There are actually quite a few goblins in the Three Realms who envy Fifth Brother, but they only see Fifth Brother's opportunity, but ignore the key role that Fox Sister plays in it. If it hadn't been for the past thousand years, Fox Sister has been in charge Fifth Brother has never killed or cannibalized anyone. I'm afraid Fifth Brother's fate won't be that good either.
As for Fox Sister’s fifth brother, if Master Tripitaka saves her, how can she just let it go?
This is another grudge that is difficult to settle.
And now this ending seems to be worthy of the good people being rewarded for the fox girl. The fox girl who has been kind all her life should also have a happy and happy family. Only then can God be wise.
But among the world of mortals, how many good people are there who can truly wait for their reward?
On the contrary, they are "bad people" who do evil and live a very comfortable life. They enjoy life with lots of wine and meat. For them, this is the most ordinary daily life.
But for those ordinary sentient beings in the three realms who have turned their backs to the sky and have tried their best to get three meals a day, it is very rare for them to be able to live smoothly.
Perhaps for them, spending this ordinary life peacefully is considered a blessing.
The appearance of Jiuli's fighting spirit triggered a catastrophe.
Naturally, it alarmed all the human kings in the Fire Cloud Cave, not to mention that they were always paying attention to the opening ceremony of the Consciousness Only Sect.
Perhaps it is because Master Sanzang has always regarded himself as a human being that Master Sanzang has always been favored by the human king. The last person to be collectively protected by the ancestors was Confucius, who founded Confucianism.
Although Master Tripitaka's Consciousness-Only Sect is branched out from Buddhism, its teachings are obviously not inherited from Lingshan Buddhism, but are inherited from Buddha.
The great prosperity of Buddhism is the inevitable evolution of the way of heaven.
But which Buddhism is it?
Heavenly Dao doesn't care about this. Just like when it was said that the West was flourishing, it didn't matter whether it was Western religion or Buddhism. As long as Xiniu Hezhou prospered, that would be fine.
In fact, this is also true.
This is also one of the reasons why the two leaders of the Western religion had to pinch their noses and suffer the dumb loss of "Mahayana Buddhism". After all, whether the West is prosperous or not is a matter of the two sages of the West and has nothing to do with the Eastern saints. At that time, they were also the two sages of the West. The great ambition made to Tiandao is to revive the West. If things don't go well, Tiandao will just question the two of them.
As for what exactly caused the West to fail to prosper, it is also a matter for the two sages of the West. Heaven will not interfere with the process. As long as it sees the results and the process, it is the fate and opportunity of all living beings in the three realms.
It is precisely because of this that there is a famous saying that is widely circulated in the three worlds: "Under the way of heaven, the general trend cannot be violated."
Just like traveling to the West to seek Buddhist scriptures, it is a "general trend". As for who goes to seek scriptures and what will happen on the way to seek scriptures, heaven will basically not interfere.
After the revival of the West, Buddhism flourished.
As for the fate of Buddhism being divided into "Theravada", "Mahayana", "Esoteric Buddhism" and the current Consciousness-only Sect, Heavenly Dao doesn't care. Anyway, Buddhism has flourished, so there is no problem.
The law of heaven seems unbreakable, but in fact, within a certain range, there is still a very broad room for maneuver.
There are only a few people in the Three Realms who are qualified to act like this.
Before becoming gods, they were saints. After the saints left the three realms, they were mainly the Jade Emperor, Buddha and Bodhisattva. As for the incarnations of saints, except for the incarnation of Nuwa Empress, Lishan Laomu, who often walked around the three realms, the rest were basically Faceless.
And great immortals like Zhen Yuanzi have never participated in these calculations. They just guard their own Wuzhuang Temple and prevent Western teachers from leaving.
And now, Master Tripitaka, who has become the Holy Buddha of the Three Realms, will also jump out of the chessboard and become the chess player.
Tianjie always retreats away from Master Tripitaka when he sees him, maybe it is Xianzhao.
Underworld, Yinshan.
A path opened by the Buddha's light opened up a passage connecting the two realms of life and death, and fell directly in front of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.
"Sanzang and the poor monk are never polite."
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva clasped his hands together, with a smile on his face, and looked at Di Ting aside: "Why do you think this is?"
What can I say?
Said: This Tang Sanzang is actually not the reincarnation of Jin Chanzi, but a person named Fahai from another world who traveled to Tang Sanzang, and the two souls merged into one?
As for Fa Hai, he used to practice the Ksitigarbha Sutra, so he can be regarded as your human descendant?
Fahai didn't guard against what he said, and he heard it all over and over again, which was enough to frighten him. But because of this, it didn't dare to say it casually, for fear of getting into trouble.
"You know the temperament of Master Tripitaka." But it couldn't ignore the master's questions, so it said some useless words in an attempt to fool him: "Although he hates evil by nature and often behaves unexpectedly, he treats his master very well. A great bodhisattva like you who is so kind and compassionate is always very respectful."
"Okay." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva waved his hand and said, "I guess you don't dare to say anything useful."
Neither one of them can deceive the other. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva knows that Ting Ting knows some things, but Ting Ting also knows that these things Ting Ting dare not tell. While he is saving the souls of the dead, he occasionally teases them a few words to make peace with these boring days. , have some fun.
And Tingting can always follow Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva in the Yin Mountain. Firstly, leaving Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's side will put his life in danger; secondly, he actually relies on this magical power to relieve boredom, otherwise he would have gone crazy long ago.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is a virtuous and eminent monk, so he can naturally endure loneliness. Listening is a spiritual beast in the three realms, and his nature is still restless. Otherwise, it would just conscientiously restrain its supernatural powers and not pry into other people's secrets. Why would it end up like this? Looks like this?
The main reason is that when he was young and had not yet developed his magical powers, he was always caught eavesdropping on the thoughts of powerful people. His reputation was immediately destroyed, which made it impossible for him to keep a low profile in the future.
Look at the six-eared macaque with the same ability. If it hadn't been for meeting Master Tripitaka and then joining the Temple of Justice and becoming the supervisor of the three realms, I'm afraid not many people in the three realms would still know its name.
Not to mention Bai Ze, I still don’t know where he is.
The passage between the two realms was opened, and the fighting souls of Jiuli who had been purified by Tripitaka using Buddhism were directly sent to the Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva of Yinshan Mountain.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva did not say much. He would accept as many Jiuli war spirits as they came. As long as they could be reincarnated, he would use his authority as the "Netherworld Cult Master" to send them into reincarnation.
Some souls that are really incomplete will stay in Yin Mountain for the time being, and when they absorb Yin Qi to complete themselves, they may be able to become Yin generals in Yin Mountain.
It was also Jiuli's war spirit who had been dead for many years and was locked in the Sky-shaking Arrow. His life was no longer recorded in the book of life and death. It was obviously very difficult to enter reincarnation through normal channels.
Fahai knew something about this, so he sent it directly to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. With Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva taking action, he himself could rest assured.
When the last Jiuli war spirit fell into the Yin Mountain, the passage between the two realms was closed, and the originally menacing catastrophe gradually subsided.
The Heavenly Tribulation cannot enter the Yin Division, otherwise all the souls in the Yin Division will suffer unreasonable disasters. Therefore, when Master Sanzang sent Jiuli's fighting spirit to the Yin Division, the Heavenly Tribulation dissipated.
It was as if he just came to visit and went through the motions.
For a time, the dark clouds in Chang'an receded, and the sky was clear and cloudless again.
While Master Sanzang was transforming Jiuli's fighting spirit, some knowledgeable people had already spread the word about the reason for this matter. Naturally, the people became more and more convinced of Master Sanzang.
"Did you see it? I, the Holy Buddha of the human race, is a virtuous monk who can't even do anything about heavenly calamity!"
Similar words were heard in almost every corner of Chang'an. Master Tripitaka's reputation also reached a new peak in just half an hour.
In the Fire Cloud Cave.
Regarding Master Tripitaka's actions, several human kings expressed support, especially Xuanyuan Huangdi, "Back then, Chi You and I competed for the position of human king, but we were actually at a disadvantage for a time. The bravery of the Jiuli warriors is still fresh in my memory. But they never thought that so many fighting souls were blocked in this sky-shaking arrow. Now that they have been transcended by Sanzang, they can be regarded as freed from the torture of thousands of years. But... after they reincarnate as human beings with the soul of Jiuli, can they Accepted by heaven?"
I have to say, this is indeed a worrying thing.
Emperor Fuxi waved his hand, and a virtual form of Bagua appeared in front of him. With his fingertips, a series of visions appeared on the Bagua disk, which seemed to be the evolution of all things. "It doesn't matter, the soul of Tripitaka's transcendence has been washed away." It’s okay to reincarnate as a human being due to your sinful deeds.”
"Wash away your sins?" Emperor Xuanyuan seemed to have some doubts about this.
Emperor Fuxi also explained a little more: "It was Sanzang who contained the cause and effect of the Jiuli War Spirit in his own body. Therefore, compared to the Jiuli War Spirit, it is like having his sins washed away and reincarnated as a pure soul. .”
"As expected of a virtuous and eminent monk."
Even the kings of the crowd have to express their sincere admiration for Master Tripitaka.
But for Fahai, it was just a matter of effort.
The so-called helping people to the end, sending Buddha to the West. Since he decided to transcend these Jiuli souls and reincarnate, he naturally had to think of ways to deal with the causal marks on the other party that were locked by the heavenly tribulation.
The simplest way is to transfer the law of cause and effect. Fa Hai also has too many lice to worry about biting. This point of cause and effect sin is actually nothing to his own karma.
Not to mention a drop in the bucket, it can be regarded as a stream flowing into the sea.
This is the compassion mentioned by Guanyin Bodhisattva. Even among the Buddhas in Lingshan, there are probably very few who can make the same choice.
The magic weapon washed away the grievances, and the precious light bloomed again. Master Sanzang held the magic bow in one hand, and looked at the three sharp arrows in front of him. After thinking for a moment, he had a plan in his heart.
He looked at Li Shimin and said: "Your Majesty, this treasure is the most precious treasure of the human race. Although it is a gift given by King Li Tian as a gift for the founding of the sect, the poor monk does not dare to keep it in the temple shamelessly. Besides, the Buddhist temple is a compassionate and pure place. , it is difficult to raise such magical weapons for killing. The poor monk wants to give this treasure to the Tang Dynasty to stabilize the country's destiny."
Li Shimin also had a tacit understanding with his imperial brother. After Li Shimin heard this, he stood up immediately and praised: "My imperial brother is righteous!"
Of course he didn't intend to refuse, just like Master Sanzang was not polite to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, Li Shimin was not polite to his brother Yu, and the family did not talk about two families. Moreover, in the Tang Dynasty, there was only one person available for such magic soldiers.
When Yu Di spoke, Li Shimin already knew Yu Di's plan, and he just wanted to use his own hands to convey it.
Moreover, Yudi said that it was given to the Tang Dynasty, but it was not from him.
Li Shimin also walked to the altar, came to Yu Di's side, took the magic weapon from Yu Di, then raised the magic weapon high, and said loudly: "Xue Rengui!"
"The general is here!"
A roar followed immediately below the altar, like a tiger's roar, covering the entire Chang'an.
When Li Shimin called out Xue Rengui's name, he also directly announced the new owner of the Qiankun Bow and Sky-shattering Arrow to the Three Realms.
Xue Rengui suppressed the excitement in his heart and walked up to the altar and bowed in the direction of Li Shimin: "General Xue Rengui, please see your majesty."
When Xue Rengui saw this magic weapon for the first time, he already felt his blood boiling. It was the summons of the magic weapon.
Just as Li Shimin thought, all the subjects of the Tang Dynasty present also knew that when Master Sanzang said that he would transfer this magic weapon to the Tang Dynasty, everyone already knew who the owner of the magic weapon was. When His Majesty the Emperor Xue Rengui came forward, At the time, it can only be said that it was reasonable and lived up to expectations.
"From today on, you will be in charge of the Qiankun Bow and Sky-shattering Arrow." Li Shimin waved his hand, showing no intention of coveting these magic weapons, and handed them over to Xue Rengui's hands without hesitation, "Love Since you are in charge of such magical soldiers, you should report to your family and the country, calm the people down to fend off the invading enemies, and protect the territory of the country."
"The general will definitely live up to His Majesty's high expectations!"
Scenes like this undoubtedly greatly inspired the hearts of the people of the Tang Dynasty.
But for the monks in Dongzhou and Xizhou, they seemed a little unhappy.
If in the past Xue Rengui was just a tyrant with the power of his bloodline and the advantage of his military formation, he was invincible and invincible in all mortal battles. Then Xue Rengui, who has now obtained the human race's divine weapon Qiankun Bow and Sky-shattering Arrow, is so powerful To what extent it will increase in intensity is probably difficult for anyone present to predict.
I'm afraid not only demons, but also those unruly people who insist on self-cultivation from now on may have to carefully consider their attitude towards Datang.
At least when "doing bad things", you should avoid this Xue Rengui.
These are also short-sighted people. If they want to do bad things in the Tang Dynasty, what's the use of just avoiding Xue Rengui?
Isn’t it Master Tripitaka’s Consciousness-Only Sect that is really fatal?
Smart people are now thinking about leaving the Tang Dynasty and never coming back. Or they may simply change their ways and join Yuan Tiangang's bad guys, so that everyone becomes one of their own.
I am afraid that even Yuan Tiangang would not have thought that the opportunity for his villain to grow would be here.
When Xue Rengui came down from the altar, he also made a military salute to Master Tripitaka, "Thank you, Holy Buddha."
"General, you are very polite. I hope that the general will continue to work hard and protect the well-being of the people of the Tang Dynasty."
Watching Xue Rengui come off the altar, Nezha looked at the Qiankun Bow and Sky-shattering Arrow, still a little reluctant to part with them. But thinking that he had so many treasures that he could not grasp with eight hands, he no longer struggled.
