Life is short, my life is long.
Gong Mengbi couldn't help but be moved, and was also moved by Granny Shi's cheerfulness and open-mindedness.
Gong Mengbi felt reluctant to give up: "When I see my mother-in-law, it's like meeting an elder... No, my mother-in-law is closer than my elder."
Granny Shi was very happy: "You follow them and call me Granny, and I am happy too. You are a good person who wants to seek immortality. If I give you the Qixiu Sutra Commentary, it will not be dusted. If he is alive, he will definitely do it." like you."
Gong Mengbi was sad: "I feel sorry for the short days, but my mother-in-law said the days are long. How can I let go of an elder like you?"
Granny Shi smiled: "How come you, a young person, can't see clearly as an old person like me? Life and death are the movement of yin and yang, which is a very common thing. If the days are short, you should stay in a place that can shine. It’s time to shine, and fly when you can. If you want to see more and fly further, then devote yourself to your Taoism, so as to stand side by side with the heaven and earth and swim with the dragon.”
"There is no need to grieve over life or death, nor to suffer from short days and long nights."
Grandma Shi looked at his expression, reached out and patted his head, treating him as her own child and grandson, and said: "I'm not leaving so soon. I've calculated that I can live for at least three months."
Gong Mengbi counted the time and smiled with sadness: "Okay, by then all the little foxes will be able to enter the fox courtyard, and my mother-in-law won't have to worry about it."
Granny Shi said: "I don't care, but you, don't be caught up in this matter, keep your mind alive, you are like a fox."
Gong Mengbi laughed and talked a lot with Granny Shi.
Most of the time, Granny Shi was talking and Gong Mengbi was listening.
Granny Shi told some stories about her and Old Man Qixiu. For example, they formed a monastery in a certain place to practice cultivation, and buried some treasures. For example, they saw some flowers in such and such a place. They were amazingly beautiful. But Old Man Qixiu I love flowers, but I am afraid that the seeds will not survive if transplanted, so I leave them there.
It wasn't until night that Granny Shi drove him away.
Gong Mengbi didn't force him to stay. Her mother-in-law herself was open-minded and transparent. If he treated her with sadness and reluctance, it would be a disturbance in itself.
Gong Mengbi didn't want this.
So he returned to Meng Yue Pavilion, sat in front of the sacred tablet of Taishan Empress, and prayed, hoping that Granny Shi could go through this journey safely, and that after her death, Granny Shi's happiness would continue, and everything would go well whether she was a ghost or reincarnated.
After chatting with Empress Taishan, he calmed down his mind.
After calming down, Gong Mengbi first worshiped the moon and practiced as usual.
Limited by celestial phenomena, the energy of Taiyin will not be cut off, but it will become tortuous and obscure.
Then let’s look at the commentary on the Seven Cultivation Guidelines.
The Qixiu Sutra Commentary contains the practice method of the Seventh Cultivation Master.
The old man Qixiu became a monk and entered Taoism in Qingxu Guan, and he practiced the Taoism of Qingxu Guan.
But of course this record is not the Taoist practice of Qingxu Guan. Neither Old Man Qixiu nor Granny Shi would steal the inheritance like this. Otherwise, this silk book is not helping people practice cultivation, but helping them create bad relationships and enmity.
However, although there is no record of the Taoist teachings of Qingxu Guan in the transcript, the old man Qixiu summarized the practice of Qingxu Guan in just a few words: Qingxu is the brightness of heaven, and inaction is the rule.
Then I used this as a general outline to analyze my own practice.
Qingxu refers to nothingness and space, which is consistent with the human nature of the Seventh Cultivation Master, which is called throughness and penetration.
The old man Qixiu quoted Taoist scriptures and his own insights to explain his practice.
This silk book looks like the size of a handkerchief. When unfolded, it looks like a cloud cover with golden characters dancing around.
It can be seen that the practice of the Seventh Cultivation Old Man is constantly improving. The same practice, which was previously considered to be the Qingxu Qi of attracting the sky, will be crossed out later and said to be the Qingxu Qi of guarding the gods.
In addition to spiritual practice, Gong Mengbi can also see the fragments about Granny Shi.
For example, when talking about the Seven Virtues, he uses gorgeous words and graceful words to praise the beauty of flowers, wine, poetry, tea, painting and music, and praises the mystery of fake objects to express feelings, relieve labor, and keep the mind and mind.
But in addition to these six things, the virtues of the fox are added, but there are only two sentences: the fox is so beautiful and auspicious, she is so touching and sincere.
This should have been added after meeting Granny Shi for a period of time. After that, it changed from six cultivations to seven cultivations.
Sometimes there is a fox footprint drawn between the lines of the silk script, and sometimes there is a fox tail.
In the comments that were revised later, Menggu's comments about "what's going on" also appear from time to time, which I think is quite right.
Meng Gu said so, I thought this might not be good, but I was embarrassed to tell her.
Gong Mengbi finished reading the silk book with a smile. In the end, he did not remember any of the cultivation methods written in the silk book. However, the love story between the old man Qixiu and Granny Shi was wiped out.
Gong Mengbi was envious and happy at the same time, and had to read the silk book again, paying close attention to the cultivation method in it, sorting out the cultivation method, and finally compiled it into a volume of excerpts of the Seven Cultivation Practices.
As for the original silk book, it is difficult to read it many times. It is worth collecting and telling it as a story to future generations.
It's very attractive to take away the love part of it. The old man Qixiu is also very good at practice. He fakes things to show his feelings and fakes the heaven and earth to keep his gods.
It has extraordinary ingenuity in cultivating the spirit and polishing the soul, and it is very consistent with the Tongtian method.
Gong Mengbi learned from each other's strengths and joined forces with Tongtian Dharma to improve his practice and practice Tongtian Dharma deeper.
Gong Mengbi leaned upstairs, leaning on the railing, supporting his head with his hands and looking at the sky.
He covered his eyelids, but the sensations in his body and the sounds in his ears were clearer.
Watching the changes in the clouds in the sky with half-closed eyes, it seems that you can detect the gathering and flow of water vapor in them.
But he was thinking about something else.
Grandma Shi's birthday is approaching, and there is an extremely real problem that needs to be faced - tigers.
Granny Shi finally stayed at Ruyun Peak, just to scare the tiger and make him fearful.
The old man Qixiu left a secret to Granny Shi on how to control tigers. Perhaps the tiger was afraid of this secret, so he never dared to appear in front of Granny Shi.
But is the tiger afraid of Granny Shi? Not afraid at all. He dared to send a demon to warn Granny Shi.
Maybe over the years, he has found a way not to be held hostage by the secret. At least this secret may not kill him, but it still poses a threat to him.
This can be felt from Granny Shi’s words.
The Tiger is the knot and regret of Granny Shi. Of course no one cares about her after she passes away, but she always remembers it.
In addition, once Granny Shi passes away, the tiger will become a problem that he needs to face head-on.
This ambitious monster will not let the east corner of Longpan Mountain fall into the hands of Gong Mengbi. This piece of land, and even the monsters in it, have long been regarded as his own.
Gong Mengbi had just built a mansion in Wuhuan Peak. How could he move it and run away whenever he wanted?
Where do you move and move to, and where do you escape and flee to?
If he can walk, can the Red-Feathered Snake, Golden Toad, Wang Xiang, Bird Fairy, Sanqian Ghost and Yaksha Ghost also be able to walk?
Gong Mengbi's paws were clasped on the railing, tapping lightly one after another, thinking about a solution.
