The reason is simple, my work and rest are out of balance...
Lately, it’s been around eight or nine every night when I get back to my place. If I had started writing at eight-thirty in the past, I would have been able to finish writing almost as fast as twelve o’clock.
But recently, because I stayed up late coding, I went to bed around three in the morning every day.
This has led to the fact that when I come home at night, the first thing I do is to set the alarm for one hour and catch up on some sleep.
If I have enough perseverance, I will sleep for an hour and start typing around ten o'clock.

If it's early, I'll get up at 11 o'clock and start coding, if it's late, I'll start typing around 12 o'clock...
As for writing at this time, as soon as the early morning comes, I feel sleepy and my brain is slow. It may take three or four hours to write the original two hours of content...
This also leads to the fact that after writing a small chapter, I can't open my eyes at all.
Speaking of which, I really admire some authors who have to stay up late at night to get enough words...
