This book is the third one I have officially engaged in online writing. The first one stumbled and I had some small achievements, at least it was completed and I did not give up halfway.
As for the second book, I was a little proud and felt good about myself, so as you can imagine, the results were a mess.
In the end, I had no choice but to temporarily take a break from watching, and I had to endure the pain.
This is the third book. At the beginning, I really took on too much pressure and even doubted myself for a while.
In the end, with reluctance, I started writing this book. To be honest, it was not easy. After repeated communication with the editor, I revised no less than ten drafts of the beginning alone.
Finally, I finally came up with a somewhat decent version and sent it out directly. Just when I was about to show off my talents, there were several rounds of "big moves" related to the field of online literature, which caused many colleagues to fail, and I became extremely cautious.
The outline that has already been developed is also worth revising and eliminating the content that was originally designed.
This is also the reason why many people feel that more is written about the drone part in the early stage. During that time, I was adjusting the direction of the outline. My mind was a little confused and I really didn’t know where to go.
Although there were many ups and downs, thankfully, I made it through safely, which made me breathe a sigh of relief.
It’s just that after going through these several rounds, I have become more restrained, and it’s hard to let go of what I write. Some places are not written in place. This is my problem. I apologize to everyone here.
During these almost 500 days, although I did not update regularly, most of the time I maintained the pace of two updates per day.
Although I sometimes take a day or two off, that's only when I have to.
Although it was difficult, I persevered all the way, even though the process was very painful.
Some people may ask, why don't you just write a book, and there are so few updates every day, so why bother?
But the fact is that it is very hard. Maybe you can write one chapter or two chapters, or one or two days, but if you are asked to write it for a year, I believe that not many people can persist.
Especially when you have to write every day, on the one hand it is a test of your physical strength and willpower, and on the other hand it is a kind of destruction to your imagination.
No matter what you do every day, as long as you wake up and open your eyes every day, there are thousands of words waiting for you.
No matter how busy the day is, how uncomfortable you are, in a bad mood, or how tired you are, you have to write.
Because your readers are waiting, and because I don’t want readers to scold me for discontinuing updates. So I persisted and have persisted.
The second difficulty is the content. Because there are many words and the length is long, you must memorize these contents in order to create the following.
In order to prevent confusion of chapters, duplication of content, inconsistencies in content, and big holes, it is necessary to summarize and organize the new content each time for easy reading in the future.
Although I have some mistakes and deficiencies in my book as of now, I want to tell you that I really tried my best, so please forgive me.
I am not a science and engineering major, nor have I worked in the computer high-tech industry. All the data in this article comes from the information I can find and my imagination.
I like the military, weapons and equipment, and I pay attention to the latest cutting-edge technological developments in the world. Therefore, I often think about how to integrate these latest technologies into military weapons and equipment, so I came up with the original intention of writing this book.
Although there are relatively few military parts in this book, and most of the time it talks about technology and business development, the current high-tech weapons and equipment are actually the result of the militarization of many civilian high-tech.
For example, drones and civilian drones have now become a wide range of reconnaissance equipment equipped by grassroots troops of major military powers, such as the Mi Army, the Goose Army, Yinglaide, and our army. They are all equipped, and many of them even directly use civilian drones produced by our domestic "Dajiang".
For another example, in a series of conflicts in West Asia, one party used drones to hoist grenades to bomb the other party's positions. So a well-known domestic military export company developed a small drone specifically designed to carry out such battlefield bombing missions. What was hoisted was no longer grenades, but mortar shells.
There are many similar ones, especially in high-tech fields, such as cloud computing and cloud storage, which have also been widely used in the field of military information and data.
The focus or direction of this book is to explore the development of military-civilian integration technology and the use of cutting-edge technology in the military field.
Although there are a lot of black science and technology texts nowadays, there is no one that focuses on this part. And it's basically all systematic writing, completely open to imagination, and it's done if you feel comfortable.
So for me, there is basically nothing to refer to.
I also dare to say that up to now, so much of the content in this book has never been based on the content of other authors' works, and I have a clear conscience on this point.
Next, the book will enter the next part, which is expected to be about 100 to 1.5 million words. Next, I will try my best to focus on the hottest fields such as aerospace, interstellar exploration, medical care, and artificial intelligence.
As allowed, I will write as much military content as possible, and I will also try some wars.
Of course, I'm talking about it as long as it's allowed, which is very difficult, especially with my more realistic style, which is very risky.
Everyone knows the reason, so now I am also having a headache on how to deal with it. But I think I should write it in a different way. Don’t take the specific content too seriously.
To be honest, the results of the book are not very good, and even somewhat unsatisfactory.
But no matter what, I still thank you all for your long-term support, and I hope you will support me more in the future.
