough. After all, the value of this account is hundreds of millions, which is his entire net worth. Compare the benefits and risks with the protagonist. Totally out of proportion.

And if he wants to run away, it will not be easy for the protagonist to snatch the Ashbringer.

But - here comes the point. After all, this book is written for readers, and readers are God. Seeing that many readers expect the protagonist to snatch the Ashbringer, I also have a hard time. If not grabbing the Ashbringer makes the readers feel uncomfortable, then I It's such a heinous crime.

After all, I have committed literary youth disease before, so I can’t make the same mistake again.

So let’s vote. No matter what choice you make, it’s impossible to satisfy everyone. Reasonability and satisfaction are never mutually exclusive. But at least to satisfy the majority of readers, the old rule is to leave a message behind the option you want.

Whichever line has more voters will go.

——————

Choice 1: Follow the planned plot. When Ba Dao Qingqing saw the protagonist, he gave up and ran away. The protagonist finished pretending to be cool and left. By the way, he rescued the dwarf prince and did not snatch the Ashbringer.

Grom Hellscream will fall out with Ba Dao WuQing because of Ba Dao WuQing's running away, thinking that he is not worthy of being the warchief.

Next, we will focus on describing the protagonist's way of the ancient dragon, because there are only three dragon hearts left. A little spoiler, the last dragon heart will be the climax of the plot.

Choice 2: Ba Dao Qingqing floated, thinking that with the artifact, he would be invincible. In addition, a group of younger brothers around him were watching, and he could not afford to lose face, so he chose to confront the protagonist head-on. Naturally, he was killed and snatched away by the protagonist. He killed the Ashbringer and rescued the dwarf prince.

As the chief of the tribe was killed, the protagonist's reputation in the alliance increased, but he also became the sworn enemy of the tribe. Ba Dao Qingqing was particularly angry and vowed to fight the protagonist to the end, and would not stop fighting to the death. He would also attack the protagonist in reality, which would lead to A realistic plot.

Ba Dao Qingqing tried his best to attack the protagonist in reality, and the protagonist was forced to reveal his extraordinary power.

Choice 3: Ba Dao Qingwu floated first, and hit him with a big move, but the protagonist was not doing well. Then Ba Dao Qingwu gave up again and said, don't kill me, or I will give you the Ashbringer.

The protagonist takes the Ashbringer and leaves.

Grom Hellscream was very disappointed with Ba Dao Qing Wu, feeling that he had disgraced the tribe.

(I haven’t thought about the follow-up plot of the tribe yet. The protagonist still continues the way of the ancient dragon)

Choice 4: Ba Dao Wu Wu Qing floated first, and hit him with a big move, but the protagonist was not doing well. Then Ba Dao Qing Wu gave up again and said, don’t take my sword, I will give you 10 million protection fees.

The protagonist agreed and took 10 million to let the tribe go.

Grom Hellscream was very disappointed with Ba Dao Qing Wu, feeling that he had disgraced the tribe.

(I haven’t thought about the follow-up plot of the tribe yet. The protagonist still continues the way of the ancient dragon)

PS: I personally don’t want to write about the third or fourth choice, mainly because it feels like it would discredit the tribe too much. I am a player of both camps, and I play both alliance and tribe. So I can’t say which side I prefer, but at least I think both sides have something worthy of respect.

Therefore, rather than asking the tribal chief to beg for mercy, it is better to just fight to death, which is still a man.

But again, the reader is God. If everyone wants to see the tribe be embarrassed, I can reluctantly write it.

PS2: Family gathering during the day, coding starts at 7pm, so voting ends at 7pm.
