I wrote a letter to a book friend in the New Year (final remarks)

When I write this review at the end of the novel, I really have mixed feelings in my heart.

A story of one million words has just come to an end.

There is happiness here, but also a lot of reluctance.

Happily, I can finally have a good sleep.

Readers all know that I work part-time, and my hand speed is relatively slow. It basically takes more than three hours to write a chapter, not including the time for conception.

This led to the fact that during the eight months of writing the book, I basically went to bed after 12 o'clock, and even 1 o'clock was considered early. Sometimes I didn't sleep until two or three o'clock.

I had to get up at seven or eight o'clock the next morning and go to work.

I also have a one-year-old daughter who basically needs to be fed around four o’clock and wakes up at seven in the morning.

So to be honest during this period, I relied on melatonin at night and coffee during the day to cope with it.

I don’t know what everyone thinks. Looking back, I admire myself for being able to persevere for so long and taking care of both work and novels.

Now that I have finished writing, it feels like a heavy burden has been lifted, and I can finally rest for a while and have a good sleep.

In addition to happiness, of course there is also reluctance.

Of course it is this story that I am reluctant to part with.

To be honest, when I wrote this story, I didn’t write an outline. I just rushed it out with passion.

It turned out that there were many pitfalls.

Looking back, the most suitable route for this book is to push it all the way and follow the smooth writing route, rather than engage in wars, fight for hegemony, and write about strategies for the Six Kingdoms.

But there is nothing I can do about it. As a newbie, I always know it after writing it.

In addition, some plots may not be handled smoothly enough, some characters may not be three-dimensional enough, and some details may not be described vividly enough.

I'm deeply sorry for this, and I hope everyone can bear with me.

But thankfully, I finally finished telling this story.

All the holes that needed to be filled were filled, and there were not many regrets left.

I always insist on never ending the story, trying to give every character a complete ending and every story a reasonable explanation.

I believe that such persistence is also the most basic respect for readers.

You may think that I can still write Entering the Immortal Heaven. In fact, yes, this book should be two million words according to the setting in my mind.

One million in a small world, one million in a big world.

Entering the big world is the story of killing gods and killing immortals.

But I stopped writing it. On the one hand, my body started to alarm me and I had to take a rest. On the other hand, I will be very busy at work at the end of the year and it will be difficult to take care of this part of the story. So even if I did write it, it probably wouldn’t be very good. .

Simply, I chose to put it aside, settle it down, and put this part of the content into the next book.

Of course, this work could not have come to this day without everyone’s support and encouragement.

I would like to thank every reader. It is your company that gives me the motivation to continue writing.

It is your feedback that allows me to constantly reflect and improve.

Thank you for giving life to my words and meaning to my stories.

Let’s talk about the new book.

I should probably still write a fantasy book, and I want to try one with a faster pace and a little bit of side-scrolling along the way.

The background is just empty, no more fancy content.

In terms of time, it will be around May.

I hope I can make a little progress by then, even just a little bit.

Finally, thank you all again for your support and companionship.

I hope that in the days to come, we can continue to meet in the world of words and share more stories and touches together.
