The cycle of four seasons embodies the great way of heaven and earth, the way of nature, and the way of the four seasons. It seems ordinary, but in fact it is unpredictable and contains endless changes.
Just like the sun and the moon, they hang high in the sky every day, seeming to be close at hand, but actually they are far away.
I just got used to seeing it every day and thought it was normal.
Wanting to understand the truth behind this, Ye Qin suddenly understood, "I went into a misunderstanding before. For me now, it is still a bit difficult to visualize all things."
In other words, why is a mere snake able to visualize the bright sun and bright moon?

If a person has self-awareness, when he first starts to practice the Dharma, he just wants to visualize the sun, moon, mountains and rivers. Isn’t it just like dreaming?
Fortunately, he remembered that there is a meditation method in Buddhism called "White Bone View". Maybe it is suitable to be used here?
Thanks to his fondness for reading miscellaneous books and his good memory, he is no stranger to the White Bone View.
The ready-made skeletons for him to contemplate were an opportunity that came to his door.
Ye Qin was inspired by the "Yellow Emperor's Yin Fu Nei Jing" next to the skeleton, and thus started the path of cultivation. This was the connection between him and the bones. Now that he is visualizing with the bones again, it seems that he was destined to do so.
Everything comes from the bones, and it is not an exaggeration to say that he is Ye Qin's guide.
"If you and I are really destined, I hope you can help me to successfully visualize. If I have the ability in the future, I will definitely bury you in your clothes."
Ye Qin looked at the skeleton in front of him, calm and calm, his eyes gradually became empty, and the sound of Buddha was vague and faint again.
This time he quickly entered the state, but it was different from the previous feeling.
The chaotic space did not appear, nor did the living gray mist. It always felt like something was missing.
Could it be that this is a special state? Not able to enter successfully every time?
This thought flashed through Ye Qin's mind, and then he quickly got rid of distracting thoughts and stopped thinking so much.
There are a total of 206 bones in the human body, which can be divided into skull, thoracic bones, spinal bones, limb bones and pelvis, which are the source of human movement.
Each bone has a different function. Even the smallest bones have their own functions and occupy a place in the human body.
The skin will decay, but the bones will not disappear after hundreds or even thousands of years.
Ye Qin's eyes traced down from the skull bit by bit, then to the chest. The twenty-four ribs were staggered and arranged neatly, and then there were the spine.
In order to see more clearly, he stood upright. The black and slender snake body looked like an upright branch.
If it weren't for the fear of offending, Ye Qin might even have entangled him, wanting to take a closer look.
Think about it, there is no special way.
Only talent and patience.
Those with mediocre qualifications will spend a lot of time and energy, but nothing will be seen. Those with outstanding talents will do the opposite.

"White Bone View, also known as Bone Shaft View. You should first observe the skin and flesh on your forehead, only the white bones are visible. Gradually go from narrow to wide, think about one end, the skin and flesh are rotten, and the white bones are visible. Even the whole body, you can see the white bones."
Ye Qin did the opposite.
The white bones in front of me have no skin and flesh, and the skin has long since decayed in the long river of time. Only this pile of bones is left floating on the river.
The cave was dark and there was nothing to keep track of.
It seemed like only a few seconds had passed, but it also seemed as long as a century. The concept of time became blurred at this moment.
When I first looked at it, I just felt that there was nothing different about the white bones.
However, it has been recorded in the White Bone Temple that in the later stages of meditation, hallucinations like red orbs will appear, and this is where all the changes begin.

I saw that inside the white skeleton, where the Hair Growth Palace was located, at some point, a red bead appeared, looming.
This bead is red and shiny, small but extremely hot, constantly emitting light and heat, like a rising sun.
The red light gradually enveloped the bones of the whole body, and countless red threads wandered among the white bones, not even sparing the joints. They soon traveled throughout the body and radiated outwards.
It even enveloped Ye Qin.
Three thousand great worlds, all over the void and throughout the Dharma Realm.
The light returns to the sky and shines back on the inner white bones. The inner white bones emit light, blessing the outer white bones, and illuminating the Dharma Realm.
The white bones are reflected by the red light. This is the so-called "white bones flowing light view".
Covered in red light, it is like a gurgling flow of blood, as if something is growing wantonly using this as nourishment.
Soon Ye Qin saw a thin film, based on red light, covering the bones as white as jade.
The fastest growing place is the two toes, which are inextricably linked.
While it was still a transparent film in other places, it had turned flesh-colored, constantly squirming, and then connected together.
