Finally, it’s time to hit the shelves.

The most important thing is the book, so I take this opportunity to talk to you about the content of the book.

You may also notice that the theme and style of this book are different from other books on the market. For example, why is it so difficult to build a foundation, and why the Qi practitioners here are born into the world instead of out of it.

The framework of the book is based on "Gnosticism", an area that is relatively rarely mentioned in the field of modern popular culture. The most famous works in the past were actually the video game "The Elder Scrolls" and the tabletop game "Dark World". Loosely speaking, Gnostic is the opposite of Cthulhu. Cthulhu's themes are cold, while Gnostic themes are fiery.

However, although it is rarely mentioned, the story of "Gnosticism" actually has many similarities with the traditional Chinese cultivation of immortality, mysticism, and truth. Putting the two together, we have the idea for this book. However, as a reservation of the original Gnosticism, the concept of "Roman Empire" was added. As a counterpart to Xiuzhen's "Taiyi Golden Flower", Rome uses the "Golden Bough" (anthropological work by James Fraser in 1890) as the core idea.

Jinhua (flower) and golden branches can also be used as the subtitle of this book.

But the above mentioned are just settings. The setting must ultimately depend on the story, otherwise it will just be a castle in the air. Here’s a breakdown of what you can see and what you won’t see:

Finally, let’s talk about updates. Although it has been written for some years, this is actually the second book I have written. Readers who are familiar with me know that I can write a book to 8 million words without collapsing, and I can update a lot of quality and quantity at the beginning. The main thing is companionship. You open the starting point every day and there are always many updates waiting here.

Of course, this book will probably not be as long as 8 million. There will be a second part at about the same time. The second part is expected to be a continuation of this book.

As for the number of updates per day: three updates, four updates, and five updates are possible, and the updates will be completed before 12 o'clock in the evening to 12 noon. At least one chapter will be released at 12:01 in the evening. Today’s update volume or other matters will be explained in the chapter at 12:01.
