The wisdom that generates supreme wisdom in concentration, and uses supreme wisdom to confirm and prove the true nature of all things is called Zen.
The same is true for Taoism. There is "Tai Shang Laojun Speaks of Chang Qingjing Sutra", which is only 401 words and is one of the most important training techniques in Taoism.
A serious Taoist channel can be without magical powers, but it absolutely cannot be without this scripture.
The old man said: The great road is invisible, giving birth to the heaven and the earth; the great road is ruthless, moving the sun and the moon; the great road is nameless, nourishing all things; I don't know its name, so I call it Tao.
The Tao of the Husband: There is purity and turbidity, movement and stillness; the sky is clear and the earth is turbid, the sky is moving and the earth is quiet; men are clear and women are turbid, men are moving and women are still; descending from the end of the original stream, all things arise. Purity is the source of turbidity; movement is the foundation of tranquility; if one can always be tranquil, everything in heaven and earth will return.
Whether it is meditation or purity, we are jumping out of the original state and observing the natural changes of heaven and earth, which naturally includes our own body.
Human beings are also part of nature and a link of heaven and earth.
Suppress one's desires and calm the mind, clear one's mind and clear one's mind. Use a detached perspective to see the undetached self. All three corpses have been killed, and the six desires have been extinguished. This is the prerequisite for this state.
After reaching the state of "the mind has no mind", "the form has no form", "things have no object", and "can only be seen in the void".
There is a question that needs to be considered, and that is emptiness and presence or absence.
It seems to be empty, it seems to be pure, but in fact there is a concept of emptiness, which does not mean that the four elements are all empty.
It is also necessary to "observe the emptiness and it is emptiness", "what is emptiness is nothing", "what is nothing is nothing" can be "absolutely peaceful and still".
"If there is no silence, how can desire arise? When desire does not arise, that is true tranquility." Until you enter the realm of "always quietness", you can "gradually enter the true way" and "it is called attaining the path."
Jinxian Daojun, also known as Detao Jinxian, is practicing at this stage.
After attaining the Tao, there is nothing to achieve but transforming sentient beings, which is called attaining the Tao; those who can understand can teach the holy way. This stage is the practice of Taiyi, Daluo, Hunyuan and saints.
What Shen Gongbao has to do now is to let himself gradually enter the true way and become a true golden immortal with a perfect state.
There are four criteria for evaluating an immortal: mana, body, avenue, and realm.
Mana: Obviously, it refers to the mana that creates and destroys the universe in the palm of your hand, and creates the world.
Flesh body: It is even easier to understand. Being in the ruins of the universe and not being destroyed is the immortal flesh body.
Dao: It refers to the Dao that a golden immortal unites with, and uses mana to drive the Dao. It is similar to giving me a fulcrum and I can lift the entire earth.
The more exquisite the mastery of the avenue, the less mana required. There is a multiplicative relationship between the two.
Realm: Mysterious and mysterious. For example, Bodhisattva of the tenth level is the realm of golden immortals. Combining Tao with emptiness is also the realm of golden immortals. Combining Tao is a realm, and attaining Tao is also a realm.
Similar to an engineer certificate, it is divided into high school and low levels, and there are many types of exams based on the major you study.
Shen Gongbao does not have the magic power and body of the Golden Immortal, but he has the Dao and realm of the Golden Immortal. Now he wants to upgrade the junior Hedao Golden Immortal certificate to the intermediate Hedao Golden Immortal certificate.
For practitioners, realm and avenue are fundamental, while magic power and body are incidental, just like a bucket and water.
When the realm is reached, the bucket will become bigger, and the water in it will accumulate little by little as time passes.

As Yun Zhongzi's ethereal voice rang in his ears, Shen Gongbao's eyes showed a hint of thoughtfulness. After lingering in the secret room for a long time, he seemed to have found a key, and with a gentle push, he opened the indestructible door.
His perspective transcends, his body is quiet and motionless, his appearance remains unchanged in the face of life and death, his physical body, mana, soul is restrained, but his mind is not restrained, he constantly surpasses and sublimates, the area he observes leaps forward, and finally jumps out of the lotus lantern universe.
At this moment, the three thousand avenues he came into contact with were completely different from the three thousand avenues of the Lotus Lantern Universe.
In the Lotus Lantern universe, Shen Gongbao can use the Way of Life and Death to resurrect his dead self, and he can use the Way of Flesh and Blood to grow a new head for himself.
However, in the outside world, outside the Lotus Lantern universe, the avenue is not under his control. It is mysterious and mysterious and cannot be controlled.
They look similar, but are actually very different.
It seems that in the Lotus Lantern universe, the great road he masters is false, and even he, the Golden Immortal of Hedao, is false.

The way of the saint changes with the times, but the eternal road is easy but never easy.
Therefore, the Taoist book in Yuxu Palace repeats over and over again that Hedao is a single-plank bridge, and it is a dangerous road for thousands of troops to cross the single-plank bridge.
Those who combine reality with the Tao, even if they practice the three of magic, physical body, and Tao to perfection, they will still be in the universe, with incomparable true detachment. The three are perfect, but the realm is never perfect.
If you want to achieve perfection, you can only take advantage of the moment when the universe returns to ruins and the world is created, to have the opportunity to come into contact with the external world, and to understand what is illusion and what is reality.
There is only one such opportunity, only one.
However, with the combination of virtuality and Tao, the particles are detached, and when they are at their weakest, they begin to contact the outside of the universe. Even as weak as Shen Gongbao, he can still touch the outside world, complete his realm and avenue, and then go back to cultivate his magic power and physical body.
These are two options: first difficult and then easy, first easy and then difficult.
With a transcendent perspective and sublimated gaze, Shen Gongbao finally saw where his head was after leaving the Lotus Lantern universe. The white crane boy flew towards the South China Sea with his head in his mouth.
The great emperor of the South China Sea is called Sui, the great emperor of the North Sea is called Hu, and the great emperor of the central region is called Hunchao.

Golden immortals may be honored in the universe, but outside the universe, they are just ignorant children.

In the mainstream of prehistoric times, earth immortals are called real people, heavenly immortals are called true kings, and golden immortals are called Tao kings.
This kind of honorific refers to the same realm but different spirit.

Although he has the Heavenly Immortal Dao Fruit and the Golden Immortal realm, it does not prevent Shen Gongbao from being an Earthly Immortal.

After all, the Immortal Golden Immortal is considered a high-level person even in the prehistoric world. An organization often has Da Luo as the ancestor and Taiyi as the leader. The Golden Immortal is either an elder or a key cultivation target.
Even in Yuxu Palace, there is a Qilin stele recording the names of the golden immortals from all walks of life.
