September updates and arrears

The first is a report on debt repayment and arrears.

A total of 132,000 words were updated in September.

Excluding the 180,000 words that were guaranteed to be updated in September, 48,000 new words have been added, which is approximately 24 chapters.

The increased number of monthly tickets in September is 187, which counts as 2 chapters.
