I'm stuck. I didn't finish tonight's chapter.
I've been mentally drained for a long time these past few days, hesitating between focusing on the dungeon plot or focusing on confrontation. From yesterday to now, I haven't had a good idea.
Maybe the more I think about it, the more confused I become, and my spirit becomes a little anxious.
I originally planned to try to slow down the plot and lay the groundwork slowly, but today I re-read the content after entering the dungeon and found that this won't work because it's too peaceful.
The normal rhythm should be the ups and downs of crisis, killing everywhere, and then interspersed with a chapter or half a chapter of bland plot to allow readers to relax.
Then, when I wrote this, I understood the reason why I was stuck.
In fact, everyone is familiar with the plot of a group of players entering a dungeon (secret realm). It is a common plot in online articles, but I recalled the writing methods of those that I know (that I have read).
Usually a group of geniuses are thrown into a copy, and then everyone starts wandering around, digging for treasures, and killing people.
The tension of the plot is nothing more than a wave of people jumping out to bully the protagonist, and the protagonist fights back, and then another wave of people jumps out, and the protagonist kills again, until he reaches the first place.
Yes, that's it, very simple.
But if you want to add the setting of conquering the dungeon, the difficulty will increase several times. Because you need to perfectly combine the chaos of killing with the raiding dungeon and killing with chaos at the same time.
It doesn’t sound difficult, but actually when you write it you will find that it is really difficult!
A relatively relaxed way of writing it is that there are some simple settings in the dungeon, and the protagonist can use it occasionally, but there is no need to decipher the secrets of the dungeon or overcome the major crises of the dungeon. In essence, the mode of killing indiscriminately is still the main one.
But I feel that although the killing dungeon emphasizes killing, if the part of the dungeon is too simple and ends with random killings... it's a bit boring.
As a result, there is a mental internal friction that cannot have its cake and eat it too, which can be regarded as asking for trouble.
I'll take a day off today and I'll spend the whole night internally. If I still can't come up with a good solution, I'll deal with it briefly.
Then, at the beginning of the month, I shamelessly asked for a monthly ticket.
