Many years ago, in order to curry favor with Wu Cijun, Jin Zhao had given Le Er a heavy gift. Out of sincerity, he also gave him the unique secret volume of the Jin family, "Twenty-Three Broken Armors".
That is the basis for the survival of the gang and the establishment of the family.
From then on, Le Er and Jin Zhao formed an ironclad alliance.

No one can tell clearly what the world was like before Cao Pi, Emperor Wen of the Wei Dynasty, decided on the third and twelfth level of Jianghu. It’s like people at that time couldn’t tell which came first, the chicken or the egg. The rank is still recognized by many countries in the world, such as Han Dynasty, Qin Dynasty, and Yue Dynasty.
Now that we have talked about it here, we need to briefly talk about the world of martial arts and cultivation.
There are hundreds of kinds of flowers, and there are hundreds of kinds of people. Everyone has different paths of practice, different methods of practice, and different understandings of 'Tao'. This is why some people are literary greats, but they spend their entire lives unable to become masters of the mysticism.
It is said that at the beginning of a person's cultivation, a martial artist focuses on physical movements, strengthening the outer soul, refining grain and essence, and developing a body of pine gum; a literati focuses on enlightenment, and does not focus on the health of the body first, but starts to relax the mind and practice internal cultivation. , the paths of civil and military cultivation and enlightenment are very different.
From Taoism to Simplicity, as the grade goes up, this distinction becomes more angular. Two people, Lu Bu and Zheng Xuan, who reached the realm of Tongxuan God a hundred years ago, one is at the pinnacle of martial arts, the other has studied ancient and modern times, and they both reached the top by following the same path.
However, as the years go by, this concept of perseverance becomes more and more blurred. Some children of Jianghu know that their qualifications and opportunities are limited, and they will not be able to ascend in their lifetime, so they pay attention to practicality and choose to cultivate both civil and martial arts after entering the realm of things. Or they have been practicing both civil and martial arts since the beginning of their cultivation. To put it bluntly, they are studying and practicing martial arts at the same time. They want both watermelon and sesame seeds.
The advantage of this is that they can go back and forth between civil and martial arts. Once they find that they are not suitable for studying literature or practicing martial arts, they can immediately turn to another path. The biggest benefit brought by practicing both civil and military skills is that people like them are very successful in the world and temples. The talented ones can become generals and prime ministers, and the mediocre ones can also have a reputation for being both civilized and martial arts.
Of course, there are also some people in the world who sneer at this. They believe that seekers should have a beginning and an end. Therefore, two major methods of cultivation have been formed in the world.
As for the distinction between realms, Chen Qun drafted a set of simple, clear and understandable Zhaowen. The incomplete manuscript is now in the Wentong Hall of Zongzheng Mansion. The general idea of the article is:
1. The foundation of martial arts, the first stage is to drive birds, punching the wind, using palms to move water, flying in the air to urge the fists, using palms to retreat the bird's feet, and then changing its trajectory, it is also the state of driving birds down;
2. The air is as calm as water, the air moves like current, the air moves like wind, and the air disperses like stars. If you gather the air at one point and rush towards the flowing wind without retreating, you will break the wind in the lower middle;
3. Those who have a healthy body on the outside, concentration on the inside, and essence on the inside. When their fists and feet are released, they have the power of a hundred jun, and their arms are like those of a bear and tiger, and they can uproot a thick pine tree, and shake a tree from below;
4. If the essence and energy are strong, the blood energy is strong, the steps are vigorous, and the energy is transformed into food, if you use the power of one hand to block a galloping horse, if you release its force and push it backwards, you will fall down and topple the horse;
5. The position with veins and the path without veins, any governor can be unblocked, the fist can break the armor of fine steel, the sword can break the seven-foot glacier, the force is fierce and powerful, and the armor is removed in the middle and lower realms;
6. The sharp edge rises, the momentum is superior to the three armies, it is as quiet as a low mountain, and it moves like thunder, and it is used to forcefully push the tombstone seven feet into the soil without damaging its foundation. This is the state of pushing the tombstone in the middle;
7. The strength will never be exhausted, the energy will never dry up, and the thoughts will never fade away. The person who can use all his strength to strike through a two-foot-long city wall without hurting himself is the middle-to-highest level of city-breaking. At this point, a martial artist can have a thought in his mind, control wonderful techniques, his heart and breath coincide, his spirit and energy blend together, he can sense the universe from the outside and form a golden elixir from the inside, which can be said to be his first glimpse of the way of heaven;
8. Beginning to overcome all things in the world, understand the mind and see the nature, so that things can understand their principles, learn the way to overcome them, and understand the roots of Dharma. Thousands of lotuses bloom in one dream, and the top of the mind leads to the realm of things. This is the first realm for literati and the natural moat for warriors. Those who enter this realm will be able to move mountains and flatten mountains, and to open up rivers and intercept rivers with martial arts. This is a myriad of mysteries;
9. As long as you breathe and think continuously, your life will be extended and your life will be increased immeasurably. Even if your life is only three feet, you can create twists and turns and live forever. Those who have entered this realm can be sixty years old and their hair is not white. They can accomplish anything they accumulate wisdom and shine in all directions. Martial arts possess the body of a vajra and the mind is incorruptible. Whatever one accumulates his strength, he is invincible and has no obstacles in every direction.
10. Consciousness is void of dharmas, and insight is unobstructed. When the eyes move, the heart moves, when the heart moves, the gods move, and when the gods move, the heavens move. Flowers and grass can be sharp blades, and earth and wood can be magic weapons, reaching the realm of heavenly motion. Those who enter this realm in literature can discern the breath of heaven and earth and follow it; those who enter this realm in martial arts can conquer a realm hundreds of miles away, unstoppable.
11. A trace of concern, a myriad of changes that amaze my heart, the flow of energy turns around and becomes a god, pulling the breath of heaven and earth for my use, reaching the realm of royal arts. Those who enter this realm can call the wind and rain, know the future calamity, and can cut thunder and break the clouds, and overcome all obstacles in the world. This is truly the realm of Mahayana.
12. It can shake mountains, move mountains, overturn seas, open rivers, swallow the universe, and is omnipotent. Scattered into Qi, gathered into spirit, free and contented, can leave the body behind, as calm as nothing, send it to famous mountains and rivers, and the immortal has gone, go to the top of the Tongxuan realm, and those who enter this realm can be ranked in the class of immortals.

More than a hundred years ago, Chen Qun delineated the third and twelfth stages of civil and military cultivation. The characteristics of each stage were roughly described. After more than a hundred years of verification and practice, except for the Tongxuan realm that no one has reached yet, other The description of the grades is completely consistent with the actual practice of Taoism. Although Lu Bu and Zheng Xuan broke through the realm earlier than this division, they were regarded as masters of the mysteries by later generations and worked hard to catch up.
As for the cultivation process of people in this world, it can be described as diverse.
Among them, some rely on secret books, some rely on elixirs, some rely on epiphany, some rely on hard training, some pick up ready-made, some take other people's, and so on.
Take the figures in the world who have already appeared, for example, Shi Chen, Ling Xiao, Jin Zhao and Cheng Lao from the Lingyuan Mountains. They relied on the secret scrolls left by their predecessors and devoted themselves to cultivation to enter the Tao; Shuihe Guan Li Yanfeng initially entered Taoism with the alchemy cauldron. Li Yanfeng's master Wu Caizhen relied on Qingxiu and external objects, and also relied on the alchemy cauldron when he broke the mirror. Qiu Nanyue, who fought with the dead warriors in Chang'an, struggled to realize "Han". "Spear Technique", and Lingyuan Yang Qi, Yang Liu, Xu Zhuo and Su Daoyun, who was chasing Ling Xiao today, relied on hard training.
It is important for our predecessors to plant flowers, but our self-realization is even more precious. This is like the secrets of internal skills and external skills. More or less, it requires a good match. A good horse can be effective only if it is paired with a Bole. Both are indispensable. If a swordsman goes to practice swordsmanship, there will be no good results after all.
In the final analysis, how you practice cultivation is your own business, just be happy!
Or, just become an immortal!

Back to the subject, Le Er got the "Twenty-Three Broken Armors" offered by Jin Zhao and handed it over to his beloved son Ling Xiao. Since Ling Xiao got the "Twenty-Three Broken Armors", he has been like a fish in water. Although he has mediocre qualifications and a cruel heart, he can study hard and practice hard, and he has no inappropriate hobbies. In his early thirties, he has already entered the realm of touting monuments. Although he is not as good as young heroes like Le Quan and Mou Xiao, he is much better than Yang Liu's father and Xu Zhuo, the head coach of the Liu family who was killed by Shi Chen.
In the realm of pushing monuments, breaking down the city with a single line, this is the capital that he is proud of and lives in the world.
Capital belongs to capital. The sky at this moment is very gloomy with no jade trees or branches on the trees at night. At this moment, Ling Xiao, despite being close to him, is still being chased along the official road by a team of fifty cavalry like a bereaved dog.
Under normal circumstances, even if the fifty cavalry behind him were dragon and tiger elite cavalry, Ling Xiao would dare to single-handedly enter the shallow sea and overturn him. But at this time, Ling Xiao had no capital to provoke him. First, he was for the cavalry. The leader was surprisingly Su Daoyun, the county guard chief who was in the same realm as him. Secondly, if the battle could not be resolved in a short time, when most of the pursuers arrived, he would definitely be a hard-boiled egg and unable to ascend to heaven.
Ling Xiao thought about it, and there was only one way to survive, to run.
It was dark in the middle of the night, and there was no bright light. Ling Xiao was afraid of losing his way, so he only dared to run hard along the official road going out from the east. Behind him, Su Daoyun, the county guard chief, hung tightly about fifty steps behind Ling Xiao, neither far nor close. .
Ling Xiao kept walking, but he pushed the monument realm. After running for less than an hour and about 20 miles, he began to feel out of breath. He breathed heavily and saw the cavalry behind him who was still not far away. Behind him, Ling Xiao complained in his heart and cursed secretly: Grandma, why are you treating me like a rabbit? Or as a mule? This bastard Su Daoyun is really cunning. He must exhaust all my strength before he dares to fight me. He is a despicable and shameless villain!
Despite the scolding, Ling Xiao did not dare to slow down for a moment. Su Daoyun, who followed closely, was experienced and experienced. Seizing on Ling Xiao's fear of losing his way and not daring to go down the official path, he explicitly ordered the county soldiers he led to open fire. , keep a distance of a hundred steps. If Ling Xiao slows down, he will shoot him with a crossbow, forcing him to keep exerting his strength, continuously consuming his physical strength and mental energy.
Although Leyang City, where the governor's office of Liaoxi County is located, is located to the east of Liaoxi County, it is still nearly seventy miles away from the Ji'en River. Su Daoyun's intention is very obvious, even if he wants to kill you, Ling Xiao, he will die here. .
Of course, as a hunter, Su Daoyun also had his concerns. He knew that the warriors in the realm of pushing monuments had very different abilities from the Baishen County soldiers under his command, so he did not dare to divide his troops to outflank them. Once he had the idea of encircling and attacking, It will only be gradually eroded and eventually end up in a state of chaos.
Running in front and chasing behind, before you know it, dawn has broken and the sun rises in the east.
At this moment, the people in front were trapped and the horses in the rear were exhausted. Ling Xiao was hanging by one breath, and the horses galloping behind him relied on the whips in the hands of the soldiers to move forward.
Finally, a small piece of dense forest appeared in front of us. Before we got close, we felt the blood was strong. Soldiers who had participated in the confrontation between the two armies ten months ago must know that this was the main battlefield where Wu Ci's army and Wu Ning's army fought fiercely in the middle of the night. It was also the place with the heaviest casualties that night.
Not far from the dense forest, the Zhi Niu Bridge is already in sight. Beside the bridge, there is a little Mianliu sitting quietly beside the bridge, and a playful girl is dancing and catching butterflies around it. Su Daoyun recognizes that the two little guys are the dead Shichen. Yi Xian and Dongfang Yu are always with them.
Behind the dense forest, the sound of gurgling water came from far and near. If Ling Xiao wanted to cross the bridge successfully, he had to get rid of the difficult group of guys behind him. Su Daoyun had to kill Ling Xiao before he crossed the bridge.
At this moment, Ling Xiao and Su Daoyun became energetic at the same time.
It's time for a decisive battle!
