I had a headache yesterday that made it hard to breathe. I sat there all day and wrote a chapter. After finishing a chapter in the middle of the night, I went to the hospital for a check-up today.
The reason why I typed out a chapter in the middle of the night, apart from my sense of responsibility as an author, was that I had a severe headache and couldn't sleep at all.
In the middle of the night last night, I was doing cervical spine exercises and typing, and it wasn't until almost dawn that my headache subsided.
After consulting the doctor today, the result was: cervical spine arching.
At first I thought it was nothing, it was just a reverse arch! But the doctor said that if your condition continues to worsen, you will suffer from numbness in your hands and feet and high paraplegia.
I was so scared that I peed on the spot.
After getting to know more deeply, I realized that the cervical spine is a very important part because it is connected to the head. My headaches are caused by pain in the cervical spine, which compresses the blood vessels, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain, followed by lack of oxygen to the brain, dizziness and vomiting - this situation has occurred a few days ago. I had this happen to me when I was 2 months old. At that time, I deliberately asked for leave to go to the hospital to check my brain and do an MRI or something. But my brain was in good condition. The doctor said, oh, it might be a migraine. (Migraine is a disease that has no reason)
Any headache for which no cause can be found can be classified as migraine.
After I got home that day, I read a book review and one reader said that your headache may be caused by cervical spine problems... This shows how bad doctors in small cities are now.
Well, back to business.
As for the cause of the disease, you don’t need to think about it. Working at a desk day after day makes the cervical spine stiff. By the way, I still have a lot of nodules on the back of my neck (caused by muscle stiffness)
The doctor’s advice is to reduce the time you spend writing at your desk and do cervical spine exercises every morning, noon and evening.
You must not aggravate the condition to the point where your hands and feet are paralyzed, otherwise it will be very dangerous.
This is the case.
Brothers, life is at stake, I can only shorten the coding time. I will try my best to ensure double updates, but if there is a single update one day, don’t scold me! Sorry~
