The Bodhisattva's voice came from the void: "I don't think so. A little more suffering and more tempering may not be a good thing for him. Don't worry, it's not over yet."
The old Taoist sighed heavily as he looked at Li Xiuyuan who was gradually walking towards the other side of the lake.
He smiled bitterly and said: "This child..."
On the other side of the lake, it was raining heavily.
The moment Li Xiuyuan stepped onto the other side of the lake, the lotus platform under his feet disappeared instantly, as did the Buddhist golden bell above his head.
In just the blink of an eye, Li Xiuyuan turned into a drowned rat and stared blankly at the river flowing upstream in front of him.
In the words of the Bodhisattva, he could only row the boat tied to the river at the bottom of the mountain and go upstream to meet each other in the purple bamboo forest on the mountain.
He couldn't understand why there was such a magical river on this mountain?
Not to mention that it rained heavily and the river surged downwards. It was obviously against him, right?
If we don't start at this time, we won't be able to reach the top of the mountain even if the moon is at its peak.
The sky was shrouded in clouds, and when I looked up, I saw the water flowing from the mountain rolling down in front of my eyes, all the way down to the big lake.
He sighed, untied the rope of the boat, and shouted: "Bodhisattva, I didn't expect you to be more ruthless than the old Taoist priest yesterday."
"Ha ha……"
The old man standing under the eaves looked up to the sky and laughed wildly: "Look, this rain has nothing to do with you. That guy also took it into account."
The Bodhisattva sighed and said: "The wind is high and the waves are fast, it is indeed a bit too difficult for him."
The old Taoist shook his head: "I don't think so. Yesterday's three thousand stone steps, the gravity of each level is different. In my opinion, it is an absolutely impossible challenge..."
"I didn't expect that he not only conquered all the stone steps, but also stepped through the last abyss that didn't exist. Bodhisattva, you have to believe that guy and don't be deceived by his appearance."
Now that he has passed the Great Lake, the old Taoist priest is too lazy to worry about Li Xiuyuan anymore.
In his opinion, the most he can do is to be swept down the mountain by the torrent again and again, and no one will die. What is there to be afraid of?
He stretched out his hand to light the stove on the table and said with a smile: "This rainy day is a good time to make a pot of spiritual tea. Bodhisattva, bring your precious spiritual tea and I'll treat you to tea."
The Bodhisattva sighed and said leisurely: "Today's test is several times more difficult than in the past."
The old Taoist smiled faintly: "God dropped a divine thunder to kill the big fish for him, so he deserved to bear this heavy rain. This is the cause and effect you said."
"Cause and effect? Didn't he also fall into the cause and effect with you?"
The Bodhisattva smiled and said, "I really want to see him swimming upstream and rushing to the top of the mountain."
At this time, Li Xiuyuan was already on the boat.
In order to fear that the boat would be overturned by the torrent, he found some vines and tied himself to the boat. In this way, even if the boat shook, he would not be knocked off.
Looking at the torrent of water, Li Xiuyuan took a deep breath.
Condensing the power of Buddhist nirvana into his arms, he waved his oars. In an instant, the boat rushed up the rapids and headed up the mountain.
Boom! Boom!
There were bursts of thunder falling from the sky, as if to cheer up Li Xiuyuan on the torrent, or to laugh at him for wanting to go against the will of heaven.
The scene before him was a test that Li Xiuyuan had never encountered since his practice.
It was he who fell into the sea on the South China Sea of the Shenlong Continent with a little goldfish beside him, and later met an old turtle.
He had only read about this kind of rowing experience in Buddhist scriptures, but had never experienced it even once.
A wave of waves hit, and with a roar, the boat was instantly submerged in the torrent, and was instantly washed to the foot of the mountain with the surging river water.
Li Xiuyuan, who was in agony, got out of the river and turned the boat over again.
He was so angry that he untied all the vines wrapped around him and threw them into the water.
He looked at the sky and roared: "Master, look, they are all bullying me, why don't you even show your face and let them see how powerful you are!"
There was no voice from the old Taoist priest in the air, but Jizo's calm voice sounded.
"Right now, you are going against the current, just like a cultivator in the world who goes against heaven. Why are you so anxious?"
Ksitigarbha said quietly: "Think about the principles of your practice. If you move forward step by step, when will you be able to fly thousands of miles across the mountains in one day?"
Li Xiuyuan smiled bitterly and said: "Even if I rowed forward and flew ten feet, how could I maintain the distance of twenty feet and not be swept down the mountain by the surging torrent?"
Ji Zang murmured to himself and said something that only Li Xiuyuan could understand.
Then he smiled and said: "Three thousand stone steps are like a road, with countless runes imprinted on them... It is better to ask for help than to ask for help from yourself. Why do you need me to remind you every time something happens?"
Li Xiuyuan vigorously scooped the water out of the boat and nodded thoughtfully.
He replied: "Today I owe the Bodhisattva a favor. I will wait for another day to find the treasure and share it with you."
"Haha, you are trying to prevent me from drowning in misery with you."
With a wave of his hand, Ksitigarbha disappeared into Li Xiuyuan's divine sea, and was never heard from again.
Then the old Taoist and the Bodhisattva who was hiding in the dark saw the most incredible scene.
I saw Li Xiuyuan forcefully drag the boat from the river to the shore and turn it over.
There was a heavy rain above my head, so I took out a small knife and started carving hard on the hull of the boat.
The old man was so anxious that he shouted across a large lake: "Boy, can you do it? If you want help, you can call me and I can make an exception to help you."
The Bodhisattva glared at him and looked at the young man's focused expression in the rain. He seemed to have remembered something and was speechless for a moment.
Li Xiuyuan replied softly: "No, my strength is too weak, please God have mercy on me and help me."
Even so, the knife in his hand did not stop at all.
As he drew one stroke after another, runes appeared on the hull one after another.
Holding a cup of spiritual tea, he silently stared across the lake at the scene at the foot of the mountain. The corners of the Taoist's mouth twitched and he murmured to himself: "It's not enough yet. Are you still a little Taoist priest?"
The Bodhisattva also sighed and said leisurely: "Is it possible that he wants to drop a magic circle on that boat?"
The old Taoist laughed: "Interesting, I want to see if he can use this boat with a magic circle branded on it to rush to the top of the mountain when the moon rises."
The Bodhisattva replied: "I think so too."
But at this moment, Li Xiuyuan was like Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva under the abyss, treating every plank on the boat as every piece of resentful soul condensed in the stubborn stone under the abyss.
I want to use all the wind, fire, thunder and lightning in this world for me!
In the sky, the raindrops were like rain arrows, hitting Li Xiuyuan heavily.
Amidst the rumbling thunder and lightning, a trace of lightning fell from the sky along with the heavy rain, slowly sinking into the runes that Li Xiuyuan had just inscribed.
From the time I never got ashore, I gradually saw that the Shen time was coming to an end and the You time was coming.
When the last drop of rain in the sky stopped, Li Xiuyuan waved his hand and a Nirvana divine fire rushed out, roasting the entire boat with the divine fire.
A sunset appeared on the horizon, and a golden light fell on the boat, illuminating the blackened boat with countless runes shining brightly.
Turning the boat over with force, Li Xiuyuan jumped on the boat.
Swinging two wooden oars that were also engraved with runes, the boat jumped onto the torrent of water like a bamboo leaf, carrying Li Xiuyuan straight towards the torrent in the mountains.
"Fearless!"
Li Xiuyuan shouted loudly and urged the boat with two large rune formations engraved on it to go upstream.
In an instant, he lowered his oars with both hands, quickly formed the Buddhist mudra, and rushed towards the torrent rolling in front of him.
The moment the hand seal was blasted out, it expanded and turned into a sword of a hundred feet, slashing towards the torrent!
With a bang, the sword was drawn, and the flowing water was cut away by Li Xiuyuan with a sword, splashing huge waves dozens of feet high on both sides of the river!
While the old man was stunned, a small boat leaped away from the gap created by the giant sword.
Like a bamboo arrow, it shot a hundred feet away on the mountain road!
Just with another rumbling sound, the river resumed its surging torrent, trying to rush the small boat floating on it like a piece of bamboo down the mountain!
"Conquer the devil!"
Li Xiuyuan, who was on the boat, was transformed into a Buddhist Vajra at this moment. He formed seals with his hands and struck at the rolling torrent with lightning speed with another sword!
Boom! The sword energy transformed from this hand seal is no more than twice as powerful as the previous one.
A sword energy that exceeded a hundred feet, like a divine sword from the nine heavens, slashed heavily into the oncoming torrent between lightning and stone fire.
This sword energy was just like the sword struck by Li Xiuyuan in the cold pool on Tianshan Mountain!
The surging torrent almost stopped under this sword, and a piece of river water was cut to fly to the mountains on both sides of the river.
Rumble, click, click!
It was the sound of torrential water falling in the mountains, breaking countless trees.
The surging river water cannot hold back, and the boat has already passed the Baizhang Stream!
This time, the small boat's body turned into bamboo leaves, and it flew up from the almost dry river, flying for nearly two hundred feet before slowing down.
And all this hasn't stopped yet.
The river water was rolling in just the blink of an eye, and there was an endless torrent rolling down from the mountain.
At this time, Li Xiuyuan could already see the purple bamboo on the top of the mountain from a distance, and everything was close before his eyes.
"Zen!"
In this flash of lightning, Li Xiuyuan once again put the Buddhist handprints together with a trace of the power of law that he had unconsciously comprehended.
It turned into a huge Buddha palm and slowly swatted towards the flood water falling from the mountain.
"This...how is this possible? This is the power of law, crazy, where does this monster come from!"
The old Taoist by the big lake couldn't help but look up to the sky and roar: "In this world, when will this young man be able to defy the heavens?"
The Bodhisattva also sighed in a low voice and murmured: "If I use my divine power, I can cross the river, fight for it, and fly across the mountains and rivers to the other side."
Only between the stunned eyes of the old Taoist and the Bodhisattva.
This link is like a torrent coming from the Nine Heavens Galaxy, frozen at this moment, and time seems to have stopped at this moment.
Riding a small boat like a bamboo leaf, Li Xiuyuan flew gently over the still torrent with the boat.
It's like a breeze blowing from the mountains, carrying a bamboo leaf and slowly flying over the mountains and flying to the top of the mountain.
Boom!
Just in the blink of an eye, the time that had stopped for a moment was restored, and the river water regained its terrifying momentum, turning into a huge and ferocious beast again, and swallowed up the small boat flying in the torrent!
"Go read...Lin!"
Li Xiuyuan, who was in the boat, gathered all his strength this time, condensing the power of Buddhist Nirvana and the Netherworld Divine Fire from the Divine River.
His hands danced as fast as lightning, forming two different palm prints one after another, and blasted forward!
Boom! Boom!
Reciting it together, it turns into a giant diamond palm and slaps towards the surging torrent!
Followed by another handprint like a dragon, once again blasted into the river like a monster from another world!
Just in the old Taoist's exclamation...
Like a drop of river water falling from the Milky Way, it was slapped away by the young man on the boat, turned into a shocking wave, and rolled back towards the top of the purple bamboo mountain...
