In fact, Yang Qiming's plan also has the intention to please Wu Hao and others. For example, the huge star map of the Big Dipper and the Twenty-Eight Constellations, which are important design inspirations and elements in the work, is not just showing the vast universe, and this It just fits the name of the company 'Haoyu Technology'.
However, this kind of design is much better than those design plans that stick to the form of a single building. At least Yang Qiming's plan is more grand, fits the company's theme, and is very innovative. Moreover, the details are considered carefully. What makes Wu Hao most satisfied is not the seven tall buildings of different shapes in the middle, but the twenty-eight single small buildings surrounding it.
Yang Qiming is right about one thing. They are a technology research and development enterprise, so there will definitely be many research institutes in the future, and how to place these research institutes has become an issue that Wu Hao and the others must consider.
Here, Yang Qiming gives his solution. Even though there are still some flaws in this plan, the flaws are not concealed, and the overall design is still very desirable.
"...
The seven tall buildings in the middle belong to the core area of the entire park and are arranged in the position of the Big Dipper. The shapes of these seven high-rise buildings are different, but they are relatively unified in overall style. We use an overall frame plus glass curtain wall structure, so that we can make great use of natural light to provide lighting.
And for all the glass, we decided to use double-layer insulating glass, which has excellent thermal and sound insulation properties and is much lighter than brick or concrete walls. For building energy saving requirements, insulating glass is widely used for its irreplaceable superior performance.
Let's introduce the main bodies of these seven tall buildings. The first is the tallest building in the entire park. It is located at the location of the Tianquan star in the Big Dipper. This building can also be called 'Tianquan'.
The entire "Tianquan" building has a total of thirty-six floors and a height of about 110 meters. When completed, it will be the tallest building in the entire Linghu area. Standing on the 36th floor, it can be said that you have a panoramic view of the surrounding scenery.
According to Mr. Wu's wishes, the entire building is a very simple rectangular (cuboid) building without too many decorations.
Buildings 2, 3, 4 and 5 are all surrounding auxiliary buildings, with buildings of different heights from 32 to 26 floors respectively, thus creating a hierarchy gap.
Although these four buildings are all rectangular, compared to 'Tianquan', these four buildings have more decorative steel construction stripes on the overall glass curtain wall. The stripes resemble integrated circuits inside circuit boards and are distributed on the walls of four buildings. At night, these decorative steel stripes will light up with special lighting effects, forming a unique landscape.
The remaining two buildings are quite special. The first is the supercomputing center we specially designed for you. According to Mr. Wu’s previous request, the supercomputing center must occupy a separate building. Therefore, we carefully consulted relevant experts and professors in supercomputing and designed such a building specifically for your company.
The whole building is forty-nine meters high in total, based on the classic Taoist theory of "fifty avenues, forty-nine Tianyans". The entire building is made of steel structure and has a total of sixteen floors. The entire building is designed with intricate pipelines to meet the needs of related machinery and equipment. We place this building where the Big Dipper shines, which is the end of the spoon handle.
As for the appearance, it is not much different from other buildings, but in order to ensure a constant internal environment, we reversed the appearance design of other buildings. The entire wall is wrapped in closed lightweight insulation material, but those IC decorative stripes are replaced with glass for internal lighting.
Moreover, steel structures have another major advantage over traditional building structures, that is, the internal structure can be changed as needed, which provides convenience for your future needs. The specific internal changes will have to be discussed with a professional pipeline and structural design team based on your needs.
The last building, we put it on the Dipper's Spoon. This building is different from the other six buildings. It is square in shape, but it is relatively short, only twenty meters high. This building is a comprehensive activity center that I built for your company. The interior is divided into three floors, with a hollow structure in the middle.
The huge internal space of this building can be used to hold various activities of your company, such as exhibitions, large-scale conferences, cultural activities, and other activities. "
Having said this, Yang Qiming breathed a sigh of relief. For a man who is nearly fifty years old to say so much in one breath, his brain is somewhat lacking in oxygen supply.
However, he did not stop, but took a sip of water and continued: "Let's return to the whole. You see, if these seven buildings are erected in the center of the park, they will be slightly isolated, lacking connections with each other, and unable to Achieve visual unity.
In order to solve this problem, we opened up space underneath these seven buildings and let them form a huge parking lot.
Of course, on the ground, we designed a huge artificial lake in the vacant area of the Big Dipper 'spoon' image where these seven buildings are located.
It just so happens that these seven buildings stand facing the lake, and the "Big Dipper" formed by them wraps the entire artificial lake. And this artificial lake also shuttles between each building, forming a huge artificial lake, like the Milky Way surrounding a galaxy.
This artificial lake is not just for decoration. In fact, it also has the function of adjusting the temperature and humidity of the entire park. And the water in the lake is not stagnant water, but circulates over and over again.
The entire lake is shallow on one side and deep on the other. In the deep lake bottom, we have an outlet. After being purified, the water in the lake will flow into the supercomputing center and data center to cool down the equipment.
The cooled hot water can be used to continue heating for each building in winter, and then the return water flows into the shallow area of the artificial lake. In summer, the heating system is turned off and the water flows into the lake normally.
In this way, not only can the lake water be fully utilized, but the water quality can also be purified for a long time.
In the area facing the lake, next to these seven buildings, a promenade around the lake is set up. The entire promenade is surrounded by various plants.
Here I recommend fruit trees such as peach trees, apricot trees, cherry trees, etc., or vines such as grape wisteria.
Thousands of flowers bloom every spring, reflecting on the lake and setting off the technological buildings. It is also an excellent cultural attraction. I think it can definitely become a resort for employees to take a leisurely walk or come directly to the lake for running and exercise.
In summer and autumn, this is the harvest season for fruit trees. The red fruits hanging among the branches of the forest are also a good sight.
Invite a few colleagues, or bring your children and wife to pick two teeth as a gift, this is an unforgettable paradise.
