As the aircraft closest to the first generation, Unit 2 was given the mission of testing laser melee weapons.
Among the equipment of Unit 1, a trial laser knife has been equipped. Weapons such as laser swords originally only appeared in fragments on the ruins of the legendary era. However, with the support of photon energy technology, the Moore Chamber of Commerce has successfully solved the problem of the inability to shape and unstable output of laser melee weapons.
The beautiful development of the laser knife was completed, and the technicians quickly opened their minds and designed more than a dozen laser melee weapons, many of which had some strange designs. Secondly, it was impossible to find a test driver who could control six hands. The designers also equipped the No. 2 machine with AI "Tot" to assist the driver in controlling the complex body.
(Because many development plans for Unit 2 were aborted, and news had leaked that this unit would be given to HER. The person who designed the AI was very dissatisfied, and the character of AI Tot was set to be relatively bad compared to other AIs. )
Unit 2 left the factory too early, and due to the slow progress of weapon development, everyone discovered that this unit was not equipped with long-range weapons before it was about to be sent to HER, and the rifle of Unit 1 was hurriedly given to Unit 2.
In this way, Unit 2 entered the battle in an almost semi-finished form. However, to the surprise of the developers, Unit 2 did not fall into the hands of HER. Instead, it joined the camp that resisted HER and performed brilliantly. Under the promotion of President Thomas, some weapon designs of the No. 2 machine were continued to be developed, including the auxiliary arm that was originally cancelled.
