Returning to his room, Zhang Zhiwei put away the tea leaves, and then began to meditate and practice. First, he looked inward at himself and examined himself three times.
After identifying some small flaws in the hit, Zhang Zhiwei began to stir the Qi on his spine and make some subtle adjustments to his body structure.
After all the conditions were adjusted to the best, Zhang Zhiwei began to temper his life. Perhaps it was because he had clearly understood his own obsession and tempered his inner demons. During this practice, Zhang Zhiwei felt that his heart was extremely happy, the world was clear, and he had an indescribable feeling. Refreshing.
To practice spiritual practice, to practice Taoism, whether it is "walking" or "Tao", you must have a direction. You need to see the way forward clearly. Only when the direction is clear can you not be confused and be deceived by delusions.
After burning away his inner demons and realizing his own shortcomings, Zhang Zhiwei felt a breath of fresh air rising straight to the sky, and a flash of inspiration suddenly appeared in his mind.
He contracted his consciousness, caught the flash of light just now, and suddenly entered a state of enlightenment, feeling as if heaven, earth and man were one.
"boom!"
In this state, Zhang Zhiwei only felt a loud noise in his head, his consciousness was rising, his soul had not left his body, but his consciousness was separated from his body, staring at himself from a strange third angle.
Not knowing the true face of Mount Lu, Zhang Zhiwei gained some new insights when his consciousness was heightened, he jumped out of the limitations of his body and soul, and looked at himself from another angle.
He could clearly feel the changes in his "life" when he practiced the Golden Light Spell.
"Fate" is being tempered and getting stronger little by little.
At the same time, there are complicated thoughts flickering in "sex".
These thoughts are not distracting thoughts caused by an unclean mind. In this state of enlightenment, Zhang Zhiwei's mind is like a clear mirror, and his mind is like still water. It is impossible for there to be so many distracting thoughts.
"What is it?"
Zhang Zhiwei listened carefully. These thoughts were very messy and weak. Some said he was short of soil, some said he was short of water, and some said he was excluded...
There is only one thought that is very clear and distinct, and this thought says:
"I just want to chase the highest step by step..."
Zhang Zhiwei: "…………"
This is monkey smashing’s idea, right?
But why did the idea of monkey smashing appear in my mind?
How dare it say such rebellious words to me?
Huh! ~No, this is not coming from the monkey, this is coming from the heart.
Heart, heart ape, heart ape is the restless thoughts of the heart. The thought of monkey smashing represents the thoughts of the heart. Then other thoughts are not...
Zhang Zhiwei suddenly understood that these thoughts were not distracting thoughts, but the advice of various parts of the human body to him, the "king".
Inexplicably, Zhang Zhiwei remembered what his former master Zhang Jingqing said when he explained the Golden Light Curse to him.
Master said: "The Golden Light Mantra is a method of observing one's own life and dual cultivation. Its essence is to use one's body as a country, let one's spiritual consciousness sit high on the spiritual platform, and look after the world in an inactive manner like a holy king. In an inactive manner, one can achieve peace and tranquility. , gain freedom in the state of inaction, and attain the Tao in the state of inaction.”
At that time, Zhang Zhiwei was puzzled and asked, "If the body is the country, and I, the king, do nothing for the so-called tranquility, the so-called freedom, and the so-called Tao, wouldn't he be a coward?"
But the master told him: "You who do nothing do not mean you have done nothing. You who sit high on the spiritual platform and are at ease are not a dead tree. You are at ease and do everything. Therefore, the way of being a saint within and a king outside is dark but not bright, and depressed but not rising. "Everyone in the world has his own way of doing what he wants."
The words of Taoist masters are often mysterious and mysterious. Zhang Zhiwei did not understand these words at the time.
But at this moment, it suddenly appeared in my mind. All the things that were once obscure and difficult to understand were now unlocked and understood.
"Golden Light Curse, Taoist Master, I have understood it!"
After enlightenment, Zhang Zhiwei's Golden Light Curse once again reached a new level.
The surface of his body gradually glowed with a layer of golden light.
This layer of golden light was very thin, not as thick as when he used the golden light spell.
But inexplicably, this layer of golden light spell gives people a tough feeling, as if it has been compressed to the extreme, and the golden light is restrained, almost turning into a physical object and integrating into the body.
In the quiet room with flickering candlelight, Zhang Zhiwei's whole body was glowing with a faint golden light, which gave people an inexplicable feeling of emptiness.
This golden light lasted all night.
The next morning, the rooster crows.
Zhang Zhiwei slowly opened his eyes, his eyes pure and clear without any impurities.
He stood up and stretched.
"Pa bang bang..."
There was a sound like fried beans coming from his body.
"This time I seem to have realized something incredible. The realm of the Golden Light Curse has reached a hundred-foot railing one step further, and I have stepped into the realm of the Inner Saint and the Outer King."
Zhang Zhiwei closed his eyes, felt himself, and murmured to himself.
The term "inner sage and outer king" is one of the main academic thoughts of the Three Religions of Confucianism, and it is also the ideological guidance for Confucian students in dealing with interpersonal relationships.
But few people know that the concept of inner sage and outer king originated from Taoism. It was first proposed by the Taoist saint Zhuangzi. It is a realm pursued by Taoists all over the world and an explanation of themselves.
However, as the saying goes, one dharma is universal and all dharma are universal, and all principles in the world have something in common. This principle proposed by Taoist saints has been used by Confucian saints and even praised by saints of the three religions. You can imagine its gold content.
Of course, the principles are similar, but the forms shown are completely different.
Let’s not mention the Confucian stuff for now.
But for Taoists, the so-called inner sage refers to "sitting in forgetfulness" to achieve "mind fasting".
In short, it means that the spirit is not dominated by the body, sits high on the spiritual platform, and is independent of the spiritual yearning of heaven and earth.
To put it simply, just the most basic meaning is to take the spirit out of the body, let the spirit be at ease, and be able to see the overall situation of the body without being affected, so as to practice the king's way.
This sounds simple to say, but in reality it is extremely difficult, because most of the time, people are dominated by the instinct of the body.
For example, if you are already very fat, other parts of your body are telling you, boss, stop eating, I am going to die soon.
But your stomach is telling you to keep eating. After a tiring day, you can’t enjoy yourself? Who do you choose to listen to?
For another example, your brain tells you to play games quickly and don’t sleep.
But your liver is telling you that it’s going to explode, so who are you listening to?
As far as the body is concerned, you are like a king. If you are not cultivated enough, you will have treacherous ministers in power, and the people will not be able to survive. In the end, the country will be destroyed, the family will be destroyed, and the body will die.
The practice of the Golden Light Mantra is to make myself, the king, a holy king and a holy king.
"Wuwei" does not mean not doing anything, it means not being controlled by the various distracting thoughts in the body.
To be a holy king, you must first see your own country, see the pattern of the human body, be considerate of the people, and listen to the people.
Zhang Zhiwei's previous work on breaking the small world structure of the human body can be seen as being in this realm, but not entirely.
Because he can only see the situation in the human body pattern, he can sympathize with the people's sentiments, and only repairs where there are loopholes, but he cannot listen to the people's hearts, unite knowledge with action, and implement the royal way.
As for the reason why this happened, it was because Zhang Zhiwei was affected by delusion and was unable to hear the sound of his body.
But this time, he clearly understood his own delusion. With his Taoist mind enlightened, he improved his inner alchemy skills to the hundred-foot railing and took this step. Not only did he see it, but he also heard it.
This is a huge progress. In the past, he was like a monarch who worked hard to govern. He wanted to build a strong country and open up a large territory, but he couldn't do it because he was deaf and couldn't hear advice, so he only Able to act independently.
But now, the king and the people are one, the inner sage and the outer king, why are the cultivation of life not improving?
"Master heard it wrong last time, and he complained for a long time, saying that he was not happy because I hid it from him."
"This time, I have to talk to him properly so that I don't have to face him all day long!"
Zhang Zhiwei ran out in a hurry. Zhang Zhiwei didn't want to hide his understanding of the golden light spell last night.
Growing up in Longhu Mountain, this place has long been his home.
If your family doesn't speak the same language, what's the point of hiding it? Zhang Jingqing would not harm him.
Moreover, the master's cultivation is advanced, and what he has learned and felt tells him that he can also give guidance.
