But I also learned about another world.
In the chapter I posted today, I mentioned a middle-aged man who fancied that he was a big shot in a high position.
This case is true.
There are always some reasons that cause these people to enter another world. In our eyes, everything they say is bizarre and full of loopholes, but they themselves firmly believe it. Some of them are another person in their imagination. Some people firmly believe that there is a ghost under the bed, and some people can always hear non-existent sounds and see non-existent images day and night.
Based on this, I built the basic framework of the current book.
Communication is the most difficult thing among people. Everything we know is difficult for others to understand, and even seems absurd.
To put it more seriously, this difference may even form another world.
Just like the "big shot", the nurses and doctors all tried to break his logic. But it can't be broken. No matter what evidence you find, he will quickly find new reasons to explain and convince himself. For example, he also knew that this was a mental hospital, but this was to avoid assassination. For example, he took medicine obediently every day because he thought it was a nutritional supplement that was good for the body.
For example, whenever something big happens in the world, he thinks he is involved.
He even plans carefully every day, takes notes during meetings, and prepares to participate in the world's top meetings.
This leads to an interesting scene. Everyone lives in one space, but in two worlds. In one world, he is a big shot, working hard to avoid assassinations and worrying about big things. In the other space, he is just a patient, and It’s quite worry-free.
This may not be a new case, but when you think about it, isn’t it interesting?
Of course, Lao Gui writes fantasy novels, and the world I conceive must be more exciting.
But this feeling of disconnection is indeed an important part of my story, and I will work hard to express it.
