Due to the power of his own vows and the compassionate wishes of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, he was reborn in a lotus flower without the need of his parents. The lotus flower emerges from the silt and becomes pure. It is free from all troubles and becomes a saint in body and mind. If you meditate on the Buddha's name, you will be reborn in the Pure Land, which means you will be reborn as a lotus flower. Amitabha uses lotus flowers to attract all living beings to live in this country's Buddha land.
Lu Cheng himself is not a Buddhist, and he had no chance to enter the Paradise. However, there are people in the Lu family who specialize in Buddhism. Shen Qing'an, the twelfth generation's eldest daughter-in-law, is not only a Buddhist, but also has extremely high skills. She was recently promoted from the Tenth Level Bodhisattva to the Buddha became one of the "Thousand Buddhas of the Wise Kalpa".
The Mahayana Buddhist scriptures say that there are "thousands of Buddhas in the virtuous kalpa" now, "thousands of Buddhas in the solemn kalpa" in the past, and "thousands of Buddhas in the starry kalpa" in the future. That is to say, three thousand Buddhas appeared in the third generation. The baby gradually grew up, was blown by the wind, rolled out of the lotus, drank the eight merit water in the pool, and quickly grew into a young man, naming himself "Kong Jian". This will be the future "Kong Jian Holy Monk" .
The young boy "Kong Jian" originally went to "bring in the Lord Buddha", but because the Lord Buddha was a past Buddha and could not go out in seclusion now, he found another way and went to Daleiyin Temple in Lingshan, Xitian. At the foot of Lingshan Mountain, I became a novice monk sweeping the steps.
Then one day, Mahakasyapa, a disciple of the Buddha, was hiking up a mountain and saw the golden light on the head of the little novice monk. He felt that he was a material that could be made, so he took him under his disciples.
Mahakasyapa is in charge of the Lingshan Library, and he is the Buddha who asked Tang Monk for "personnel affairs" in Journey to the West.
The little monk "Kongjian" helped Mahakasyapa organize Buddhist scriptures. As time went by, he gradually understood the mysteries of Buddhism.
To be honest, Buddha's realm is very high, incredibly high.
The Buddha said that all movements and changes in the universe are the result of the continuity of cause and effect. There is no creator in the universe, and there is no eternal entity. Everything is caused by cause and effect. On this basis, the four Dharma seals such as the impermanence of all actions, the selflessness of all dharmas, the suffering of all outflows, and the tranquility of Nirvana were developed.
Buddha believed in the infinity of space and time, and the vast world seemed to exist in a drop of water or a grain of dust. What we can reach in our lifetime is only as small as a mote of dust.
The Buddha said: "The pericardium is too empty. Measure the surrounding sand world. The space inside the heart is larger than the space outside the heart."
The Buddha sees eighty-four thousand insects in a bowl of water.
Seeing these classics, the little novice monk "Kong Jian" couldn't help but fell into deep thought: "How many steps of enlightenment did Buddha complete? Why can he see the mysteries of the universe? Could it be said that he is smarter than Patriarch Hongjun?"
Then one day, the little novice monk "Kong Jian" followed Maha Kassapa to the underground palace of Lingshan Library. He saw a huge lotus flower with a diameter of about three meters and about three thousand petals. The colors were divided into red, pink, White, light green, yellow, complex colors, intermediate colors, the strangest thing is that words keep popping up on each petal, flickering like a neon light, flickering on and off, constantly changing, the old ones disappear , and in a blink of an eye, new words appeared.
There is a Buddha sitting in eight positions around the lotus. He stares at the petals with his eyes wide open, trying hard to record the words on the petals. There are more than a dozen Buddhas staying behind, responsible for compiling Buddhist scriptures!
Seeing this scene, the little monk "Space" was greatly shocked!
"Oh my god! It turns out that the Buddha is not writing a book, but a magical lotus flower appears in person to preach! Is this lotus the incarnation of the Chaos Green Lotus? The direction of the Chaos Green Lotus's opening is not in Heluo in Middle Earth. Region? How can Buddhism be so virtuous and capable, why can it receive the Qinglian revelation? Since he has received the revelation, why is the Buddha still subject to the ancestor Hongjun and did not completely overthrow Hongjun? "
He helped Mahakassapa put the newly compiled classics into the library and moved them again and again. He couldn't help but ask: "Grandmaster, what is the origin of that lotus flower?"
Mahakasyapa took a deep breath and replied: "I don't know either. It is said that a long time ago, the Chaos Green Lotus gave birth to four lotus seeds, which gave birth to four magical lotus flowers, namely the twelve-grade golden lotus of merit, The twelfth-grade karma red lotus, the twelfth-grade world-destroying black lotus and the twelfth-grade good fortune green lotus. The twelfth-grade good fortune green lotus was obtained by Taoist ancestor Hongjun; the twelfth-grade merit golden lotus was collected by the leading Buddha, which is the Western sect. Treasure; the twelfth-grade karma red lotus fell into the hands of Ancestor Styx; the twelfth-grade world-destroying black lotus was obtained by Demon Ancestor Rahu. The four lotuses are not only extremely high-level sacred objects, but can also continuously release cultivation classics. This That’s their true value.”
Hearing this, "Space" was so surprised that he was speechless.
He originally thought that the Lu family had endured so hard that they should have jumped out and raised the banner of "anti-imperialism and anti-feudalism". But after hearing the news, he realized that the Lu family has made progress over the years, and so have others. , If you want to overthrow Hongjun's rule, I am afraid that you will have to continue to lie dormant. It is best to snatch all four holy lotuses. Only then will the Lu family have the foundation to dominate the world.
But then he thought: "Doesn't the Green Lotus have nine petals? Eight of them were smashed by me. Could it be that what I smashed was not the body of the Green Lotus? But the petals that had fallen off?"
His heart was up and down, and he could not calm down. He vaguely felt that he had touched the unknown secret of ancestor Hongjun.
