Well, Xie Yu only felt that this was another kind of Buddhism propaganda. Fortunately, he was not too concerned about the truth or falsehood of this story.

What Xie Yu is curious about is what this secret method of "joy" is all about. Is it really as mysterious as it says?

Xie Yu opened the first page and saw a clear image of a twin body of a happy Buddha, a man and a woman embracing each other.

The man and woman are facing each other, as if they are about to kiss. Both parties are naked and hugging each other. The woman is sitting on the man's lap.

The two looked like they were having sex.

In the image of the Happy Buddha, you can see that the face of the Happy Buddha has a soft and solemn expression, and its eyes are facing each other. It can be said that the tenderness and sweetness overflow the viewer's eyes.

In this picture, the woman is an ordinary woman, but the man represented by the Happy Buddha looks like a brave general or an enlightened Buddha.

Xie Yu suddenly thought of some of the origins of Buddhism. Maybe the appearance of the Happy Buddha is not what people imagined, but it illustrates the Buddha's salvation to all living beings. It may also be the ancient people's worship of reproduction.

Then Xie Yu continued to look through it, and there was indeed a lot of content in it. It was not suitable for children, but it could be read as an ancient "little book".

And many of these "ideas" really opened Xie Yu's horizons, but he just couldn't stand it.

Coupled with the exercise routes on the graphics, Xie Yu immediately exclaimed, this ancient man was so creative, he didn't expect that this "martial arts" could do so many tricks.

Xie Yu has also practiced various martial arts over the years, but most of them teach people how to "fight, kill, and disrupt social order."

Only a few can still "keep in good health", but there are also some special goals, such as the "Fuyaozi Stinging Dragon Method" that Xie Yu is currently practicing, which is a method of making people "sleep" and forming "golden elixirs".

Although what is produced is the "worst" health-preserving "golden elixir", isn't it also a golden elixir?

It turns out that Xie Yu can feel that if he does not practice martial arts, his life expectancy will be 84 years old.

Later, after Xie Yu broke through his innate ability, he knew that he would definitely live to be a hundred years old.

Later, when Xie Yuxiu reached the realm of Grand Master, he could vaguely feel himself. At that time, his Tianshou was around 180 years old.

Now that he has entered the "Golden Elixir", Xie Yu clearly feels that he can live beyond 200 years old.

It's a pity that this can only be achieved in this "illusory martial arts world", and Xie Yu's cultivation cannot be brought to the real world.

Xie Yu once wondered why he couldn't cultivate his inner energy in the real world.

The "Yuan Jing Qi" he brought back was turned into "Eternal Life" by Xie Yu to nourish his five internal organs, and then dissipated soon after.

Later, Xie Yu thought about it (there was nothing he could do if he didn't want to).

Perhaps the structure of the world is different. In Chinese legends, in ancient China, there were indeed immortal practitioners, and there are still many things that are contrary to modern science.

Perhaps it is by letting some of the "immortal energy" that allows individuals to practice disappear that human beings can unite to help themselves, believe in science, and develop a modern civilized society.

In a way, it is also a good thing for weak individuals. The weak eat the strong. Xie Yu has seen a lot in this "martial arts" world.

If those "immortals" really existed, we assholes would probably be humanely destroyed or sacrificed!

Speaking of this "secret method of joy", maybe it was developed by some people in response to the needs of the relationship between "martial arts and the human body".

This "Secret Technique of Joy" martial arts true energy movement route may also be the "scientific research result" of this world, and its effect should be no less than that of "Sildenafil" in reality.

Xie Yu has had "scientific research" in mind for a long time. Although Xie Yu has only read it a few times, he is almost familiar with it.

But Xie Yu still insisted on reading it "a hundred times". Every time he read it again, Xie Yu could still feel the benefits of "knowing martial arts". There are some postures that ordinary people really can't do.

Not to mention that there are "violent" activities involved in these postures.

It was so much fun!

When Xie Yuzheng was awakening to enlightenment, he suddenly felt that "someone" was coming to find him again.

Xie Yu wondered if it was "Shi Xiang" again?

But it didn't feel like it. Without Xie Yu asking anything, a naked woman walked towards Xie Yu.

Xie Yu recognized that it was the woman who was used as a "weapon" by the "Crazy Laughing Monk". Xie Yu saw that the woman looked a little anxious.

Then he asked: "Little Master, don't panic..."

Before Xie Yu could finish speaking, the young master said hurriedly: "What did the donor promise to do to serve the incense? You can't believe what the nun said! It was the nun who betrayed the nun and others..."

The young master suddenly saw Xie Yu looking through that kind of book, thought of the changed state before serving the incense, and understood something.

Suddenly, he knelt down in anger...Xie Yu could only...it smelled so good...

The little master named Huisi in his arms was still lacking in vitality. Xie Yu had just made a few moves, but Huisi was a little weak.

Moreover, this "Secret Technique of Joy" is indeed a bit evil. It can actually absorb the opponent's "Essential Essence", and the "Secret Technique of Joy" in Xie Yu's hand should not be complete.

Huisi also cooperated skillfully just now, letting Xie Yu know that this "secret method of joy" is also divided into two types: men and women.

Moreover, what Huisi practiced was obviously a "tonic" technique, not a serious "secret technique of joy".

Looking at Huisi in her arms, who had become fairer and thinner because she had not seen the sun for a long time, Xie Yu knew that she would find a way to take her out this time.

Thinking of this, Xie Yu pulled out the crime tools and used the self-made "Blood Essence Pill" to replenish Huisi with some vitality.

So I started looking for it in the study again. Xie Yu still didn't believe it. I really couldn't find it.

In the following days, Xie Yu completed the "Secret Technique of Joy" and also helped Huisi, Shixiang, and three other women named Fanyin, Jingci, and Pushan to re-practice the "Secret Technique of Joy".

In this way, they can recover their strength faster. Of course, Xie Yu among them is also happy to do more research on the secret method of joy.

As for the other two women, they woke up after being unconscious for two days. They just ate dry food secretly and continued to pretend to be asleep. Xie Yu didn't bother to pay attention to them.

After Xie Yu's research, ordinary practitioners may have a somewhat superficial understanding of this secret method of joy.

In a simple way, the method of rejoicing between men and women is understood to mean that men and women practice it during sexual intercourse. Their view is that at this time, yin and yang can mingle, complement each other, and use yin to replenish yang.

In fact, this is an underestimation of the original meaning of Tantric Buddhism.

A deep understanding should be about the joy between men and women, not just the physical intercourse between a man's body and a woman's body.

Rather, it refers to the fusion of men’s thoughts and women’s thoughts.

A practicing man should experience all the good qualities of men and all the good qualities of women, and integrate these qualities into perfect qualities.

You have both the advantages of a man and the advantages of a woman, such as the bravery, strength, fearlessness, and boldness of a man, and the love, compassion, and delicacy of a woman.

If you integrate the various advantages of men and the various advantages of women into your own body to form a perfect person, you will become a Buddha.

Women's cultivation is the same as men's cultivation. Cultivation is not cultivation. Cultivation is both cultivation and it is called cultivation.

Don’t think that cultivation means sitting cross-legged and meditating, reciting sutras and chanting Buddha’s name, or doing homework.

How to integrate the mind and body to a high degree, so that words and deeds are consistent, this is also a kind of practice.

Only by correctly understanding cultivation can we gain wisdom and avoid extreme or wrong cultivation.
