Turbofan X, as the core of the domestic third-generation aircraft, has high hopes from too many people.
As a multinational hybrid engine, its core engine's main technology comes from the SFM56, which is the core engine of the F110.
As an enduring engine, the F110 has a double-fulcrum large drum shaft, a large-axis inclined combustion chamber, an intermediate bearing double rotor, and a fan structure with a clear frame.
Not only is it considered good now, but even several new engines in the future will borrow many of the core engine designs of the F110.
As for the detailed design and optimization of the engine, a large number of references were made to the AL31F.
Therefore, Turbofan 10 can be regarded as a combination of Mao Xiong, Yingjiang and the three domestic technologies.
Of course, compared to the F110, which is the core machine, it is better, but the AL31F, which is used as a reference for details, has many flaws.
For example, surge occurs at low altitude and high speed. This problem also makes the turbofan 10 originally developed in China unable to be installed and used at all.
Surge mostly comes from the poor flow conditions of the incoming flow introduced by the engine (such as uneven static pressure caused by the boundary layer, or the wake of the front engine being sucked into the inlet, etc.) or the stalling of the compressor blades caused by blade resonance.
The projects handed over to the Rocket Research Institute are mainly materials projects.
After all, although they are both engines, the structural gap between liquid rocket engines and aero engines is still relatively large.
Most liquid rocket engines have a short working time, while aerospace engines require at least a few hundred hours of service life.
Therefore, the first WS-10 sub-project received by the Rocket Research Institute was the development of engine tail nozzle materials.
Although the internal differences between liquid rocket engines and aeroengines are not small, the material requirements for the tail nozzle are basically the same.
It must have high temperature resistance and high impact resistance.
However, the requirements for temperature and impact strength are different.
The temperature requirements of rocket engines are higher, basically above 3,000 degrees, while the requirements of aerospace engines are slightly lower, basically within 2,000 degrees.
However, the service life requirements of aeroengines are higher.
Zhang Xingyang did not take over this project, but let the institute's materials research department do it.
These are necessary if you want these chicks who have just stepped out of campus to grow up.
It is impossible for Zhang Xingyang to complete all scientific research tasks by one person. He needs scientific research colleagues who can help him, not just followers who just follow his behind.
Of course, Zhang Xingyang didn't completely let it go, but still pointed out the direction of exploration for them.
During the morning meeting in the Materials Research Office on Monday, Zhang Xingyang pointed out:
“Without changing the base embryo and source gas, we must change the gas phase immersion time and the outer coating method,
To control the best performance of materials within the range of 1000 degrees Celsius to 2000 degrees Celsius, and find ways to increase the service life of materials. "
Zhang Xingyang looked at the people in the conference room who were looking at him seriously, drank some water and continued:
“This is your next work, how to control time and materials to achieve the effect.
Okay, do you have any questions? "
Everyone in the materials laboratory raised their hands and started asking questions.
Zhang Xingyang first clicked on a short-haired girl with a little baby fat on her face.
As the first person to speak at the meeting, Han Juan was a little nervous, but her thinking was still relatively clear:
"Dean, our laboratory has not received the newly produced embryonic embryos yet. Do we want to use the previous embryonic embryos for experiments?"
Zhang Xingyang didn't want to deal with the embryonic problem. After all, he had been paying attention to the research and development of the control system recently, so his attention in this area naturally dropped.
He frowned and said:
"I will ask the 703 factory about this. Before the newly produced carbon fiber base embryos arrive, they should first conduct experiments with the previous ones to explore the performance change curve caused by temperature control."
After Han Juan heard Zhang Xingyang's explanation, she had nothing more to ask and sat back in her seat.
Next, Zhang Xingyang answered several people's questions one after another, covering all types of questions.
Some asked questions about the technical route, some wanted to apply for equipment for microscopic observation, and some even wanted to change the cuisine of the canteen because they were not used to it.
It really opened Zhang Xingyang's eyes. There are really people in this world who can't eat spicy food. They have to go to the hospital after eating the pickled spicy cabbage in the workplace cafeteria.
However, Zhang Xingyang was a little speechless. He had to talk to himself about this kind of thing. He could just say no directly to the cafeteria master.
Fortunately, Lidya Su’s next question is relatively normal.
"Dean, aren't you a bit hasty in asking me to be the head of the laboratory? I don't have any special scientific research abilities."
Although Su Xiao felt that she was not very capable and could not bear such a heavy burden, Zhang Xingyang still felt that there was nothing wrong with her.
When she was the leader of the technology guidance group, she was able to arrange the work of the members of the group very well.
And in fact, the members of the scientific and technological guidance group at that time were basically composed of personnel from the Materials Research Laboratory.
"I see nothing wrong with you being the person in charge. When you were providing technical guidance at the 703 factory, you didn't manage very well."
Su Xiao also wanted to argue with Zhang Xingyang, but Zhang Xingyang stopped him with his hand.
"Stop talking, the decision is yours, come on!"
After Lidya Su sat down, several people stood up and asked a few questions.
After Zhang Xingyang answered the questions one by one, the meeting ended here.
Afterwards, Zhang Xingyang came to the Financial Office of the Rocket Research Institute.
Uncle Liang Yi just asked someone to bring him a message, saying that there was new progress in the insurance matter.
"Uncle Liang, what happened to the insurance company again?"
Zhang Xingyang poured himself a glass of water first when he entered the door, moistened his throat and asked.
Recently, Zhang Xingyang has finally understood that there is nothing good to do with this international insurance fund.
Sometimes Zhang Xingyang wants to tell his superiors directly that we should set up an aerospace insurance fund ourselves so that we no longer have to be angry with others.
"This is good news. The International Insurance Fund has sent a specialist to the country to conduct a special accident investigation and confirm whether compensation will be paid."
Liang Yi flipped through the piles of documents on his desk, found a fax and handed it to Zhang Xingyang.
After a quick glance, the general idea is that the International Insurance Fund attaches great importance to this accident in China and has sent specialized personnel to conduct an assessment and will arrive in the near future.
Even Zhang Xingyang, who has always been of good quality, couldn't help but complain:
"They take this seriously. If they did, it wouldn't have dragged on for more than four months!
This guy is totally farting! "
Liang Yi nodded in agreement, but said helplessly:
"There's no way, they have the final say now."
