This is the home that I have been addicted to Yuzu Club games recently. I have to go to Yuzu Club games every day to fall in love. My home has turned into the shape of Yuzu Kitchen - Yume Minoru!
Since the serialization of the second volume "Strong for the Sunny" started on September 28, 2022, after nearly 11 months of long serialization, this volume has finally been successfully completed!
The total number of words in Volume 2 is approximately 1.805 million words... It is the longest volume that Bao Baozi has written since his debut.
Overall, Leopard is quite satisfied with the quality of Volume 2.
From beginning to end, there is no wasted writing or any completely useless chapters.
Whether it's the fireworks display at the beginning of the volume or the subjugation of bandits in the volume, there is extremely rich foreshadowing.
Especially for the fireworks display, I don’t know how much important information and foreshadowing is filled in.
It can be said that the plot of Volume 2 is interlocking with each other, and the loss of any link will lead to the failure of the subsequent plot.
The "Battle of Qingshui Residence" at the end of the volume brings out all the emotions that have been accumulated for a long time.
Although it may seem a bit arrogant to say this, the plot content and text description of "The Battle of Qingshui Residence" are really awesome!
It was so awesome that when I went back and read it, I couldn’t figure out how I wrote it so well.
The content quality of "The Battle of Qingshui Mansion" has also been rewarded as it deserves - the number of monthly votes in those few days has skyrocketed, raising the book to No. 31 on the monthly vote list in the light area.
Okay, let’s talk so much about Volume 2 first, let’s talk about the subsequent development of this book.
First of all - congratulations to all the book friends who have read this.
For those of you who have read volumes 1 and 2, and have read a full 3 million words of plot, you have finally read the... [Prologue] of this book.
Yes.
That's right.
【Prologue】.
What you have read so far is just the [prologue] of this book.
It's probably similar to the one in "One Piece" where the Straw Hat Pirates have just passed through the Upside Down Mountain and entered the Grand Line; in "Naruto", Team 7 defeated Momochi Zabuza; in "The Sky", Xiao Yan defeated Na Buza. Lan Yanran, completed the three-year agreement...
At the end of Volume 2 of this book, the timeline has just reached 1861.
Anyone familiar with the history of the Bakumatsu knows that Japan did not become prosperous until 1863.
The August 18th Incident, the Ikedaya Incident, the Forbidden Gate Incident, the First Choshu Conquest, the Second Choshu Conquest... hundreds of thousands of words could be written on each of these historical events involving war.
Smart book friends should have already noticed that Qingdeng is a "double cultivator". He not only pursues the "swordsman's path" of honing his swordsmanship, but also pursues the "official career" of "promotion, salary increase, promotion and promotion".
Such an "upgrade path" made him destined to be involved in the historical trend and become a chess player.
I'm quite looking forward to it, as the cold weapon war scenes have always been Leopard's forte.
Bao Baozi's debut novel is War, and he has rich experience in writing cold weapon war scenes.
Starting from Volume 3, Qingden will no longer be a simple swordsman, he will start to form his own force, he will start farming, and he will lead his own men into war.
His battlefield will move from corridors and tatami mats to plains and mountains where blood flows.
The enemies he faces will turn from rogues and Yakuza to thousands of troops.
This is why I call volumes 1 and 2 prologues.
Compared with the amount of subsequent plots, the mere 3 million words in volumes 1 and 2 are really not worth mentioning.
The total number of words in this book will probably be between 10 million and 15 million, and it is expected to be the longest in the light area.
I hope you can always accompany this book and Qingteng, and witness the legend of "Nioh" to the end.
Leopard Leopard will have a day off today, August 20th. The serialization resumed on August 21, and the third volume was officially opened: "Clouds Rise and Dragons Reach".
A small preview - the starting time of Volume 3 will be December 1862, which is one year and eight months after Volume 2.
The Shinsengumi is finally here!
This is the postscript of this volume.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all book friends who have supported this book.
Grateful!
