The most troublesome thing is that the character of the mind will be changed by the exercises. For example, those with Yang attributes will become irritable and easily become a madman.

In order to solve this kind of problem, some mental methods are used.

But it rarely works, because those Heart Sutras that complement extreme exercises can help people practice, but they can also accelerate people to go crazy.

Mental methods that are opposite to the exercises may accelerate the development of evil spirits.

In short, they are all dangerous.

The most effective way is to avoid extreme yin and yang, so there are various yin and yang symbiotic exercises.

Use the five elements to slowly combine and use the method of generation and restraint to adjust the true energy to the desired attribute level.

It sounds simple. The question is how much yin is the yin attribute and how much yang is the yang attribute.

That is to say, it is a matter of accuracy. In theory, there can be exercises with infinite attributes.

The research on this usually lasts a lifetime.

So just adjust it to half and half, which is neutral and peaceful.

This attribute has no magical uses, but you can keep practicing it and rarely go crazy.

At the same time, because it is neutral and peaceful, and because it has no function, it is relatively easier to find the right mental method and produce results.

It's like a blank slate, you can write whatever you want.

The biggest advantage is that it can be reversed, with the mental method first and then the practice method.

For example, in "Tai Xuan Jing", you first have the mental method "Xia Ke Xing", and then figure out a set of exercises to express it.

The reason why it is said to be a magic book is because this skill perfectly embodies the artistic conception in the mind method, and the mind method gives the skill many wonderful functions.

Killing a person in ten steps and leaving no trace for thousands of miles increases hand speed and body skills.

The mind method and the skill method complement each other, making it possible for the practitioner to become a supreme master.



The mental skills that Yamazaki created for his wife Yang Linglong were derived from the Infinite Life Sutra.

Yang Linglong already had her true energy, so the technique became simple.

But Yamazaki thought about the method of mind all night before he came up with this "Heart Sutra of Aspects of the Buddha's Awakening of Amitayus."

Because the more I thought about it, the more I thought about it, and the more I thought about it, the more grandiose it became, and I guessed that the time behind it was no longer part of the human world.

But Yamazaki told no one this.



The mind method sets four realms, small perfection, middle perfection, great perfection, and supreme enlightenment.

The Seventh Heaven of Small Perfection, visualize the Seven Treasures Tree, and choose to live the seven emotions of life.

In the eighth heaven of perfection, visualize the pool of eight treasures and virtues, and choose to escape the eight sufferings of life.

The tenth level of Dzogchen, visualize the bright Buddha lands in the ten directions, and choose to realize the ten good deeds of heaven and earth.

Supremely enlightened to the twelve levels of heaven, visualize the Buddha of Infinite Life, and choose to realize the twelve causes and conditions of heaven and earth.

From contemplating one's own body to contemplating the heaven and earth, if the contemplation is greatly accomplished, the state will be such that one can become a Buddha and become a new Infinite Life Buddha.



Buddhism talks about giving, and this visualization also talks about giving.

For example, if you visualize the Seven Treasures Tree and feel that your state of mind has been reached, plant another tree. There is no order, but if they all match, then add them all. This is called Small Perfection.

Yamazaki called everyone to preach, including Shan Dai, Shan Yuru, his father Shanchao, the prince, his mother-in-law Qiu Qingmei, Yang Linglong, and his maid Bai Lan.

Gao Huairen, Li Huiyun, Lu Shulan, Tian Lianer, Hao Hai, Li Piaoping, Ling Yunfeng.

"Otherwise, what do you think is perfection? Satisfying the perfection of what you want in your heart is perfection."

"For example, someone says you killed someone, but you say I didn't. I have never killed anyone in my life. I feel confident and have a clear conscience. This is perfection."

"Or, you may say that I killed some people, but the ones I killed were all villains who harmed the people. You can also say that I am justified and have a clear conscience. This is also satisfactory."

"Or, you say that I killed many people, but I killed them to save more people. This can also be said to be justified and with a clear conscience. This is also complete."

"If someone asks, if you kill so many people, don't you feel ashamed of their families?"

"Then you can say that everything has cause and effect. Everything I do is due to fate. It is God who uses my hand to settle their cause and effect. If one day their family members come to me for revenge and kill me, that will be my retribution. arrive."

"This is also complete."

Shan Dai nodded repeatedly when she heard this, and Qiu Qingmei, Yang Linglong, and maid Bai Lan all seemed to understand.

Others are still a little worse. In the words of spiritual practice, they have been involved in the officialdom too much and have been fascinated by the world of mortals.



Fuhu Arhat was eagerly eavesdropping. He now felt that this job was a good one. Anyone who dared to snatch it from him would be beaten in custody. Even his mother did not recognize him.

A monk who does not want to become a Buddha is not a true monk, and an Arhat is not a Buddha after all. What people are preaching now is clearly a wonderful method on how to become a Buddha step by step.

Because he looked back and thought about it, he did not achieve a lot. It can be said that the Small Consummation was barely achieved, and the Middle Consummation seemed to be worse. It is no wonder that he was only an Arhat.

If you can't think of a sentence, what Buddha taught about Buddhism is all specious. There are a lot of stories and truths that make people's heads hurt. They need to be understood slowly.

If he wants to have the conscience of heaven and earth, he will become a Taoist priest.

And if you look at other people, they will tell you step by step. Once you have done it, you will have reached Consummation. Once you have completed everything, you will have become a Buddha.
