The fire will burn away all worries and life will be reborn. Without sufficient internal energy, fire cannot be produced. Fire arises from the Dantian, leads its fire along the central channel up to the Crown Chakra, then turns back to the Muladhara Chakra, and then rises to the Crown Chakra. If you go back and forth three times, you will surely be able to confirm the state of great happiness of four joys and four emptiness, and all troubles will be eliminated.
Light concentration is the state after fire concentration. Fire produces bliss, but light produces a sense of solidity. When entering light concentration, apart from a very slight electric numbness, the whole body feels as solid as a rock. Dharma music is different from fire concentration, it is a deeper level of cultivation.
Then there is Dharmakaya concentration. After the Dharma Body of Reality has been cultivated, during meditation, the Dharma Body will appear in the void and become the wonderful existence of the vacuum. The Dharma Body will continuously emit light to benefit all living beings in the three realms, doing nothing but doing things, like the brilliance of the great sun.
Finally, there is the great Nirvana concentration, also known as the concentration of emptiness and nothingness. The reality of the Middle Way also dissolves into emptiness, and the Dharma body of the reality disappears, that is, entering this concentration. Entering this samadhi, all the six elements will turn into emptiness, and enter the most primitive source of emptiness before it was born. Everything will be inactive and ineffective. "
Lu Cheng pondered for a moment and felt that Buddhist meditation had something in common with Taoism's cultivation of immortality, and was also similar to the practice of witchcraft.
