Generally speaking, computers, printing and copiers, office furniture, etc. belong to the government's centralized procurement catalog. If the total purchase amount does not exceed 2 million, it will be accepted by the trading center. If it exceeds 2 million, a bidding company will be entrusted to act as an agent. However, the bid opening is usually held locally. The bidding opening room designated by the trading center shall be open to public bidding for procurement. Of course, there are special circumstances. Each place is different due to factors such as geography, humanities, policies, etc., so it is not constant. It was not until 2018 that the government procurement law was revised across the country to form a unified national standard.

Fourth, control the bid evaluation committee. The bid evaluation committee is composed of a base of 5 or more people based on the amount of the project. The larger the amount of the project, the more judges there will be.

Fifth, control the tender documents. If you want to win the bid, first of all, there must be no problems with the bid document and it must meet the requirements of the bidding documents. Otherwise, even if the parameters are yours, but you cannot meet the business terms, then your bid document will be invalid and you will not win the bid.

What Yu Chang has to do next is to find ways to work as a bidding agency and bid evaluation committee through the employer.

Generally speaking, among the five project controls, at least two or more of them must be controlled to have the possibility of winning the bid. Controlling the purchaser and controlling bidding parameters are particularly important in the entire process.
